Love to stop in here for coffee in the morning and beer in the evening. Serendipity always has happy staff AND customers, and makes sure that the dining room is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. I love the neon lights and flower combo! Also a big fan of your coffee flavors. read more

The lady and I are out on a play day... our twice monthly occasions to explore the world, just me and her. These are our favorite days. Today we took a 45-min trip up to Mount Dora and found ourselves sipping the most delicious craft coffee beverages we've had in a long time. And who made us those beverages? Oh, just the founder of the cafe. How's that for Serendipity?! From ingredient sourcing, temperature, flavor combinations, and friendly and impeccable service, this is a MUST. I had the raspberry ripple, which was made warm and half sweet at my request (only to learn the founder likes it that way too -- it's advertised as iced). Mocha with raspberry and white chocolate hints. Perfection. Saima had a flat white with rose petals that were so well crushed they didn't overpower or feel like chunks of flower on sipping :) Come here. Ask about their story. It's very cool. This multi-faceted cafe is a dream fulfilled for the people who started it, and we all get to benefit. Enjoy! read more

What a great find in the heart of Mt. Dora. Such a cute atmosphere and great music. The old fashioned coffee was amazing. What a fun twist to a coffee. They are so friendly here all the time. I go by about once a month or so but don't always buy coffee. This time I opted to get one of their iced coffees with raspberry in it and it was delicious. The prices are reasonable as well and I didn't have to wait long for my coffee to be made. They also sell a small selection of food (snacks or a few breakfast items) in case you want something more than coffee. Plus, they do have a couple of tables outside if you prefer to sit outside. I recommend this place for coffee if you're in the area. read more

Stopped in today for the first time and it definitely won't be the last. We came in around 5 and I ordered a nitro cold brew and it was very good! They also have breakfast/brunch offerings as well as a wide variety of different beers and seltzers! The seating area in the back of the store is very cozy and comfortable, and they have wifi too! What a great little place in Mount Dora! If you want to enjoy a nice fun afternoon stop by serendipity brews and have one of their great beers. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun and inviting with couches and tables and chairs and lots of different beers to choose from. We were a large group of 50+ people with a prearranged visit and they accommodated us in every way. Our group goes to lots of different breweries and taprooms all over the state and this one topped them all. Even though there are a small shop they were exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable on their beers, friendly snd helpful with good options! Will definitely be back! read more

Today we discovered Serendipity and it's nice. We ordered a Peppermint Mocha and a Latte with Irish Cream and a slice of Bourbon Pecan cake. The lattes were really good and the Cake was moist and just perfect. They have a good selection of flavors and a very casual area to sit and enjoy. We will be back to try more of the menu. The cafe was quite busy so no photos today. read more

Loved stopping in for some coffee and games while walking around Mount Dora. My husband got the Old Fashioned and I got a Cold Brew and both were delicious. We enjoyed seating inside and played some Quiddler while we took a break from walking around. Would highly recommend if your in the area to stop in for a coffee or beer! read more

Went here several times while in a camping trip at Trimble park. Can't vouch for the coffees but the beer selection was amazing for a small little place in Mount Dora. They had a lot of New England ipas which is my preferred beer style so it was so nice to enjoys them in an unexpected place. The owner was super nice. I will definitely be back on our next trip to central Florida. read more

AMAZING!!! I visited Mt. Dora for the first time last weekend and someone recommended I come join the Karaoke night here! It was the most entertaining thing in town and I was there on 4th of July weekend! The guy leading the karaoke is soooo funny and kind and plays amazing music between singers. It's one of the few places I found where the crowd is generally younger also which was fun for me because I'm in my 20s. Highly recommend--must visit! read more

There's nothing better than walking into a brewery and finding that your bartender remembered exactly what you drank the weekend before. Great environment and pleasant atmosphere. This was my new favorite local coffee shop, and for the past few months, my co-workers and I were regulars, enjoying your great Fall and Christmas menus. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Inexplicably, they didn't have the ability to sell gift certificates for Christmas gifts. After making an hour round trip to the shop (they don't answer their phone), and asking a friendly employee to ask the owner if there was any way to even create a gift card, they still refused. Apparently they are doing too well to care about holding on to new customers. Unfortunately, I'm sure this review will also go unnoticed. read more

I was in Serendipity Coffee for the first time for a meeting. As soon as I walked in, I felt like family. They greeted me with "Hey good morning, great to see ya!" The options are great, they've focused on having the best products possible and it shows! I had a Hazelnut Almond Milk Latte, it was perfect. Not too sugary and had a cute decoration on top! I sat in their shop over over an hour. They have a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you never want to leave. I'll be going here again very soon. read more

I love coffee. I love it so much that I went ahead and opened up my own coffee shops in South Florida. So when I was visiting my Mother-in-Law in beautiful Mt. Dora, Florida I found this beautiful gem right in the middle of the the Historic downtown district. The owner as well as the Barista were friendly, A pluses all around. It's cozy, warm, and inviting, and most of all it has the local vibes that I'm always looking for whenever I travel. They have their own unique brews, but they also serve the classics so they have it all. I must confess that I didn't try their food, but what I saw at the other tables looked tasty. Oh yes, and they have craft beer as well. If you are tired of the burnt coffee taste of the green mermaid, try this local gem. read more

Service and food was excellent, value was poor. Love the opportunity to support local artisan coffee shop. A little disappointed w the big ass burrito equaling the size of a half of what I would consider to be a regular sized burrito. The burrito was delicious, however left me needing to buy breakfast again after we left. My partner enjoyed the Breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Generally priced as an artisan coffee shop, with little emphasis on value. read more

This is a great little spot in Mount Dora. My husband and I have been at the Mount Dora Craft Festival the past two days and we enjoyed breakfast here each day. This cafe is family run and has been open for about 10 months. The avocado toast, breakfast burrito, and breakfast sandwich are excellent. We've also loved the ice tea and iced coffee. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying lunch or dinner, along with their full beer menu! This is a fabulous, local small business and a great addition to the downtown, historic Mt. Best coffee and coffee shop atmosphere in Mt. Dora period. Finally locals don't have to settle for chain coffee like Starbucks and can instead enjoy a crafted coffee brew. Where better to spend your money than a local coffee shop that's doing things differently. They also have an amazing back space for trivia nights, yoga, live music and more. This place may just save downtown Mt. Dora. We could use more places like this. Go support a local business that's doing it right. read more

I visited for the first time last night around 7:30pm and not one employee including the bartender had a mask on. The business had approximately 10 patrons also with no mask. We turned right around and walked out. Can't comment on the service and food since obviously they aren't adhering to safety precautions. read more

Le Petit was very accommodating to us for our tasting since we were a destination wedding and our time during wedding things were limited to our visits made to the area, the tasting went so smoothly and they truly made it hard to narrow down to only 3 flavors since all of them tasted great. Serendipity Brews is easily one of my favorite spots in Mount Dora. Great beer, seriously good food, and some of the best service around. The staff always makes you feel welcome and the whole place just has a great vibe. It's the kind of spot where you stop in for a beer and end up hanging out way longer than you planned.
