Hi I'm Barbra! I'm not a beauty guru or anything like that but i did want to share my experience with a Sephora employee named Alora! She was kind and helpful, she helped me pick out a foundation that went with my skin tone and some skin care stuff from dr. Jart! I've never had such a helpful experience in a store like this before and I thought I'd share. So when you are there look for Alora! read more

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are nice and very friendly. They always walk around to check if you need anything. The store has a good selection of everything. I really like that I can try on the perfume and body mists beforehand which is extremely helpful. Don't forget to use the app for points and sales :) read more

First time at this location and I have to say the staff was pretty nice and greeted me as I entered the store. I did browse a bit and looked at the new fragrances on display. But my main purposes was to return items bought online as one of the UV sunblock Innisfree Korean brand actually gave me hives when putting it on. Good thing Sephora does returns within a 30 day period. My issue was with another product Sephora 2% salicylic acid serum. I ordered this online end of July 2026 and it was shipped as an expired product (expired April 2026). What?!?! Definitely had to return this. Overall staff was quick and efficient with my returns. No issues there. Just not satisfied with received an already expired product that I had to come in store to return. read more

Just lost a customer! They tell you if you don't like something please bring it back. They fail to say you have 30 days to do so. I bought a gift for my daughter. It's the wrong color. I'm over the 30 days by a week or so. They wouldn't even exchange it or give me store credit. Their prices are too steep for such a strict policy. Whats the harm in an exchange or store credit? You still get the money!!! Not the employees fault! She was very nice and helpful otherwise. Very disappointing experience!!! read more

Located in the same plaza as the Target shopping center. This location is decent sized with plenty of workers. I was helped pretty quickly. I needed a foundation to "tie me over " until I could find my old foundation. I like the algorithm they use to try and find you something similar to what you had. I was amazed how quickly the worker was able to match the foundation with my skin tone. Definitely see why people love Sephora! read more

Went and shopped around earlier today & Megan helped me and my sister out. She is very knowledgeable about products, gave me some recommendations that I fell in love with, and is just a very kind hearted person overall. One of my best experiences shopping at this location :-) Stock is decent & the store is much much cleaner and easier to navigate than the Spectrum! Limited parking out front, but it wasn't an issue on a weekday. read more

I went in there I thin a couple weekends ago... I've noticed as I'm getting older sometimes I get ignored by staff in retail stores , especially when I'm not all dolled up when I go to makeup stores, if I'm wearing just regular clothes, no makeup, being older, sometimes I get kind of ignored. Not so the last time I went. I looked not cute at all just running errands for the day, dorky clothes no makeup, the young girl working there was very sweet and friendly and greeted me, she even helped me find some shampoo for colored hair. I really really appreciated her friendliness cuz I had gone here a couple times a few months ago and no greeting or initiated help from staff I was a bit turned off, but I really liked this girl, dark hair I don't know her name very sweet and kind. she gave me a positive experience. And cute products overall lots of great stuff there. read more

I generally love this Sephora, and most of the employees are amazing. However, I had an awful experience trying to return a powder compact that was barely used once (and clearly too light for me) at the 42 day mark. The Manager, Cheyenne (I'm sure I didn't get the spelling right - I had to get her name out of her coworker once I was at the register) refused to exchange the product as a one time courtesy. She then gave me the run around and told me to contact Sephora customer service using their listed number online. Sephora customer service said that since it was an in-store purchase they could not help. As I had stepped outside to call customer service, I came back in and told Cheyenne about the conversation. I asked if she would reconsider the return, particularly because of the age of my Beauty Insider account and my VIB Rouge status. She refused again. . . . Otherwise, this Sephora is great! ;) It's a convenient location, clean, and well-stocked. read more

Staff is amazing!!! They are all super sweet and helpful. Especially Mercedes and Shannon.

I just had a disappointing visit to our local Sephora. I bought myself a Tinted Moisturizer back in November because I thought mine was almost out. I didn't need to open it until this week and it smells awful (like a stale smell). I went to exchange it for a new one and I was told there is only a 30 day return policy. The product I took to exchange doesn't have an expiration date until 02/27 but it smells "old". I'm surprised that they wouldn't honor my exchange for a product that obviously went bad. Now I'm stuck with a brand new product that I can't use. I'm now second guessing my loyalty to Sephora read more

All the workers at Sephora in Foothill are really sweet! Natalia took her time with me and even gave me lots of samples, because I was indecisive on a cleanser. I'll for sure come back and hope I can get her again! read more

This is their Grand Opening today, Sept 8th! Think of Sephora in the malls but slightly smaller but nonetheless a decent size place with all the Sephora necessities for hair, makeup, fragrance for men and women, accessories and much more! You got the Sephora drill. And gents, get on the good side of your significant other by knowing this place. Tons of staff in today's opening event. Location - nestled in the Foothills Ranch Towne Center in between Hobby Lobby and JoAnn in the same plaza as Target, Michaels, Del Taco, Raising Canes, Chick-Fil-A and much more. Verdict - definitely a fast and convenient way to get your Sephora fix! read more

Thai location is my favorite. Although it isn't as big as the one at the Irvine Spectrum, at least it's not a madhouse and still has an array of choices to choose from. If you don't find what you're looking for they can place the order for you online, and and the shipping is free. It's always very clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. I love that it's so close to home now too. read more

Everyone who works at this location is so friendly, and will give the best supportive hand when shopping. Nat, who helped me choose skincare products from the Kiehl's line today, was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. Thank you, Sephora Foothill Ranch, for always being the best! read more

This is a great Sephora - clean, everything is where it should be, sales ppl are nice and friendly but not pushy- really have only good things to say! read more

Every time I visit this location, it's such a great experience, even though I usually prefer shopping online. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Brandon, who's an absolute sweetheart. If something I need is out of stock, they're always quick to suggest great swaps or help track it down. I don't usually love shopping in-store, but they truly make it worth the trip. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with Brandon the cashier. Wouldn't stop trying to get me to spend $75 for the sale and refused to tell me my acquired points from my phone number. Talking over me when I nicely declined the offer. Another cashier helped me out and was very informative... not pushy. read more

I dont shop in-store for many reasons (sometimes the products I want are online only, I cant take advantage of the online promo codes in store, and sometimes there is only one cashier and I don't like to wait a long time in line to checkout) but I do spend thousands at Sephora online. HOWEVER... its because of the in-person stores and associates that I am able to do so much online shopping. When a new product is released that I'm interested in but I dont know if it will work well with my hair type or skin type, I head to my local store (foothill ranch) for a sample. The employees are great about helping with this. Once being able to try the product, I know if its a good fit for me or not, which really helps. I would be much less likely to order a product without trying it first. This is where Sephora has the big advantage over Ulta, because Ulta never gives you samples of anything. Also when a new makeup product comes out and Im not sure of the colors from the online pictures, I head to the store to try out the testers and color match myself and sometimes ask the advice of the staff. I probably could not buy makeup without being able to find the right color in-person first. Im writing this review because the store and its staff is valuable and should get due credit, even though I'm an online shopper. Recently I was in to test out colors for a new makeup and looking for a good primer that actually works without clogging pores and causing breakouts, and it had to be something cruelty free too. I was assisted by Alora and she was great. She made me samples and gave me recommendations. Good customer service like this is the reason I spend a fortune with their company year after year. They don't give you a guilt trip just for coming in to test colors or to get a sample, like commissioned makeup counter sales girls do. Keep up the good work Sephora. read more

I just had a good and bad experience at this Sephora. A nice girl helped me originally. Then another nice girl. I discussed the one lady about the supergroup set that was priced for $30. I decided to buy and then it rang up as $44. When I inquired I showed the sales clerk that there were about 10 of this product line up behind the price $30. She called a manager who was rude and abrupt saying that it was clearly not the same name and that price was marked in the right hand corner. I had no idea the price was in the corner as the price is small compared to the writing in front of the product. I would give this manager a 1 for meanness and not taking ANY accountability for the product having the wrong price in front of it even though there was NO other price nearby and she claimed that it was the price somewhere over on the right of the product display despite having 2 rows of the product in front of the $30. I'm disappointed in general and not sure I will keep it after that display of callousness. Ugh I would give the store a 4 since it's small but has lots of product choice and a 1 for the manager that morning. read more

Was shopping today and I felt ignored. I watched employees offer to help others including looking up rewards and explaining how the sale going on works. I didn't even get a greeting when I came in. I eventually put back items I wanted to purchase and decided I would purchase it at Ulta. I just picked out my birthday gift and left. read more

My daughter and I go into this convenient Sephora location all the time! We love how it is never overly cluttered, and can breathe in the store. It's a busy location but it doesn't feel overwhelming inside. We are always greeted with a friendly smile within seconds of entering. The girls on the floor and behind the register are super helpful and give fantastic advice on what colors are great for my complexion (dark complexion, African American) and for my daughter who is mixed. We love this location and recommend it to friends and family read more

This Sephora has the worst customer service ever. I have visited this location twice and both times waited so long by cash register to pay for my items and was ignored by the staff. There were 2 employees just chatting and said the cashier is on a break she will be back soon. I waited 15 minutes and left . Don't waste your time and money at this location read more

This is my favorite Sephora to go to because everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. I went in today clueless about skincare and Brandon helped me so much and was extremely knowledgeable! I'm so happy with my experience and purchases. Thank you Brandon! read more

I came in today with my boyfriend looking to buy a perfume that i recently sampled, i've had bad experiences at sephoras in the past as far as feeling profiled and being followed throughout the store. Jessyca came up to us and started asking a ton of questions and asked me for my beauty insider info. i am normally asked this when i'm at the register not while i am browsing around. it felt like she was trying to get my name to be able to identify me. i didn't think much of it until she asked my boyfriend for his info as well. he obviously does not have a beauty insider account but she kept pushing for him to give her his details and make an account of his own after he had said no. it was a strange interaction for sure. not sure if i'm overreacting but it made me sad. she also told us to come to her before we go to get my birthday gift from sephora but it felt more like she wanted us to check in with her before we go to ensure we know that she's watching us. read more

Don't get me wrong I love Sephora.I went in looking for a product for my mom and I was being helped by this very nice lady and I asked for a sample so she got it and this guy Patrick approaches me asking if I need help I said no and he proceeded to sell me things.he said "ok period" every other word and he showed me a product and put it on his hands and said look do you see the redness it's gone I said no because I didn't see it and then he put it on MY hand I was a little violated and he said do you see the redness versus your other hand with the serum and he asked me if I needed glasses.I was at a loss for words at the moment.Patrick disturbed me and my shopping experience so I took my buissness elsewhere. All the employees Ive ever met at Sephora are helpful and kind Patrick was not. Great experience! Today I went to do some shopping and I was greeted at the door by some nice employees, throughout my whole time shopping a very nice employee by the name of Brandon helped me the entire time. After I checked out and looked at my receipt, I realized there was a slight problem so I went back in and talked to Brandon and he help me out so much, and made everything as easy as possible, if you go to this Sephora make sure you talk to him because he was def the nicest and most helpful employee, thank you Brandon! read more

It's my first time leaving a review in Sephora. I just think is a normal chain cosmetic shop. But this shop made a difference. I think the Staff are super friendly and honest. They give their opinion and really recommend what's suitable for the customer. If they think you don't need the product, they would actually say it. I will come back to this neighborhood shop and so thankful I live close by. read more

this is my favorite sephora location, the team is always so friendly !! especially Amanda really helped me out my last visit!

I came into store last week to grab some new mascara & other refills I usually get, and this was my first time at this location. Everyone working was SO sweet & helpful. I work retail so I feel extra bad taking time away from anyone working, but the one time i asked a question the girl was so nice. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for in back stock, & the girlies ringing me up at the front were so sweet & seemed happy to be there. The whole store was clean & well put together, & they deserve recognition!! I'll deff be coming back to this location read more

Alright, sit down because this is about to be a long one. Let me preface by saying I loved all things make up and beauty but as a mom who has lost touch with reality and at this point the beauty industry I have no idea what the heck I am doing. I feel like my self care with beauty flew out the window, but on this particular day (yesterday) I really wanted to treat myself and get it together! As someone who would typically never ask for help in a beauty store I lost all shame after having a kid as she is super social and forces me to talk to strangers since she waves to nearly all of them. I came in alone and decided to do what my daughter does and flagged a stranger. In this case an employee asking for their expertise in the perfume section. That's when my new bestie Alani ( forgive me If I am wrong on spelling) humored me and gave me different scents to smell until we found the right one for me. The perfume smelled insanely good. Sorry besties but I am keeping that secret for me. Anyway she should be promoted because she was patient and kind and didn't look at me crazy for coming in with crocs and disheveled hair. In the end she looked just as excited as me for finding me my favorite new perfume. Come and find her if you need help!! read more

I placed an order for in store pick up and am unable to pick up the item within their 5 day time frame. The item is now sold out everywhere and when I called and asked if I could pick it up the following morning they said "no, our system doesn't allow us to make extensions" umm hello? I already paid for the item. I work retail and would never treat a customer who already paid for something like that. Never will I shop at Sephora again. read more
