Still no response, not through Yelp, personal email or even by a text. I conclude they're too busy, or perhaps the job is too difficult or perhaps not profitable enough. Silence equals disinterest, and I find it rude as well.

I'll never call them again…read more Rather unfortunate first and last experience with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating. We requested a quote for them to come out and check our propane system to see if we can have a line plumbed up to install a heater register and they scheduled us, then they called the day of to let us know "we don't do that work or intend on getting the materials to do that kind of work". This is heating & plumbing. No worries, I'll give my money to literally any other plumber. It'll be an awfully cold day in you know where before I contact them again. Wasted my time and wasted my money by having me call out of work today so I could be here just for them to cancel my appointment. Terrible customer service. Maybe if they invested some of the resources they've invested into catchy commercials into their product this review would've been different. In order to better meet the needs of the community they should adequately market to their skills and services. You're not a plumber if you don't do basic plumbing work. False advertisement.

My interactions with Alaska Restoration, Remodel & Roofing (AR3) during the planning stages of my…read moreproject were excellent and their focus on customer service and satisfaction continued throughout the project. AR3 improved my old cabin's appearance and also greatly improved the insulation value, sound proofing, and even the structural integrity (very timely given our recent ferocious Alaskan winds). The management and work crew were pleasant and professional, respectful of my space and belongings, tidy, and very customer responsive. The quality of the work was top notch. Even the smallest task was done with a 100% focus on doing it right. I highly recommend AR3 to everyone who has a home improvement project or a build-from-scratch project. This old cabin has a lot of imperfections to begin with, but the work that AR3 did inside and outside of its walls definitely IS perfect.

Three steps to getting a foundation poured and the crew has been been here early and stayed late when necessary. They've all been extremely cordial and from what we witnessed, hard working! We tried not to interrupt them too much, but when we get home and see such progress, we can't help but watch and have smiles from ear to ear! We are quick to always thank them and the crew has never hesitated to give us an update on where they are or what they'll be doing next! We had some friends drop by when we weren't home and they didn't hesitate to let them be funny by grabbing ahold of tools to take pics and send to us. They've accomplished our pour ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier! If you're in the need of concrete work, I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Chris, the owner of Pacific Pros, and Brad did excellent work on our flooring installation project…read more They both went above and beyond the expected project, and got it done in an efficient and timely manner, within a week. Exceeding our expectations. Chris is an honest businessman who helped us navigate and chose the best color laminate flooring that worked so well in our home. He is a talented tradesman who knows each step in detail regarding removing trim and old flooring, leveling and securing our subfloor, installing our LVP, and reinstalling and painting new trim. Being that this was a remodel, he discovered and fixed some surprises that were found. He and Brad knew just what to do. His prices are very good. We trusted both Chris and Brad with our home remodel, and would highly recommend them.

He was spot on with his timeline as to how long the project would take and he made an extra effort to clean up the worksite before leaving each day.

The way Shorty the Patriarch of the company says 'Grading and Paving It's In My Bones! I love it.' The work he, his son-in-law and his daughter does, along with their employees, it shows! 1 solid day of laying, grading and rolling out and pounding down the rock! We had some low spots that needed some rock to allow for runoff and last winters melts where we had a small ice rink at a dip in the driveway. They took care of that and no matter where you put a level down it was graded slightly enough to give us the proper rain/snow melt drainage! Next day, 1 solid day of asphalt laying down rolling it to perfection and it's beautiful! The neighbor has patiently waited till our concrete pad was poured, just last week, and we got to 95% of our house being completed. Contractors would have torn it up with heavy equipment so we've both been waiting. It was worth the wait.
