Chris, the owner of Pacific Pros, and Brad did excellent work on our flooring installation project…read more They both went above and beyond the expected project, and got it done in an efficient and timely manner, within a week. Exceeding our expectations. Chris is an honest businessman who helped us navigate and chose the best color laminate flooring that worked so well in our home. He is a talented tradesman who knows each step in detail regarding removing trim and old flooring, leveling and securing our subfloor, installing our LVP, and reinstalling and painting new trim. Being that this was a remodel, he discovered and fixed some surprises that were found. He and Brad knew just what to do. His prices are very good. We trusted both Chris and Brad with our home remodel, and would highly recommend them.

Owner finally responded to say he had been in a car accident and he would get a crew over in the morning at 8am. Nobody showed, they didn't even call or text. There was no follow up. I made a review and the owner started texting me at 2:30am. He harassed me repeatedly. Then replied to my review on Google with lies. He was out of control and irrational. Very bad business to not communicate, no show then actually harass me after leaving a review. Questionable behavior and left me wondering if there was even a car accident. We investigated and there had been no accidents reported that night. I would most definitely be very careful when considering using this company. We had a very long, tiresome move from out of state with a loaded Uhaul and had hired them because they had 5 stars. We had to return the Uhaul and we're counting on them to show up. There was no regard for my family. He only apologized on Google in his comeback to my review then turned around and lied after the supposed apology.

My family was not happy about having strangers come clean their home but I held firm and told them it was a medical and safety concern. After he passed, I wanted to do something nice for her and started reaching out on Yelp to various cleaning companies. Mike replied quickly and communicated clearly from the beginning so I immediately felt good about proceeding forward. He continued to communicate throughout the entire process and let me know as things came up. The job turned out to be bigger than he expected and that was communicated before proceeding further, which I very much appreciated. My mom was absolutely thrilled with the results. She told me she'd gotten so used to everything being coated in dust and fur that the whole house seems brighter. She seems brighter too! You can't put a price on happiness, but I can say with certainty it was worth every penny to lift my mom's spirits in such a difficult time. So, thank you Mike and team.
