At approximately 8:55 PM, a pharmacy staff member in a blue uniform approached me and informed me that the pharmacy was now closed and that I would need to return another time. I was given no opportunity to be served, despite the fact that: 1. I was physically present and in line BEFORE the closing time. 2. The excessive delay was caused by the transaction ahead of me -- not by any action on my part. 3. I was not warned at any point during my wait that I might not be served. 4. No reasonable effort was made to accommodate a customer who had been waiting in good faith. This is not simply an inconvenience depending on the nature of the prescription, a refusal to dispense medication to a patient already waiting in line can have serious health consequences. Turning away a customer who arrived before closing, due to a delay the customer had no part in creating, is both a failure of customer service and potentially contrary to your own service standards.

I show up and the doctor says there's a shortage and they can only fill "half" of my script. I can be understanding but the head nurse was extremely rude telling me I can always look other places which I never influenced looking for another pharmacy. But not I will 100% find another pharmacy. This buisness is extremely MESSY and all seem to think being busy is a way of it being okay. As a buisness owner this is a fail. Unfortunate
