Best Buy "Geek Squad" told me I needed to have them come on site to see if it can be repaired, before I could get a return order to Epson. No exchange with BB, no warranties, even though I spent $140 at check out for what I thought was exactly that. I had to wait 2 weeks for the BB rep to come (I live in the mountains). In the meanwhile, I searched high and low for an Epson phone number - most of them don't work - to ask how the warranty worked. I got so lucky when by chance, I called CTS Services!! The lady there told me I had an extended replacement warranty direct from Epson, and what number to call. I cancelled Geek Squad, and am now calling Epson. Shop Locally whenever possible, my friends. CTS seems like a straight-up business.

Instead she was talking over me and not addressing my actual question to the point where I had to just say FU and hang up the phone which I have never done in my life. He even gave me a deal on security software, as well since I wanted to buy the full version. He also gave me options for free downloads for a variety of software, as well. This was a great purchase and great experience working with them. When you purchase through them, it also included a 120 day warranty from SNECS, too. They even offered to do a remote installation and a great file to backup (which is an offsite backup software) $39/year is so much cheaper than buying an external harddrive, too or going through any other option out there especially since it's unlimited files/space. I was very surprised to see the negative review especially since I feel like not only did I get a great deal, but I received great customer service and advice. Turns out my computer was fine. The first time Zack plugged it in at Joe's, it booted up no issue. Despite the relative ease of the fix, Zack was very cordial when I called, and at the store he was naming parts in my custom rig before I even pointed them out. He even offered to hit my PC with the air compressor at no charge (well, at the expense of the clean countertops,; I'm embarrassed to admit I had not dusted my PC in years). I love a local business that knows their stuff. I'll be coming back in the future if I have any other issues beyond me.
