While in the middle of servicing her own client, the owner was loudly confronting and removing one of her technicians -- right in front of me and another client. The owner's behavior was unprofessional and lacked discretion. The shop itself was disorganized, and there were no other workers except the receptionist. The overall energy felt tense and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the services I booked because the technician was being dismissed on the spot. This experience was uncomfortable, poorly handled, and far from what I would expect from a client-facing business. Don't waste your time or money here.

The process took about 1.5 hours. I had also came in before to get Gel-X nails done (also by Katie) and it was A+ work. I'm happy with Katie. I originally found this place through Groupon and later booked another appointment when they…read moreoffered the same pricing after moving back to their original location. Unfortunately, I missed my first appointment and was charged a reasonable $20 cancellation fee, which I understood as a business owner myself. Overall, I tried to approach the situation with understanding and respect, but the experience ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with how things were handled. Because they do not accept credit cards and my credit union app was having issues with Zelle, I paid in cash. Between the cancellation fee, service, and tip, I ended up $8 short. What made the situation especially uncomfortable was that the technician was aware of some personal circumstances I have been dealing with. So hearing that exceptions had been made for other clients, but not for me, felt dismissive and lacking in compassion during an already difficult time. A few days later, they contacted me regarding the remaining balance. Around that same time, I developed bumps and was seen by my dermatologist, who diagnosed folliculitis related to the sugaring service. When I informed the salon, the response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they sent aftercare instructions afterward, which I believe should have been reviewed immediately following a Brazilian service, and stated that folliculitis can occur. The technician also mentioned that other clients had been excused from similar balances, but that flexibility was not extended to me. Given the overall experience, lack of accountability, and customer service concerns, I chose not to return and did not pay the remaining $8 balance. Based on my experience, I would proceed carefully and encourage others to ask questions about policies, aftercare guidance, and communication expectations before booking

Thank you Erica and her team on my lash extensions…read more I contacted the business and Erica replied promptly w/ a time slot that worked with my hectic schedule. She had advised that Anna would be the tech. When I came in, I was greeted by Anna who was super friendly and nice. After filling out some paperwork, it was time to get it done! Anna asked what kind of style and length I had in mind. She took her time and gave me different options on what would look best for my eye shape and how to take care of the lashes after. During the service, she would periodically asked how I was doing and if there was any discomfort. I didn't have any and as a matter of fact, I kind of fell asleep for a bit (too relaxed haha). After about an hour later, I sat up and was very impressed w/ the results. It took a little time to get use to since I haven't had extensions for a while, but after 15 or so minutes, it felt fine. I've gotten plenty of compliments from my gfs. It used to take about 20 minutes to get ready in the morning and now, it's about half which is so nice! Thank you again Vbrow and Beauty.
