APPARENTLY padding and inflating an estimate and not communicating with the examiner or myself to resolve the estimate disagreements, before anything is done, tells me if you do not want the estimate, bombard it with as much ridiculous billings so as to sabotage the estimate with the insurance company and then blame the insurance company for the failure to agree and get out of the job without looking bad or get bad reviews. I have verified noncommunicative with all and that is a big red flag. Contractors in Alaska can be flaky, lack intergrity, just not worth having any communication. VERIFIED! Tyler was quick to respond and said he should be able to fit in the small job pretty quickly. I met him at the house a couple days later - he could not have been easier to deal with , he had already provided a fair bid, he quickly got the job done and he had added some extra snow stops behind the repaired pipe to prevent future damage at no extra cost and did a quick overall roof inspection as well & provided pictures of the repairs.
