Good afternoon. I would just like to see if there's any places for rent out here in the valley,…read morepreferably a three bedroom if possible $1800. So about a year ago my family and I started renting out a place from diversified properties. Before moving into the property, I had asked questions as far as how they are on maintenance and maintaining septic issues and she had reassured me there was no septic problems and that they're really good about their maintenance. Before moving in in the spring time, it started leaking inside my garage from the roof. so they came out, told me they needed to wait for it to dry out and in the spring time they would need to come redo the roof. Well, that never happened. and over the winter time I started having problems with Septic, toilets, bathtub, sink, washer, machine. Feces, coming out from every end it was almost like having a gigantic toilet, there was sewage, coming out all over my porch where the overflow is. You could hear water underneath the house that was also sewage. It was so bad I had to let my kids spend the night with my family not to mention the hours it took to clean up. And she had told me it was due to ground water and I said no this is very severe and I started freaking out because it was so disgustingly nasty not to mention unsanitary so then she told me if I continue to keep calling her, she will start writing down everything and there will be legal action. I was so baffled and beside myself because I thought that was the landlords responsibility. So then moving forward the gentleman that had came and checked it out said that it had been going on for several years and she was told it needed to be replaced. So after me making a fuss about it, they had someone come out there replace the septic and the Leitchfield. So after that, she started getting pretty ugly not to mention I had not even live there a year. I was not able to even be comfortable for the time that I have lived there. Back in September after waiting the whole summer for someone to come out and fix the septic someone finally came out in September. The manager then tells me that I'm going to need to be out at the end of September so the owner can make renovations without a tenant there. So I pack up my whole house and put everything in storage There's no negotiations. The landlord is coming up and he does not want anyone in the rental so he's able to redo the roof and fix the yard and do some upgrades. So i'm pretty hurt and honestly devastated after re-assuring me last year before moving in that none of this I would have to worry about. I would have a safe long-term residential rental knowing my situation before moving in my family and I were homeless because it was so hard to find a house due to my last landlord dying unexpectedly. so they sold the property not to mention I had been a great tenant before that seven years to be exact, and the rug was ripped out from underneath my feet, and then to have this happen again. The way my family and I have been treated during this whole experience has been mentally emotionally financially traumatizing not to mention this is my sons first year of junior high and my daughters senior year of high school. Not to mention I did find a couple of places but she had lied and said I was still in a lease and to break that lease I would end up having to pay $2500. She had told me prior if I find anything, just let her know, and they will be willing to prorate the rent and I can leave. But unfortunately lost that opportunity as well because she lied to them. All everyone wants is a safe place to call home and to be treated with human decency and respect. My rent is paid on time. I keep up with my bills I keep up with the outside of the home just as well as the inside and to be treated as an inhumane animal. I think it's time landlords start taking accountability for their actions. And they wonder why there's so many homelessness. Good tenant, bad landlords. Sorry for my rant just trying to bring awareness. Thank you for your time.

She is curt and rude and quick spit out legal jargon when she wants money. When I received a job offer I let her know in July that I was moving in the at the end of August One month before my 18 month contract came to an end and I was on a month to month, I told her I would be moving and to keep my $3000 deposit as I could not afford to pay September rent and have enough fo my new home deposit. Despite leaving the home in immaculate condition and yes TAKE PICTURES and giving notice over a year later she reported my September Rent as past due with interest to a collections agency and kept my deposit!! These people keep adding mystery charges to our account and then, of course because we don't check…read moreafter we've paid that months rent, we never see these mystery charges until we get a notice that there's a late fee. These people are actually scammers, I swear to God. We came home to a letter taped to our door threatening to evict us for not paying rent, which we set for auto-pay, and there is MORE than enough in our account to cover it. I legitimately think they are canceling the auto-pay on their end to get more out of us in late fees.

These guys STINK! I mean like really horrible management, and they don't care about us as people…read more They seem to treat their renters as an extra wallet for them and when they need a little more money to build some more shit*ty built developments. They will not care if your heat, water, power is out for DAYS. It doesn't matter if you have children, they also do not care in the least. The rent cost is ridiculous. If there was some real valid reason to give when they would notify us that rent us getting more expensive, that would be great... but they don't. they put a piece of paper on your door and just expect you to pay the hundreds more that they add to rent every 4 months. If something breaks(due to the cheap build) then they will have the worst attitude(Lindsey) and act as if you asking for your home to be fixed is an inconvenience for them. If they can't handle being in the peoples business, then they need to hand it to someone else. These are peoples homes. And to them, these are just little banks.

Getting a lender that would take you without a face to face and of course finding a good realtor. Now, good realtor is an understatement for David and Sabra. They were absolutly AMAZING. Take the best steak dinner you've ever had, add in some candle light, and then a great dessert pie. David and Sabra would be the waiter and piano player in perfect harmony creating the ambient surrounding and making sure you had all the bread sticks and always a full glass of wine. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and couldn't be more pleased with the above and beyond that they went through to help me. If you need a good realtor, go somewhere else. If you need an amazing realtor that will help you every step of the way go see David and Sabra. Massive kudos to you both ^.^
