Selling house/ home inspection showed damaged vent stack boot and a need for snow stops on metal…read moreroof. I had tried for about a year to get someone out to fix the damaged stack with no luck, called one of the bigger outfits in Wasilla after getting the inspectors report - they said it would be at least 3 weeks and recommended Legacy. Tyler was quick to respond and said he should be able to fit in the small job pretty quickly. I met him at the house a couple days later - he could not have been easier to deal with , he had already provided a fair bid, he quickly got the job done and he had added some extra snow stops behind the repaired pipe to prevent future damage at no extra cost and did a quick overall roof inspection as well & provided pictures of the repairs. I feel fortunate we were able to finally get a roofer on site - a bonus that they did a great job for a fair price and they were so easy to deal with
