This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving.
