For context, Ian represented the seller for a home my wife and I just recently purchased in Jan of 2024. Ian, despite being called out for it multiple times, lied repeatedly! Not only this but he showed a complete and utter lack of accountability for his own actions and zero respect for others' time. Not only was it near impossible to get information from him but we couldn't even trust the information we did get from him! Ian cuts corners. He lies. He will try to low ball you and will take every possible "easy way out". He will try and wiggle and worm his way through the process to touch as little work as possible. He will take zero responsibility for ANYTHING that goes wrong. Do NOT trust this person with your property. Do NOT do business with Ian Crafton. Scummy. Terrible experience. I wish I had something better to say about the Ben Kinney Team overall, but I can't imagine their team being more than 1-2 stars while Ian is a part of it.

Our Realtor went above and beyond in helping us both find a new home and sell our existing one…read more When I first contacted her, I shared my past experiences with other real estate agents who made me feel pressured to buy before I was ready or settle for homes that didn't feel right. I often felt like just another transaction. From the very beginning, Patricia was different. She truly listened to both my husband and me. She never focused solely on the 'buyer' or the person on the loan, which had been my experience in the past. Instead, she made sure we both felt equally heard and involved throughout the entire process. Patricia was always available and incredibly flexible with our schedules. She created a personalized experience for us, and it was clear this is how she treats all her clients--something that was also confirmed by the friend who referred us to her. Her knowledge of real estate is exceptional, and she consistently advocated for what we wanted. For example, I didn't want to pay closing costs when buying our home, and she made sure that happened. She never pressured us into making a decision and gave us the space to choose the right home. Even though she is based in Wasilla, she drove to Anchorage and Eagle River without hesitation to accommodate our schedule. When it came time to sell our home, we initially considered renting it out. Patricia supported that decision and never pressured us to sell. When we ultimately decided to move forward with selling, she was immediately there for us--even taking calls while on vacation in Canada. She went above and beyond by connecting us with reliable companies to get our home ready at fair prices, ensuring we weren't overcharged. She also helped stage and decorate the home beautifully for showings. Our goal was to sell quickly without the home sitting on the market, and thanks to her efforts, we received strong interest and offers even before it officially went live. Patricia is truly exceptional at what she does. She prioritizes her clients, advocates for their needs, and delivers results. We will absolutely work with her again for any future real estate transactions. She has completely changed our perspective on what a Realtor should be. If you are looking for a Realtor who genuinely cares, listens, and goes the extra mile, Patricia is the one.

She came highly recommended by a friend, and from the very beginning she exceeded our expectations. We relocated to Anchorage from the Midwest, and much of our work with Patricia was done virtually, which makes the experience even more impressive. She was consistently kind, flexible, and incredibly responsive. She was never pushy in any way, never made us feel like we were burdening her. Patricia's knowledge extended far beyond the homebuying process, she was equally knowledgable in homeownership and took every step possible to ensure we moved into a well-functioning home that we truly loved. On multiple occasions, she was such a strong advocate for us- it was so clear that she genuinely cared for us as people and had our best interests at heart. We would absolutely work with Patricia again for any future real estate needs and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor!
