They are so friendly here all the time. I go by about once a month or so but don't always buy coffee. This time I opted to get one of their iced coffees with raspberry in it and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable as well and I didn't have to wait long for my coffee to be made. They also sell a small selection of food (snacks or a few breakfast items) in case you want something more than coffee. Plus, they do have a couple of tables outside if you prefer to sit outside. What a great little place in Mount Dora! If you want to enjoy a nice fun afternoon stop by serendipity brews and have one of their great beers. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun and inviting with couches and tables and chairs and lots of different beers to choose from. We were a large group of 50+ people with a prearranged visit and they accommodated us in every way. Our group goes to lots of different breweries and taprooms all over the state and this one topped them all. Even though there are a small shop they were exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable on their beers, friendly snd helpful with good options! Will definitely be back! read more

Today we discovered Serendipity and it's nice. We ordered a Peppermint Mocha and a Latte with Irish Cream and a slice of Bourbon Pecan cake. The lattes were really good and the Cake was moist and just perfect. They have a good selection of flavors and a very casual area to sit and enjoy. We will be back to try more of the menu. Loved stopping in for some coffee and games while walking around Mount Dora. My husband got the Old Fashioned and I got a Cold Brew and both were delicious. This was my new favorite local coffee shop, and for the past few months, my co-workers and I were regulars, enjoying your great Fall and Christmas menus. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Inexplicably, they didn't have the ability to sell gift certificates for Christmas gifts. After making an hour round trip to the shop (they don't answer their phone), and asking a friendly employee to ask the owner if there was any way to even create a gift card, they still refused. AMAZING!!! I visited Mt. Dora for the first time last weekend and someone recommended I come join the Karaoke night here! It was the most entertaining thing in town and I was there on 4th of July weekend! The guy leading the karaoke is soooo funny and kind and plays amazing music between singers. It's one of the few places I found where the crowd is generally younger also which was fun for me because I'm in my 20s. Highly recommend--must visit! read more

I was in Serendipity Coffee for the first time for a meeting. As soon as I walked in, I felt like family. They greeted me with "Hey good morning, great to see ya!" The options are great, they've focused on having the best products possible and it shows! I had a Hazelnut Almond Milk Latte, it was perfect. Not too sugary and had a cute decoration on top! Dora, Florida I found this beautiful gem right in the middle of the the Historic downtown district. The owner as well as the Barista were friendly, A pluses all around. It's cozy, warm, and inviting, and most of all it has the local vibes that I'm always looking for whenever I travel. They have their own unique brews, but they also serve the classics so they have it all. I must confess that I didn't try their food, but what I saw at the other tables looked tasty. A little disappointed w the big ass burrito equaling the size of a half of what I would consider to be a regular sized burrito. This is a great little spot in Mount Dora. My husband and I have been at the Mount Dora Craft Festival the past two days and we enjoyed breakfast here each day. This cafe is family run and has been open for about 10 months. The avocado toast, breakfast burrito, and breakfast sandwich are excellent. We've also loved the ice tea and iced coffee. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying lunch or dinner, along with their full beer menu! This is a fabulous, local small business and a great addition to the downtown, historic Mt. I don't know where the enthusiastic reviews come from because my visit here today was unsatisfactory. I walked in and there was no one behind the counter and no one greeted me. I walked to the back to use the restroom and when I came out I asked the girl I saw-sitting on a couch at the back with her face glued on her iPad-whether anyone worked here. She said that she did (!) I asked for a glass of water and she got me one, then went back to her couch and iPad. A bit later, a guy showed up at the front counter and when I asked him a question about the menu he answered me so curtly I could barely hear or understand him.
