The job drug on with more materials, trips and time. After the snow fall, job wasn't complete, I requested the bill to date. It was almost double the bid. I was shocked, voiced my concerns about exceeding the bid to the contractor. She was inflexible and I believe under financial stress. I strongly caution others to be aware of my situation prior todoing business with Roots of Alaska. I regret my experience and can not recommend them.
