    Make up session with Nonira! Thanks to My (the better manager at Glendale)

    I want to give a huge thank you to Nonira and My at the Glendale Sephora for truly saving my birthday photoshoot. My experience started off stressful because another manager had changed my makeup appointment timing multiple times and then tried to cancel the appointment when I arrived late. The reason I was late was because I had to rearrange another appointment last minute after Sephora had already moved my makeup appointment the day before. Once the situation was escalated to My, everything turned around. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness and made sure I was still taken care of. She arranged for Nonira to step in and do my makeup, which I'm so grateful for. Nonira did an amazing job. She listened carefully to the look I wanted and created a beautiful, polished makeup look that photographed perfectly for my birthday shoot. Her attention to detail and artistry were fantastic, and she made me feel comfortable and confident. I'm really thankful to My for stepping in and making things right, and to Nonira for the incredible makeup work. They absolutely saved my birthday shoot and turned what started as a stressful situation into a great experience.

    I came in today excited to purchase some Glow Recipe products I've been eyeing online, although it was too crowded for me to find 1/3 of my items, I enjoyed my visit and purchase. On my way out I decided to check out some foundations. Tyler was extremely helpful helping me find my shade. She went above and beyond recommending a different brand than I was looking for and of course she sold me on her recommended brand (Ciele). I was able to discover a much needed new foundation brand and SPF primer. I was a bit overwhelmed with how crowded it was, but the employees made sure my visit was a success.

    My wife wanted to stop by this Sephora inside Americana after we ate brunch across the street at Glendale mall. They were really busy but it's because it's a Sunday and close to Christmas. My wife wanted to take advantage of their deal because yesterday was the last day for it. There are staff throughout the store and ready to help you if you have any questions. While my wife was shopping, I went to check out their cologne for men. It's toward the back of the store and there not much walking room over there. The person working that area was very helpful with me and giving me recommendations on which one would be good along with the sales.

    Absolutely fantastic store! The support team here works spectacularly amazing with every customer super personable and always making sure that your needs are mat. They provide a lot of beauty services and they're constantly always in stock. It can be very popular location, but don't get overwhelmed. The checkout line moves fairly quickly and they will do their best to pull people out of line to check them out if you are Sephora inside member what again huge shout out to the Sephora team at this location absolutely love them!

    Decent customer service here, but why does the store smell like a dirty bathroom? It's so foul, you can smell it from the sidewalk.

    Nine months ago, I had an excellent review. Today is a different story. Last Friday I bought my…read morehair color that I've been purchasing from them 7-00and 8-00. The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

    I've driven by this place hundreds of times, and I've FINALLY walked in. I wish I'd done it…read moresooner!! Found a hair product that is NEVER sold at CVS and now that Rite Aid is closing down, they hardly have any products at all!! This hair product is good for adding color and more substance to an area of your head that you feel needs some help. There are different shades which is great. The price is reasonable and lasts quite a while. I walked around a little, and looked at similar products, but the price was higher. Since I had some time, I explored the store and found many beauty products. the prices seem reasonable. Some of the stuff looked a little old so I would recommend checking for the expiration date. Plenty of free parking in a large shared lot.

    My friend and I had an amazingly special time here creating our own perfumes in this lovely shop…read morewhere they are curating your own scents! They take down information on your preferred scents - things you like, don't like (ie floral, tropical, woodsy, spicy etc) and will come up with "mystery" ingredients for you to smell. What's amazing is when you discover things that you didn't think you liked blending so well with new ingredients (a surprise for me was pink peppercorn and blueberry!). Interestingly you learn whether your skin is absorptive basal or acidic as certain ingredients will smell differently on your skin once applied. They suggest you also dab versus rub into your skin and also go outside to see if the scent changes in the air a few minutes in. I found that my skin was absorptive which actually impacted the amounts of ingredients that they put in my unique scent. Also they will keep your formula on file so if you want to reorder or even get a lotion or a candle, you can contact them directly. This was a blast of an afternoon and I loved it! We were blown away at how kind and amazing Jennifer and Karen were. They became our friends before we left. If you are looking for a place to shop for gifts, this is the place. It's an absolute gem!!

I expected a simple clean look in a soft 1920s smoky style. Unfortunately this was the worst makeup application I have ever received. The artist was kind in conversation but the work itself was extremely disappointing. The makeup was uneven unblended and nowhere near what I asked for. I left feeling like the artist did not put in much effort and it really impacted how I felt afterward. Now I have to look at the photos and see makeup that was poorly done. For 100 dollars I expected at least a basic level of care and skill. I would recommend doing your own makeup before spending that amount here because my experience did not match the standard I expected.

And they directed me to walk on another street to wait for my iPhone to be fixed at the Apple Store. I had money to burn but I won't go there anymore I will go back to my The Body shop or try Ulta maybe their customer service is a little calmer & inviting. Thank you
