Super Happy Customer Here!!!! Back after 18 years!!…read more Nothing has changed: Dania still serves up top-notch service. Andra Kossy is the best salesperson ever, and the manager, Mike, doesn't short-stop anything. In August 2026, I went to check out a dining room table and chairs that I had seen online. The moment I stepped onto the showroom floor, I was instantly mesmerized. They had an awesome sale going, and I ended up spending approximately 14 hours shopping over two days! My salesperson, Andra, was super patient and extremely accommodating. In the end, I gleefully purchased 15 superb pieces of furniture, which they delivered to Wisconsin for a reasonable extra fee. The delivery and setup by Brandon and Guillermo were absolutely perfect. I originally went back to Dania because I never forgot my first experience there. Back in 2008, I was living in Oak Park, IL, had just sold my house, and wanted new furniture. A friend spoke very highly of them, so off I went. Their customer service was excellent, and the furniture was high-quality and reasonably priced. To make matters even better, their delivery and setup were awesome. I was so pleased that I never forgot the experience--in fact, I still have the bedroom set and bookcases I purchased back then! Fast-forward to August 2026: now living in Wisconsin, I recently purchased a condo and needed a dining room table and chairs. I looked locally, but all I could think about was Dania. Nothing compared to their high-quality, jazzy, and reasonably priced furniture. I knew it was time for a road trip, and it was entirely worth it. THANKS SO MUCH, Dania Northbrook!!!!!

We trust their judgement, and trust that they would find the best solution for us, and they did. They listened actively to what we like or want. Because they used to own a chain of furniture stores, they have a network of suppliers that they can tap into. They have good tastes, but more importantly, they are very hands on. They don't mind doing the work themselves, whether it's hanging art, installing lights, etc. We also very much appreciate that they repurposed our old furniture and gave them new life by finding great spaces for each piece. I would like to update my review. I did have the sofa redone at your shop. I had another chair recovered in velvet at Calico Corners in Wilmette and it does not attract dust and lint at all so it is not necessarily a function of all velvets. You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.

It's a nice shop with some lovely items. What drew me in was seeing some nice photo frames when I peeked in the windows; they had some nice ones but not quite what I was looking for. They had 15% off Christmas stuff when I was in but I didn't see anything I needed (and other similar shops I'd visited in Uptown, Andersonville, Wilmette, and even down the street in Winnetka had 40-60% off Christmas items, so it was easy to pass). Staff were friendly and I was greeted by both employees within moments of entering, both happy to help me find anything if needed.
