We requested a quote for them to come out and check our propane system to see if we can have a line plumbed up to install a heater register and they scheduled us, then they called the day of to let us know "we don't do that work or intend on getting the materials to do that kind of work". This is heating & plumbing. No worries, I'll give my money to literally any other plumber. It'll be an awfully cold day in you know where before I contact them again. Wasted my time and wasted my money by having me call out of work today so I could be here just for them to cancel my appointment. Terrible customer service.
