Not only did he take all our information over the phone, he provided us with a timeline of when we could expect him to take a look at our house. After his inspection he found that the roof leak was due to the flashing around an exhaust pipe not being sealed properly. Where other contractors might have taken advantage of such a situation by claiming more damage repairs were needed, Hayden corrected our problem at no charge to us. We cannot express how much we appreciated his professionalism and honesty. We will definitely give Spartan Roofing any work we may have in the future, and we highly recommend them.
