We also had a new roof put on two weeks prior and in doing so, we discovered some bits of rotten fascia boards. Originally, ABC wasn't going to be able to do our gutters until much later in the season. They called my hubs to say they would be in our neighborhood the next day and wanted to do the gutters. My hubs explained that we had discovered some rotted fascia and we needed to fix that before the gutters were installed. ABC offered to fix the bad fascia and do the gutters same day. Yes, there was an up charge for the fascia. Totally worth it!! The techs were polite and thorough. They had colors that matched our house and trim. We did not opt for the gutter guard system, we don't have many trees. My neighbor loves her gutter guards, though.

After getting several bids for a full re-roof of our home, we decided to go with General Roofing due to their years of experience and competitive pricing. We had several questions regarding the process, and the owners were patient and extremely knowledgeable. Both Chad and Sandra communicated with us promptly and professionally. We always knew what was going on during the entire process, courtesy of their check-ins. They made everything as seamless and painless as possible for us. The crew that worked on our home was also stellar. They were quick and efficient, and the roof looks amazing. No materials were left behind, as they had meticulously cleaned the area. They were nice enough to clear out some gunk we had in our gutters while they were up there, too. In addition to all that, we happen to have two satellite dishes on our home they had to work around. I spoke to the manager of the company after his guys "finished job and left with a ridiculous final configuration of downspouts which posed a tripping hazard for young children and an eyesore and "who did this job?" To anyone that would observe it and there final product leaked! I would NOT refer or recommend these folks to anyone and there lack of communication and lack of professionalism puts you in dilemma so Iso I settle and save a few dollars OR pay a bit more and get a professional completed job by a company who takes pride other workmanship and commitment to customer service. I would advise future prospective clients ask for referrals to their past customers to see their finished work and have a chat with folks that have contracted them to perform work. If. I were to include pictures. You too would see that this gutter downspout is NOT under deck. It passes for 10 or 15 feet away from house at knee to shin height cutting off all access to under deck and all who look at it. Will go wow what's up with that? He said he would work up an estimate and get back to us. George got back with us the same day and with a very fair estimate. He let us know his crew would be available in a week or so. His crew showed up within a week. They were very polite and went to work right away. The crew found some other serious issues along the way and were able to repair those as well. They were able to match the existing shingles so the roof looks like the repair never happened. They completed the entire job that same day! This is a Great Business.

This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving. His team installed a vent (at no cost!) and all seems well now.
