Tyler has acted as our trusted project manager to arrange and ensure the needed repairs have been completed to our standards through the whole process. We learned to trust him to pick out appropriate paint colors, carpet colors, recommend electricians, painters, house cleaners, and handymen services to get the home up to the required standard to put on the market. Tyler did all of this for us and did an excellent job! So much so that the house had an offer on it within 2 days of being on the market. He knows what he is doing and knows the Wasilla market, he will take care of you and is an excellent communicator, he helped us through a difficult process of fixing up a house in rough condition and selling it for us without us ever having to travel to Alaska to get it done . I can't recommend highly enough, Tyler is excellent!

Amy was a godsend...5 stars are not enough. Our situation was complicated:…read moredeath in the family, out of state heirs, house was a disaster, cars with no title documentation, it was a hot mess. So much more than a simple real estate listing. Amy wasn't fazed....she reached deep into her rolodex to help us find a crew to clean up and dispose of the clutter, helped find homes for the cars, and by the time the house was FINALLY ready to list, she had buyers lined up. Trying to do all that from California would have been impossible. To say she went above and beyond would understate how essential she was to us. I can wholeheartedly recommend Amy as one of the best agents I've ever worked with. She's a true professional.

Tony and his team were awesome...I have zero to complain about. Their availability was completely reasonable, their work was spot on, their demeanor was above reproach, and their willingness to adjust and flex as construction challenges arose was fantastic! The team deals with all of this more than most of us, so I appreciated the thoughtful suggestions on design, differing product suggestions, advice on feasibility and compatibility with existing systems, and the thing we all want...just a common sense solution.
