They are very unprofessional. I live in a subdivision that has very narrow roads. They said and blocked the roads, and one of the cars to drive into the bushes to get around them. They were not working at a house at this location the driver of the truck road out of our neighborhood in the middle of the road and he drove 2 miles an hour.

Two weeks ago I started seeking price quotes to pump my 1000 gal septic tank. When I contacted septic blue I was quoted 3 times from the female rep answering their phone they charge $149. After listening to here full routine speel she asked me, a retired , disabled educator if I had any further questions, to which I immediately replied YES! Did I hear you correctly and understand you say multiple times " you will pump my septic for $150?? Her reply : Yes, pump and inspect your tank".; to which I scheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday! Upon arrival the technician quickly responded to my quoted price saying " she should have never said that" and continued to add all other possible additional costs NEVER mentioned in my initial scheduling phone conversation"!! After 10 minutes, the tec informed me of multiple ozempic type diabetic pens floating on the surface asking me if I flushed them down the toilet to which I indicated never! Ans found it suspicious after ten years of ownership of this property something like that would be floating in a house I'm the only one living in!! After signing a handful of releases never given the opportunity to read each, I was forced to pay $465 because of the content would have to be disposed of at a different facility. After speaking to other companies they said that was nonsense!! I was LIED to for profit, and immediately asked for a $200 refund which was quickly denied, forcing me to pay bill and hold off on my monthly needed meds! Today I looked at their website that states and shows their charge for first time customer is $295! ANOTHER lie quoting me $149 ( which is only for repeat, regular customers which I am not)! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A COMPANY WHO PREY ON SENIORS TO BELIEVE ALL THEIR LIES & DISCEPTIONS! And contact FTC, BBB , investigative news teams, as as Attorney General, and finally file papers in small claims for their bait and switch platform.

Received a flyer in the mail from Septic Blue to have tank pumped for $149.00 up to a 1000 gallon tank. Waited a month and a half for the appointment already had dirt moved and everything ready so all they had to do was pump. Nope. Got told by Dallas Cooper that he is highly trained and can't just pump out the septic tank that they don't do that, they don't pump tanks. As he was trying to upcharge for everything he saw. I was told there was no way he could pump the tank because they don't just pump tanks and definitely no where near the $149.00 and that I was a cheapskate for even mentioning. Don't waste your time or energy on these guys.

every year I hire a new company to come out and "fix" the problem, and every year they would just pump my tank and tell me "I was good to go".

If I could give One Way Septic 10 stars, I absolutely would! Amy here, and I can honestly say this…read morewas one of the best service experiences I've had. The team was very professional, honest, and explained everything clearly from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, and there were no hidden surprises. If you need septic tank pumping, septic inspections, or septic repair in the Kennesaw area, I highly recommend One Way Septic. Tg!

I had them come out to pump my 1,000 gallon tank and was quoted 485 over the phone. The reason I…read morecalled them was because my bathroom had smelled a bit like sewer the last two days and then the morning I called them, the shower wasn't draining as quickly as it had. The last time we had the tank pump was 5 years ago so I figured that's what it needed. They have this bait and switch scam where they tell you it's going to be $485 to pump it but then they show up and they tell you there's an over full fee of $200 and if you happen to have any Kleenex or wipes in your septic system they charge you another $150 trash fee. So by the time you get your septic tank cleaned out it could cost you almost $1,000! They advertise $485 to get you in the door but then they jack up the price with extras. You're better off just to pay a competitor $600 and not get up charged at all. They will do everything for $600 and not add on charges. Ridiculous things. There are a lot of septic tank companies in the Atlanta and Douglasville area. Before hiring this company, please get a few estimates and don't fall for there their price. Gimmick to get them on your property. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER'S COMMENT: Has there ever been a routine? $485 pumping? I can almost guarantee the answer to that question is no. You use the $485 to get people to let you come on to their property. Once you're on their property you have a $285 cancellation fee if they reject your up charges and high pricing. You've got this scam really well figured out and I hope future customers understand what you're doing. It's very obvious. In the future I will just go with the middle priced septic guy and if they try to up charge me with trash fees or digging fees or over full fees I will tell them no thank you and call the next person. I think it's very shady what you're doing with this bait and switch pricing tactic. The only reason you gave me a $50 discount is because I told you that I would have to get some more price quotes from other companies before I committed to the high price with the upcharges. Only then did you quickly offer me a $50 discount. I knew if I didn't accept the offer and turned him away, I would end up paying your $285 cancellation fee. So yeah you guys are cheesy as heck and it's really sad. You should be reported to the better Business bureau and probably criminally as well.
