They came right out and told us what they would do. get all the personal property out and stored, pull out the damaged carper and pad do the flood cuts and make sure everything got dried out. We signed with them. They came and put in several humidifiers and fans And ordered two storage units that were placed in our driveway. Then they just started monitoring to make sure the equipment stayed running. They refused to remove the personal property or pull up the carpet and remove the padding or do the flood cuts. After 19 days we fired them and got another company. The completed everything in 3 days. read more

Our crawl space flooded because of sump pump failures and had over 5000 gallons of water that needed to be removed. Dry Out coordinated the removal of the water, dried out the crawl space and restored it to better condition than it was originally. During the whole process their team was very proffessional, courteous and always explained things and answered any questions I had about the job. Their service was exceptionally poor and their cost was also not as originally stated, in fact, there were many hidden cost that they later included. Another maneuver that you should watch for is, they will leave there equipment days past what they originally tell you, this allows for additional cost in renting of the equipment. Lastly, we had to move the majority of our belongings while their workers sat idle outside smoking and working over the cellphones. Dry Out Systems contacted me with regard to my downstairs neighbors unit having water damage in their ceiling. We agreed to help the neighbor and DOS went to work setting up their equipment. I won't get into all the details but the lack of communication was my biggest issue. I wrote the front office with 7 questions that I asked for a written reply to. In short, my inquiries sparked both owners (Andy and Wade) to call me. One of them assertively insisted that I contacted them and asked for their service. This was most certainly not the case with us. It was the defensive retort of a well-versed salesman. Although they were thorough over the phone, they never replied to my written questions. It has been nearly two months. Their field techs mostly know what they're doing, they failed to answer some key questions. "What is the plan?" I asked. "Uh, I need to talk to my boss." They gave us no timeframe and chewed up 7 hours of our day. They said they wouldn't work overtime and that they'd be out by 5:30. They didn't leave till 7:00. Without knowing 'The Plan' I was unable to achieve my plans that day. read more

these guys are horrible. They threw away a perfectly good trim that had no water damage did a half job tearing sheet rock out. the overkill fans Blew Dust everywhere, charge $$$by the fan. they took the doors off with the screws and then ran the screws back in the holes stripping them out why they didn't pull the pins I have no idea rookies. I would not recommend this company at all. I had a flooding in my house, and I had to stop the water burst pipe. And it caused serious damage on my carpet flooring and bathroom. Calling this company to assist the clean up (I just looked up on online and this company pop right up).. And the nightmare was begun. The respond person told me that they are pro and have been working with the insurance company blah blah... About 30 min after assessment, the staff need to go get the equipment and did not come back after 2 hours later, my carpet was soaked and further damaged other areas... Upon the staff returned, they ripped out every room's carpet and try to dry the subflooring. It took 3-4 days, and 10 different fans blowing 24x7... A month later, a grand total $6k+. When I looked at the invoice in details, they charge me something they did not do, back and forth with my insurance to settle it. In short, my insurance recommend me do not use this company if possible as they also have bad experience in billing process. Few months after dealing with this company, the staff who calling me was rude and very demanding. read more

Quoted me $6k then charged over $13k, they were suppose to show up at 10am and didnt show up until later in the evning AFTER I called and bugged them. Complained to the owner about having to micromanage his employees, my insurance calling me because a month later still hadnt gotten a bill from them and of course for being charged more than double what I was quoted. His response was they don't give quotes so he's not sure why his employees quoted me any kind of figure (not sure how you stay in business if you can't give a bid/quote but ok). Told me I'm not paying it my insurance was and when I said it was the principle that you shouldn't quote something then charge more than double without the scope of work changing or discussing anything with me he said the bill was accurate. I told him I'm pretty sure they charged me for more equipment than what was brought in and used and for stuff they didn't actually do but since I don't have actual hard evidence like pictures to prove they padded their invoicing there's no disputing it. The owner did take $500 off after all of my complaints which covers half of my deductible but I'm still pretty upset that had my insurance not involved me I would've never known they charged over double the amount I was quoted. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money elsewhere! Would give zero stars if I could. Let's just hope they actually did what they said they did (which i do not believe happened but only time will tell) and sprayed the antimicrobial so I don't have a mold issue later. read more

Our experience with dry out systems has been excruitiating from beginning to end. The work took MUCH longer than they told us, definitely not helped by the fact they showed up late EVERY DAY if they EVEN SHOWED UP AT ALL! Had multiple issues with the check from our bank not clearing and now, months after the work has been finished, they're calling threatening to put a lean on our home because apparently the check still hasn't gone through, a check they only recently tried to cast despite having received it months ago! Seriously, save yourself the hassle and use a different company this one is nothing but trouble. read more
