Scheduled a service call through my home warranty (HSA) after what appeared to be a power surge…read morethat damaged multiple items and systems in my home. The issues included non-functioning switches (fireplace, Venmar air exchange system, bathroom), a new fan and fire alarm needing installation, and several appliances and tools that failed at the same time. I clearly explained these concerns when the appointment was set. The technician (Scott from A1) arrived about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, before I was home. My wife was there, but the scope of the visit had already been documented with the warranty company. During the visit, only one issue was addressed--a worn bathroom switch, which was replaced quickly. The other requested items (fan installation, fire alarm installation, and diagnosis of the fireplace and air exchange system) were not completed or meaningfully evaluated. The technician then left before I arrived. The report submitted to the warranty company indicated that no further work was needed. As a result, the primary issues that prompted the service call remain unresolved, and I no longer have a clear path through the warranty provider to have them addressed. If you're using a home warranty service for multiple or complex electrical issues, I would recommend confirming in advance that the technician has reviewed the full scope of work and will stay to complete or properly diagnose each item.

Initially, I called him to remove a recliner but I also needed a 8x10 carpet removed (forgot to include it in my initial request), once here, he included that for the same price (Happy camper!). I noted that he was careful with my furniture while removing the carpet. A pet peeve of mine is workers not caring about leaving a mess or being rough. He was respectful and careful while working pretty fast. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Chris, the owner of Pacific Pros, and Brad did excellent work on our flooring installation project…read more They both went above and beyond the expected project, and got it done in an efficient and timely manner, within a week. Exceeding our expectations. Chris is an honest businessman who helped us navigate and chose the best color laminate flooring that worked so well in our home. He is a talented tradesman who knows each step in detail regarding removing trim and old flooring, leveling and securing our subfloor, installing our LVP, and reinstalling and painting new trim. Being that this was a remodel, he discovered and fixed some surprises that were found. He and Brad knew just what to do. His prices are very good. I'll never call them again…read more Rather unfortunate first and last experience with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating. We requested a quote for them to come out and check our propane system to see if we can have a line plumbed up to install a heater register and they scheduled us, then they called the day of to let us know "we don't do that work or intend on getting the materials to do that kind of work". This is heating & plumbing. No worries, I'll give my money to literally any other plumber. It'll be an awfully cold day in you know where before I contact them again. Wasted my time and wasted my money by having me call out of work today so I could be here just for them to cancel my appointment. Terrible customer service. Maybe if they invested some of the resources they've invested into catchy commercials into their product this review would've been different. In order to better meet the needs of the community they should adequately market to their skills and services. You're not a plumber if you don't do basic plumbing work. False advertisement.
