Sure we love our house but it is not perfect. The problem is with the people of spinell and the companies they contract out to. QUALITY IS NOT THE NAME OF THE GAME with Spinell. They blame pioneer door for installing a door with a dent in it, we didn't dent it, it was painted over. They won't do anything and they say pioneer won't replace it so too bad for us. The driveway is paved crappy, too bad for us. Carpet is trash. Coming undone, seems are visible, hard spots in random places, floors creak like it's 100 years old. The finishing touches on cabinets paint is missing,every cabinet is damaged with water damage(realtor bought us rubber mats for the kitchen sink cabinet to cover up the water spots but gave us damaged cabinets) the floors are installed with imperfections, the painting was the worst paint job I've ever seen. We've made them come back twice to paint and fix drywall and texture. They cut so many corners and our "11 month" fix it list is still ongoing after two years. I seriously cannot list all the things that bother me. Our house is ours and we got a say in a lot of what we did. Lesson learned on some stuff. Spinell does the bare minimum the. You have to pay for medium good stuff if not the highest. We tell Spinell what is wrong, they have to call K-&W, or whoever, they take months and months to come. The flooring guy fixes one floor panel and he damages another one. Now our flooring boards sit funny. We saw our carpet and flooring boards covered in water during the building process as there was water in the garage. The bathtub was installed with permanent markings . Two light fixtures installed with broken glass. The hot water literally takes 2 minutes to get warm when washing hands. We made them put in two sumppumps because our crawl space flooded after they told us we wouldn't need one. We are in the old gravel pit and are right next to the hill we get co start water flow, they did nothing to the land to irrigate before building. Other neighbors are right against the hill and have no backyard, their yard is eroding and almost has the sidewalk. Our neighbors house had so many cracks, uneven finishes, holes in their carpet, mixed match countertops installed. Ours wasn't any physical much only cosmetic. I could go on and on. The people of Spinell do not stand by their product and I wouldn't recommend them.

When my lease was about to cone to the end of its term, the office notified me and offered to extend my lease with a new year and terms with a discount for a month if I signed a years lease, or notify them of my intent to move out. I gave my notice to vacate at the end of my lease and had to sign the paperwork about two months before my lease had expired. I never had any issues with them about my lease ending. On my departure, I did everything on their checklist; like professional carpet cleaning, the kitchen and cabinets all cleaned and walls washed of marks that we had made, I left the place how we had originally rented it, in good shape. I did receive my entire deposit back minus one repair of 45 dollars for a stain I made on the kitchen floor. This is a good realty company and I have no reason not to recommend it to someone looking for a real estate company to use in the valley.

The 3 others met us at our home and listened to our ideas and took measurements of the areas to be landscaped. Within a week we received quotes from two of the other companies that just parroted back our ideas without any design drawings or detail. The third company jerked us around for 3 additional weeks before telling us they were too busy and gave us a baseless and wildly expensive "estimate" for next year. In contrast, Josie Blumenthal from Faltz came to our house twice to sketch the area, take dimensions and develop our design ideas. On the 2nd trip she took aerial photos with a drone and prepared a concept design based upon our ideas. At our third meeting, Ben Brown, Faltz Landscape Architect, who was mentoring Josie, joined the Team and proposed some new design concepts that we liked a lot. We signed a contract and within a week the Faltz crew was on site. The 3-man crew were experienced, polite and professional. Most of the time while the work was in progress, either Josie, Ben or both were on site, assuring the work was in conformance with the plan. At the end of every workday, the crew cleaned our yard and driveway. Three days later the work was complete. The final product far exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the entire Faltz Team, especially Ben and Josie. We felt that Faltz provided a superior product and good value. We'd highly recommend Faltz for your landscape needs.

I searched and got a selection of possibilities and read their listings. This was Friday afternoon and I was asking for service as soon as possible. I selected three and sent them a description of task, photos of my driveway and an estimate of measurements of the drive from our AS-Built at closing. I asked they respond with a price estimate and time they could do the job and provided my phone number in addition to the Yelp response. Fanter Services was the first to respond in both Yelp and call my phone with an estimate and a time at 10 am the next morning. The other two replied and one stated he could not take on additional customers this season. The third reply would have been possible but I had already responded to Fanter and booked them. He and his assistant arrived promptly at 10 am and contacted me so I could move our two vehicles. He proceeded to plow my unusual shaped driveway. It is reasonably flat and all concrete. But nearing the house it spreads to the left to park a vehicle and provides a path to the porch. On the right is a large two car shop with the driveway flowing at 90 degrees straight to the entrance. He plowed all those areas very at a very reasonable price. I asked if he could take us on as a regular customer and he agreed. I told him to return any time he thought appropriate or when it snowed over four inches. If it is a multiple day snow storm to wait until it quits before plowing. My first attempt at using his services and Yelp was outstanding.
