The website specifically lists areas from Kenai throughout the MatSu served by them. After emailing the details including address and exchanging three emails with one staffer about an estimate, I received several calls at 8:30-9pm from the actual estimator. He stated he would come out Thursday but did not provide a time. I never saw him. On Friday I received an abrupt email from someone named Dave with the company stating they do not serve the area and I needed to look elsewhere. This despite previous assurances this area was well within their work zone. Based on their staff being less than prompt, the vague promise of an estimator coming and now the outright falsehoods either on their website or said by their staff, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a contractor. I will be.
