This company steals your money. The guy sells you the idea of a nice landscaping, brings you…read morepictures of the work he can do, and asks for 35% money up front to "book" the date, then he does a little bit of work to collect other 35% of money and at the end he disappears. He collects 70% of the money and does NOT even finish 50% of the job. He won't return phone calls and won't complete the job. We found 2 other people to which he has done the same. This guy goes by different names, he is a professional thief and he knows how to deceive people about his services. The wife collects the money. Be aware!! Don't hire them! Spread the word!!

He instructed us to buy home insurance and home warranty within the next four days before we closed, as he offered neither. He also told us another man that wanted to buy the home had offered a very large down and wanted our names to try and dig up dirt on us. Despite leaving voice messages and emails for him over the next few days he did not respond. Over a thousand dollars and hours of research and time was put in to arranging utilities, movers, and purchasing home insurance and warranty. He emailed the fifth day and said we had to meet at a public place thirteen miles away to talk about this house deal and refused to talk via phone or email. Upon arrival he rudely said our credit scores weren't high enough for him. He had not previously mentioned credit scores and did not obtain our permission or social security numbers to check our credit scores. He said he didn't care about the time and money put into preparing for the closing and moving. Then he just walked off. NOT a man of his word, handshake, and does not honor legally signed agreements. Think twice.
