Their energy and attention to detail really stood out. We had an ongoing issue with ice buildup on our roof that would lead to leaks in our kitchen each winter. Sheldon took the time to understand the problem and developed a plan to address it. For the first time in years, we didn't have to shovel the roof, and the ice buildup and leaks were completely resolved. Then it's no communication and terrible customer service. Left my driveway full of cigarettes and garbage left giant holes in my yard and clogged every single one of my gutters with cigarettes and trash. Left nails everywhere my dog stepped on a few. When I got on the roof to do my winter chores I found about 30 more cigarettes, trash, and chunks of metal combing just laying everywhere to go into my neighbors yards next wind storm. Absolutely not worth 25k for a new roof with this level of attention to detail

He said he would work up an estimate and get back to us. George got back with us the same day and with a very fair estimate. He let us know his crew would be available in a week or so. His crew showed up within a week. They were very polite and went to work right away. The crew found some other serious issues along the way and were able to repair those as well. They were able to match the existing shingles so the roof looks like the repair never happened. They completed the entire job that same day! This is a Great Business.

This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving. His team installed a vent (at no cost!) and all seems well now.

The price was more than fair, the materials used were top notch, the job was done AHEAD of schedule, the communication was timely and continuous, they showed up with everything and everyone they needed to do the job, and there were no last minute "Oh, we forgot our..." moments. They said they would finish in a day and they did. Matt sent pics of the progress throughout the day and didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary work like the last roofing company did after an insurance repair. Matt himself made sure my deck was cleaned off after they finished and spent quite a bit of time after everyone else had left walking around the perimeter of the house picking up every last little bit of debris. I really can't say enough good things about this company and the work they do. I rarely recommend anyone as that usually backfires, but my son used them before me and had identical results so I feel safe in telling people to use them

Had Storm Proof perform a full roof replacement on my Mom's 1950's vintage, large flat roof, which had been repaired and patched numerous times over the decades. After talking through in great detail (at my request), we decided to do a full replacement. Got the quote in April 2025, with work scheduled for June 2025, and as the date drew near, they provided updates and pivoted to work around the rain. That was in June 2025, and it's now December 2025 and couldn't be happier. I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case, as they are really, really good. Matt communicates as appropriate, and responds to questions very promptly (and I asked a LOT of questions in the run up to the roof replacement). I would add that Matt remained communicative and responsive well after the roof replacement was done and they'd been paid. Again, I couldn't recommend more highly. This is how a business should be run. Thank you Storm Proof

As Alas-Co has stated in their response, I am not a professional insulation installer.
