True Story -- But not a good one! Absolutely horrific and appalling to see this business is still flourishing. If I could give them "0" stars I would. I spent 20+ years in the military as a Career Airman and Military Policeman; and, in my 20+ years, I have never experienced such dishonesty and unethical business practices. They all claim to respect and take care of veterans; but the true story is they really do not care. I am also a disabled veteran, and I feel like my family and I were put in danger regarding safety and health code issues -- I should had contacted the county safety and health inspectors along with the fire department. Complete fraud, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism. And, I was on the other end as a buyer with another realtor under Keller Williams at a separate firm, yet they still continued to harass us up to a year later with unsolicited marketing schemes and phony ploys to set foot (illegally) back on our property. Once I figured out I was finally fed up, I immediately called them, and asked them to remove me from their unwanted e-mails, letters, flyers, and telephone calls. Talk about a nightmare! You want a nightmare? Then go to Team Kristan Cole, and/or anyone associated with them. They use bad and dishonest contractors, lie on disclosure lists, and try to make you prematurely sign asbestos, led, and mold safety and health liability statements before the inspectors findings are even looked at or fixed. The supposed fix-it list our inspector (also crooked) identified was still never completed -- this postponed our closing for almost one month living in a frigid RV. They all knew but they didn't care because they were all out hunting, vacationing, and fishing. Folks, these are bad, dishonest, unethical realtors; and it seems they have many connections to every shady contractor and inspector in their network. Believe me, you need to steer clear of this very questionable business, and all the people at Keller Williams who are still associated with it. I don't care if they feed you the "We're the top selling agent" stuff or not. Do yourself a favor, save some money and grief if you are buying or selling a house and Team Kristan Cole is involved. Walk away, and do not look back! I really enjoyed how they posted a huge "SOLD" sign as another illegal unethical and unregulated marketing practice outside my house before we even decided to sign or close. In fact, I was so upset with my realtor and Kristan Cole, that we told them we were going to walk! My realtor -- another dishonest person -- flipped out like a whining man-baby when I said I wanted to walk. He then proceeded to yell at me because he said I had to have more of a reason than all the foot dragging, delays, and lies. Really? Had I known, we should had walked right then and there. I would have walked, and told Dustin Renner to go pound sand as he was just as questionable as they both worked under Keller Williams at different firms. Would I recommend either one of them? No! Never! In other words -- it was a Double-Agent scheme under the same broker between buyers and sellers where both the buyer and seller receive bad, little or no services paid for. They could care less as there wasn't a lot of luxury monies in it for them percentage wise on a $230K home. I am still considering a family attorney to take them ALL to court and have all their business licenses and certifications revoked. To top it all off, after they 'convinced and manipulated' us to sign, one of the realtors had not removed items per the contractual agreement. Guess where it all ended up? Large bags of trash thrown all around the property with dog feces, cat litter and feces, pottery and gardening supplies thrown under the decks and porches ... Yet everyone including my shady realtor says that's the norm for Alaskan real estate transactions. Really? We had to spend thousands of dollars removing dead and broken trees, debris, and trash from the property -- a total and complete nightmare! We had to spend thousands of dollars fixing what they still never completed right on the fix-it list per the contractual agreement. My advice, never sign anything with Dustin Renner, or Team Kristan Cole unless everything was inspected three times by independent contractors and inspectors. I'd never deal with these dishonest, and incompetent people again -- stay far away from these so called Real Estate Agent 'professionals'! read more

I've never reached out to these people for any reason, but some how they have my phone number and decided to cold call me to ask me to sell my home. This is not the first time this has happened. They also send us fliers in the mail, and have gone so far as to come to our home while my husband was mowing the lawn and ask him to list the house for sale. Highly inappropriate and rude. We are not and have never been in the market to sell our home. So so incredibly rude. read more
