Had Storm Proof perform a full roof replacement on my Mom's 1950's vintage, large flat roof, which had been repaired and patched numerous times over the decades. After talking through in great detail (at my request), we decided to do a full replacement. Got the quote in April 2025, with work scheduled for June 2025, and as the date drew near, they provided updates and pivoted to work around the rain. That was in June 2025, and it's now December 2025 and couldn't be happier. I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case, as they are really, really good. Matt communicates as appropriate, and responds to questions very promptly (and I asked a LOT of questions in the run up to the roof replacement). I would add that Matt remained communicative and responsive well after the roof replacement was done and they'd been paid. Again, I couldn't recommend more highly. This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving. His team installed a vent (at no cost!) and all seems well now.
