Korean skincare lovers and just all around skincare lovers, this experience was incredible!…read more I recently visited Troiareuke in Lake Forest for a professional Korean skin analysis and facial experience, and I was blown away by how detailed the skin scan was. The scan measured everything from hydration levels, pigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles, pore size, and buildup, giving me a complete picture of my skin's health and exactly what I can do to improve it. Seeing the results in real time was both fascinating and eye-opening! The facility itself is absolutely beautiful, with high-end Korean skincare products throughout. As someone who loves Korean skincare, I was in heaven!!!! If you've ever wondered what your skin actually needs, I highly recommend scheduling a skin scan. The personalized insights alone are worth it--and trust me, you'll want to stay for the facial too! Alice helped me with the scan and Dana did my facial. Both were amazing! Book your appointment you won't regret it.

Never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior. I drove 1.5 hours to this location because…read moreI was very excited about the technology used and everything that was used and shown on social media. Location, stunning. I'm going to address two main things, The service started out okay but then shortly after instead of nice massage movements they started light slapping on my face and I don't personally like that which made me uncomfortable, at the end of the service they put a leg compressor and a face mask on and left the room for what felt like forever, so long that I started counting how many pauses in between songs which was 8, even if a song is 3 minutes long that's well over 20mins. I went to the front and paid for my service and sunscreen because I didn't enjoy the service but the product was nice. I still tipped because I know what it's like to be in the beauty industry working for tips. I reached out to the private line which I assumed was the owner cause it was sending me personal texts about rescheduling to give some feedback because I didn't want to put my girl on the spot and make her uncomfortable. I wanted the owner and her to have a private one on one coaching moment with the feedback that I left. You can read the messages listed above, but long story short it spiraled to such a point where instead of just giving private coaching, they had her try and call me to apologize, which is both embarrassing for her and myself and completely unprofessional. If you go to a restaurant and don't like your food, you don't see the manager, bringing out the chef to apologize to you right? they just fix the food and that's the end of it. I felt like they were completely targeting her and trying to make it seem like I was doing the same and they were telling me that she was ashamed which I was not trying to belittle her. I was just trying to share private criticism about not leaving someone in a room for 20 minutes to just lay there with a face mask on and getting too much slapping movements on the face which was making me uncomfortable. I would absolutely never go back just based on the way they treat their employees. On top of that they try to make it right with a $75 refund which I said that I would accept because I drove an hour and a half away and they stopped messaging me when I said I would accept so now they're not doing that either. I can never support a business that tries to make their employees feel small when they make a mistake and embarrass them. Good products or not these people are still people at the end of the day and trying to put them on the spot to call and apologize is crazy When I was just giving private feedback on something the made me uncomfortable.

I love this advanced skincare medical spa. She will not do your lower face because she would never want to hit a nerve and make your smile into a weird frown. She's very honest and tells you it straight. That's one of the reasons I go to her because she's not trying to sugar coat anything. She's honest with me about all their treatments and I trust her. I recently did the Xerf skin tightening treatment as I'm 48 and my skin has started to sag and get more creppy around my jawline and neck. My session went so well-I will warn you it was a bit painful but so worth it!!! I was blown away with the results. It really is quite remarkable especially after just one treatment. My skin isn't as soft and pliable. It's less wrinkly. My entire jawline, cheeks and neck skin have tightened up! There's not nearly as much loose skin! My 2nd appointment is coming up in a couple weeks and I can't wait to see those results. I was contemplating a lower neck lift and now I'm just doing this. After my 2nd Xerf treatment I'm going to do the salmon PDRN to build up my collagen and improve my skin texture. I've been so happy with my results at EB Medical Spa. I've been doing my Botox here for 8 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Being that I'm nearing 50, I'm really starting to want to preserve my skin and I wouldn't look anywhere else. They honestly have it all and you can trust in them. Thank you!

When I asked for photos of people with similar cases like mine he pretty much brushed me off & suggested I visit their website for photos. Why would I do that if you're literally right in front of me hahah. Show me photos educate me you're the surgeon who I may potentially pay thousands and thousands to perform this procedure. Anyways after our rushed procedure the sales team gets a hold of me lol and they just went right into pricing .. didn't ask me about the consult didn't even introduce themselves I was shocked !!! The whole experience came off rushed and very sales driven. I even expressed that to the sales girls) I really believe if the surgeon took his time explaining things and behaved like someone who cared about me instead of my $$ this would have been a totally different experience. People are coming to you to spend tons and tons of money. They're not an inconvenience as soon as they want questions answered, very unprofessional. The 2 stars is for that fact that he doesn't charge a consult fee (shocking )

Within the first few minutes of the consultation, Dr. Ahadiat identified the likely cause, and with the prescribed treatment, my mom is finally doing well and no longer having issues. She has a great energy, she is so knowledgable, and has top of the line equipment from Europe (before it even gets to the US many times), treatments are so relaxing, and her products actually WORK. K, now if you want the short novel: To be honest I was skeptical to get a treatment because it's the Wild West when it comes to ingredients and there's so much crap out there, plus my skin reacts to so much... BUT. I just had my first treatment with Spela and I'm sold. I have always struggled with very dry skin and I also have lot of food allergies- (especially gluten). Despite being super conscientious about what I eat and what I put on my skin, I kind of resolved that my best skin would always include redness and bumps on top of the dryness. Then, in the last two months, I got a new member to the club- I developed some serious issues with the edges of my mouth being constantly cracked and then my skin all around my mouth basically cracking off. gross I know. I hadn't told Spela any of my gut issues or allergies and she read my face like a book- immediately pointing signs that out that my gut must be very upset with me lol and my gross mouth situation was peri oral dermatitis and possibly a B12 deficiency (which I know I have). She was immediately so encouraging we were going to fix it all (if I promised to do my part of the work- she was very clear on that lol). She sent me home with a regimen and I'm not kidding, it's only one day/ 2 regimens later and my gross mouth is already like 50% better and my skin is glowing. I can't say my skin has ever felt "nourished", and that really is the only way I can describe what my face feels like. Overall, her whole space and the experience was so relaxing. I'll circle back in a couple months with an update- I finally have hope I can have control over my skin :)
