Good afternoon. I would just like to see if there's any places for rent out here in the valley,…read morepreferably a three bedroom if possible $1800. So about a year ago my family and I started renting out a place from diversified properties. Before moving into the property, I had asked questions as far as how they are on maintenance and maintaining septic issues and she had reassured me there was no septic problems and that they're really good about their maintenance. Before moving in in the spring time, it started leaking inside my garage from the roof. so they came out, told me they needed to wait for it to dry out and in the spring time they would need to come redo the roof. Well, that never happened. and over the winter time I started having problems with Septic, toilets, bathtub, sink, washer, machine. Feces, coming out from every end it was almost like having a gigantic toilet, there was sewage, coming out all over my porch where the overflow is. You could hear water underneath the house that was also sewage. It was so bad I had to let my kids spend the night with my family not to mention the hours it took to clean up. And she had told me it was due to ground water and I said no this is very severe and I started freaking out because it was so disgustingly nasty not to mention unsanitary so then she told me if I continue to keep calling her, she will start writing down everything and there will be legal action. I was so baffled and beside myself because I thought that was the landlords responsibility. So then moving forward the gentleman that had came and checked it out said that it had been going on for several years and she was told it needed to be replaced. So after me making a fuss about it, they had someone come out there replace the septic and the Leitchfield. So after that, she started getting pretty ugly not to mention I had not even live there a year. I was not able to even be comfortable for the time that I have lived there. Back in September after waiting the whole summer for someone to come out and fix the septic someone finally came out in September. The manager then tells me that I'm going to need to be out at the end of September so the owner can make renovations without a tenant there. So I pack up my whole house and put everything in storage There's no negotiations. The landlord is coming up and he does not want anyone in the rental so he's able to redo the roof and fix the yard and do some upgrades. So i'm pretty hurt and honestly devastated after re-assuring me last year before moving in that none of this I would have to worry about. I would have a safe long-term residential rental knowing my situation before moving in my family and I were homeless because it was so hard to find a house due to my last landlord dying unexpectedly. so they sold the property not to mention I had been a great tenant before that seven years to be exact, and the rug was ripped out from underneath my feet, and then to have this happen again. The way my family and I have been treated during this whole experience has been mentally emotionally financially traumatizing not to mention this is my sons first year of junior high and my daughters senior year of high school. Not to mention I did find a couple of places but she had lied and said I was still in a lease and to break that lease I would end up having to pay $2500. She had told me prior if I find anything, just let her know, and they will be willing to prorate the rent and I can leave. But unfortunately lost that opportunity as well because she lied to them. All everyone wants is a safe place to call home and to be treated with human decency and respect. My rent is paid on time. I keep up with my bills I keep up with the outside of the home just as well as the inside and to be treated as an inhumane animal. I think it's time landlords start taking accountability for their actions. And they wonder why there's so many homelessness. Good tenant, bad landlords. Sorry for my rant just trying to bring awareness. Thank you for your time.

Our Realtor went above and beyond in helping us both find a new home and sell our existing one…read more When I first contacted her, I shared my past experiences with other real estate agents who made me feel pressured to buy before I was ready or settle for homes that didn't feel right. I often felt like just another transaction. From the very beginning, Patricia was different. She truly listened to both my husband and me. She never focused solely on the 'buyer' or the person on the loan, which had been my experience in the past. Instead, she made sure we both felt equally heard and involved throughout the entire process. Patricia was always available and incredibly flexible with our schedules. She created a personalized experience for us, and it was clear this is how she treats all her clients--something that was also confirmed by the friend who referred us to her. Her knowledge of real estate is exceptional, and she consistently advocated for what we wanted. For example, I didn't want to pay closing costs when buying our home, and she made sure that happened. She never pressured us into making a decision and gave us the space to choose the right home. Even though she is based in Wasilla, she drove to Anchorage and Eagle River without hesitation to accommodate our schedule. When it came time to sell our home, we initially considered renting it out. Patricia supported that decision and never pressured us to sell. When we ultimately decided to move forward with selling, she was immediately there for us--even taking calls while on vacation in Canada. She went above and beyond by connecting us with reliable companies to get our home ready at fair prices, ensuring we weren't overcharged. She also helped stage and decorate the home beautifully for showings. Our goal was to sell quickly without the home sitting on the market, and thanks to her efforts, we received strong interest and offers even before it officially went live. Patricia is truly exceptional at what she does. She prioritizes her clients, advocates for their needs, and delivers results. We will absolutely work with her again for any future real estate transactions. She has completely changed our perspective on what a Realtor should be. If you are looking for a Realtor who genuinely cares, listens, and goes the extra mile, Patricia is the one.

She came highly recommended by a friend, and from the very beginning she exceeded our expectations. We relocated to Anchorage from the Midwest, and much of our work with Patricia was done virtually, which makes the experience even more impressive. She was consistently kind, flexible, and incredibly responsive. She was never pushy in any way, never made us feel like we were burdening her. Patricia's knowledge extended far beyond the homebuying process, she was equally knowledgable in homeownership and took every step possible to ensure we moved into a well-functioning home that we truly loved. On multiple occasions, she was such a strong advocate for us- it was so clear that she genuinely cared for us as people and had our best interests at heart. We would absolutely work with Patricia again for any future real estate needs and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor!
