Pistachio in the winter? Thank you!

What an entertaining environment! You cannot beat the detail and thought that went into curating this immersive space (and all their others on the strip). The book shelves alone can keep your eyes entertained for hours scanning the details of the antiques and replicas littering the wooden planks that decorate the walls. But it's really their expertly mixed lattes that balance delicious flavors delicately with beautiful espresso to bring you a euphoric taste time age time again.

The little sit down area is so cute!

What a cute coffee shop! For those who know me my favorite Disney Movie is 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, and they are steampunk and aquatic themed! I love all the little touches of the early 1900s and was pleasantly surprised by the interactive parts (you'll have to go to find out what they are ;) ) Hillary (the owner) was so kind and welcoming and happy to show me around the shop :) I got the Irishman latte and shamrock cake pop - both which were excellent! I highly recommend taking a day to explore Tavares and grab a coffee here as you explore around!

I absolutely love the theme and I want to like this coffee shop SOO much because I love good coffee and the vibe is super cute. I've tried a latte and a cold brew and nether taste like coffee to me. The coffee is just so weak. Some people may like that, but I definitely like a stronger brew.

Nice and quiet to enjoy a cup of joe. I enjoyed it, it was a bit too pricey just for buying a hot white mocha...I paid a little over 6 bucks and it was not even made the greatest. Other than that I did like the barista, she was super kind and it was a dark mysterious little coffee shop. Will be back...I will just make sure to try something different.

I have wanted to try this local coffee shop for some time. I love the location but wish they were open later on the weekends. They close daily at 4:30pm but will stay open later for special events. The decor is really cool. It is very dark inside. The indoor seating is very intimate. There is a bar along the wall for those working with laptops. There are some tables outside to enjoy your drink. I ordered one of the January specials-Reese's peanut butter latte iced. Delicious!!! I am still thinking about that drink. The only con is it is here only for a limited time. You should check this place out and order it while you can!

While helping my mom move from Tavares we found this new and cozy coffee shop full of character, personality & yumminess. It's so refreshing to see Nautilus Coffee in Tavares, FL. Interior Design is very Nautical with a touch of elegance and curiosity. Plenty of Coffee options and delicious pastries. When in Tavares this a MUST stop :0)

Cute atmosphere, good customer service, clean inside. Got an iced Carmel coffee and it was delicious.

Americano (one size only? Didn't look at the menu). It was fabulous!!

I stopped in finally after seeing this new boutique coffee shop on Instagram. The atmosphere looked amazing online but in person, it was even better! Due to dietary restrictions right now, caffeine is a splurge and I can't indulge in any other special treats. Therefore, my review is based on a straightforward hot Americano. Parallel parking and a parking lot (both free) are available right across brick-paved Ruby street. I arrived as soon as the doors were open and I was warmly welcomed by the kind shop owner. The space is so artistic and unique! Love their branding and style. My Americano was promptly prepared and served with a smile. The most important factor: This coffee was fantastic! Rich, full bodied and so aromatic. I was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed every drop! If you're on Instagram of Facebook, make sure to follow this great company to see what goodies are on offer. Their baked goods and sweet drinks look amazing. Welcome to Tavares, Nautilus! Glad to have you here.

Their menu changes monthly, which is fun and what drew us here (we drove 45 minutes). The decor is gorgeous, and the staff was helpful and patient. The espresso wasn't as strong as I like it, and I debated adding an extra shot to my iced coffee, which I definitely should have. The flavor of the syrup I came for (peanut butter, which I pretty hard to find), was tasteless. My wife got the Cubano, which she gave a 3.5 star. Our toddler destroyed the blueberry muffin - I'm assuming he'd have given it a 5/5 haha If we ever made the trip again, I'd know how to better create my drink, but I think this will be a once and done type of visit.

Hazel is shaken Espresso (20 ounces)

I was in the area for a wedding and stumbled upon this coffee shop. This place was a nothing what I expected. I walked in and automatically felt like like I was lost at sea! All the decorations and seating matched perfect with the nautical theme. The Hazel is shaken espresso was amazing. It was a perfect combination of espresso, oat milk, cinnamon, and hazelnut. They also put the perfect amount of ice. Sometimes a lot of the places coffee to ice ratio isn't good, but this places ratio was perfect. Definitely will be heading back tomorrow morning!

Awesome little coffee shop. Service was great, very friendly. Didn't have to wait long to order or to pick up coffee. Will return!

It's such a cute spot, with an impressive selection of baked goods at very reasonable prices. This time, I ordered the chocolate strawberry latte, and we shared a red velvet scone along with one of their unique "Nobody Asked For This" chocolate chip cookies made with roasted garlic. The latte was delicious and piping hot--perfect for a chilly day. My first bite of the garlic chocolate chip cookie had me thinking, "No," but it quickly grew on me, and I ended up really enjoying the unexpected combination of flavors. The red velvet scone was huge (perfect for sharing) and absolutely amazing, loaded with chocolate chips. Between the drinks and treats I've tried over multiple visits, Allyson A's Bake Shop has yet to disappoint. It's a must-stop whenever I'm in Mount Dora.

When I asked for jam and clotted cream, I was told they were not available. They offered to heat it in the microwave for me, and at first, I said I'll eat it as is. I was soon back to ask them to heat it, which did help with the texture and taste. My friend had a chocolate raspberry bar, and another tried a cupcake. We were all disappointed in our choices. I had promised my husband something from the bakery when I got home, but decided to pass and went home empty-handed.

There is something satisfying about starting the morning in a place that feels local and intentional rather than corporate, and this shop fit that mood perfectly. The barista was still finishing the morning setup when I arrived, but once everything was in place she made a fantastic cortado for me. Strong, balanced, and served with care, it was exactly the kind of drink that settles you into the day. I ended up spending about two hours here, enjoying the coffee and their reliable wifi while easing into my morning before heading out to explore downtown Eustis. The shop itself is clean and comfortable, with enough warmth in the atmosphere to make it easy to linger. I did not understand the decision to keep the front door propped open, especially with the cold air and the steady hum of road noise drifting in, but every shop has its quirks. To each their own. Even with that oddity, it was a pleasant and productive stop, and a good way to begin the day in Eustis. [Review 1621 of 2025 - 2198 in Florida - 25169 overall]
