I gave her the garage door opener and two Keyes and she scowls at me. Ok. ? Gets in and starts wiping the walls with her hands and starts going off on how dirty the window sill and questioning the $500 we just spent cleaning the carpets. You can tell she's done this before and this is how she tries to keep the deposit. Now things are making sense. Mind you, two weeks earlier she sets up a viewing for the next renter to come and see the house, promises she'll be there to escort the lady, never shows. So I let the lady in and show her the house myself. You're welcome. Smh. She starts arguing with my wife and gets her upset to the point where she's almost crying. My wife spent the last two weeks getting this house ready and this person is an opportunist looking for a quick buck. Says she's got people moving in tomorrow and what's she supposed to do? Not my problem, or business. We left the house in way better condition than they left it to us in. Pics to prove it. We asked them to fix the garage because of a huge air leak that was costing us hundreds of dollars, never showed or responded. I wouldn't rent from if you can avoid it.
