Frankly one of the worst pharmacies. I have a prescription that is refilled automatically every month. And every month I have to call and handle them not running it correctly through my insurance. My insurance company has called and walked them through it even. Yet the issue continues. I made my last visit to this joint tonight. The staff is that rare combination of incompetence, stupidity, and laziness. A real triple threat. I sat waiting for an additional 45 minutes after they told me to come pick up my wife's meds. She had 4 being filled. When I got 3 they told me they had spoken to her, and she refused one. Driving away I called my wife to ask her. It was a complete lie. I went back in and they had the pharmacy shuttered tight but were able to hear me scream at them through the window. Their response was, "its not my fault, and we are closed, come back tomorrow" Absolutely disgusting people. Very helpful staff here. Explained pricing questions and took the time to point out exactly what she meant. The store itself is Spotless and displays are nicely arranged. Ridiculous!!!!! I registered online for our vaccinations a couple of weeks ago. Went through and completed all the paperwork and acknowledgments. We arrive just to hear their system doesn't have the data and everything needs to be redone. Our appointment time was 11:30AM. It is now 12:05PM and we are still waiting. There are four people including the pharmacist working in the pharmacy. Totally unacceptable!! read more

This review is for the pharmacy not the store. The pharmacy is a complete joke. To say they are slow is an understatement. It doesn't matter the time of day or the day that you come or what prescription you're trying to get filled they will never have it ready and give some lame excuse. Please Walgreens pharmacy employees explain to me how it takes 5 to 12 hours to get two prescriptions ready because I just don't see how that's possible. I literally called to make sure this would be ready. They assured me by 7:30 the latest that gave them 5 1/2 hours to get this prescription ready and again I show up and it's not ready. Sorry with your employee standing around yapping to each other. You have time to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It's really terrible. This is the only drive-through pharmacy around. They take meds and give them to a "preferred" customer she said So I had to get a new script from my dr because I only had 1 weeks worth from them after they took from my already filled script Dr sends new script lady says as soon as we hear from Dr we can fill it and u can come in Monday or latest Wednesday or Thursday Dr sends new script that I asked them to send to walgreens and now walgreens says oh u gotta wait til Sunday cuz we have you 1 week already! I'm like what?? Now I can't take my trip because u lie and steal then jack me around and the app showed my new script filled ready at noon then pharmacist pauses it says oh we decided u should wait til Sunday Wtf My dr calls the pharmacist Jennifer - the pharmacist- and she is pissed because I had already called them out for saying it's ready for pick up 3 days ago then taking it off pick up status and saying delayed So Jennifer tells my Dr that it's her "clinical assessment that says I should wait two weeks" Never ever going to them again This switcheroo game from them is unacceptable at my expense!! Very long wait times to speak to pharmacist, then the staff can't answer basic questions. They have the incorrect birthday so can't find out on automated system if prescription is ready. While speaking to staff you can get hung up on your phone. They need to get the basics taught. Will change to a different Walgreens. read more

I have some sort of complication almost every time I fill a prescription here, but recently things have gotten very bad. Ordered a refill on their app; after a day or two it was marked "delayed" with no explanation. 20 minutes on hold later, I find out that I submitted the refill "after a year had passed from the date of the original rx." I had never heard of this deadline, and doublechecked that the app said I had "two more refills by 2/10/26." So I have to wait until they get a new rx from the doctor (again, first time in 20 years of being a customer). That came in Friday. No word on my refill Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I decided to go in in person, and am told the computer says my prescription is already filled. I am then told they can't find it. A 90-day supply that was just filled in the last couple of days and they can't find it. They ask me to come back; when I do, 2 hours later, I am handed a bag with 5 pills. Not the 90-day supply they had filled, but 5 pills; they need me to come back on Wednesday. So, to recap, an unchanged rx that I've been taking for 20 years required multiple uses of the app, a phone call that took nearly half an hour, and two separate visits to the store, and I STILL don't have my medication. And the indifference of all the staff just rubs salt in the wound! read more

I get a prescription that needs to be called in by my doctor every month. Walgreens creek won't fill it untill I call in and tell them to fill it. Is this the craziest thing you have ever heard. Avoid this location at all cost! My husband is going on a week delay on his medication and they always have a different excuse when we arrive. We receive notifications that the meds are ready but when we get there they aren't. I had the same issues and switched to their El Toro location in Laguna Woods and have had zero issues since. I was having issues with filling prescriptions at my CVS, so I transferred them to this pharmacy. Huge mistake. If you ever need to call the pharmacy, expect to be on hold for 25+ minutes. I was on hold once for 50 minutes (not an exaggeration). These outrageous hold times occurred at different hours of the day (9am, 2pm, 7pm), therefore, I believe they just don't want to answer the phone, or can't physically answer the phone due to understaffing. In addition to this, picking up my prescriptions took over 20 minutes. One pharmacist doing their work on the computer, and one assistant ringing up the prescriptions. They have a drive thru, so the assistant would alternate between people inside picking up, and people in the drive thru. The pharmacy seems very understaffed, so that is probably the root of these issues. Transferred my prescriptions to another Walgreens and they are way better. read more

This review is specifically for the Fedex center inside the Walgreens. Normally I try to extend as much patience to staff in the service industry, but these 2 Fedex workers are literally the most incompetent workers I've ever encountered. One especially saw me, ignored me, and proceeded to help the person behind me in line. When she finally acknowledged that I was waiting there after a while, she proceeded to tell me that there is no tracking number when I asked her to confirm a tracking number on a package I was picking up. Worker - "There is no tracking number on this" Me - "Um, it is RIGHT there" *points to the middle of the box* *Silence* Never again am I arranging to have a package dropped off there. read more

The FDA and the President of the United States recommended " participatory " (elective ) Covid boosters today, April 17, 2023. Despite my being fully qualified (and having insurance and supplemental insurance), Walgreens manager Mark refused to follow FDA guidelines nor administer the vaccine. He claimed that they are a "private company", that "he was not given any guidelines by his superiors", as an excuse to avoid following FDA guidelines. I think I'll just avoid them instead... This review is for the pharmacy. For the last several months they have taken almost a week or more to fill a prescription when it is due. Status always says working on it. They don't actually fill it unless I call and talk to them about it, every single month. When trying to pick up my prescription drive through is no longer offered and waiting in line takes upwards of half an hour or more. I know it is extra work but Medicare called the pharmacy 3 times & I was on hold for 28 min & 10 min the second time. The retail portion of this location is fine. Items are usually in stock, associates are nice. The pharmacy however, it is guaranteed that no matter how long you wait to go actually pick your prescription up, it will never be filled and they will say they need a while to do that. It really seems like they don't bother to fill a prescription until you actually show up. We have had close to 10 prescriptions sent in the last year, and every single time they say it has not been filled yet even if we wait a day or two before going to pick it up (if we are busy and it is not urgent, etc). This is so frustrating, especially when you have to take time off of work in the morning to see a doc and get a simple antibiotic filled. Show up to the pharmacy hours later and still get quoted 30 minutes to fill. This makes no sense to me and is unreasonable. We are just simply changing to a different pharmacy now. read more

Update.. Came here at 10:30am Sunday because I got a phone call from Walgreens stating my two prescriptions were ready for pick up. Pulled into the drive thru and promptly got a PT. But instead of my two prescriptions ready, one that I canceled 4 days ago on my Walgreens app and one of my needed prescriptions were ready, not the two I need. I don't get it.. my app says the two I need are ready for pick up, but upon getting here they are not ready. I've spoken to Walgreens customer service and they continually tell me that the issues are corrected, but apparently they are not. Also every month I come in and they tell me it's going to cost me $140 because I don't have insurance on file, yet I'm here every month going through this stupid process.. Even customer service has "saved" my insurance, yet an ongoing issue.. but after todays visit.. I'm transferring all my current and future prescriptions to COSTCO... I've never had an issue... and Walgreens only gives me 30 days, Costco gives me 3 months of prescriptions. Worst place ever to get your RX refilled. My physician called in my RX at 11:30 am. It is now almost 4pm and they are still not filled. I have never had a RX filled in under 8 hours. I just called CVS across the street and they said they could fill a regular antibiotic in 10-15 mins. Needless to say I transfered the perscriptions after waiting all day with the flu feeling miserable "on alert" for a callback saying they are ready. I like the fact they have a drive through, but waiting 8 hrs for a perscription when you're sick is not acceptable. read more

HORRIBLE service. If you try to call in you are immediately placed on hold. After 15 minutes I gave up and drove down. My doctor sent an electronic Rx in and I waited several hours and it still wasn't ready! So they make me wait an additional 30 minutes! All with a raging sinus infection. This pharmacy has become very unreliable, offering poor pharmacy services consistently ever since they began offering COVID testing. The lines to conduct pharmacy business are usually three people deep with workers behind the counter avoiding eye contact with the people waiting in line. It's clear to me that the pharmacy is understaffed and not able to handle the COVID testing, vaccinations, and the regular pharmacy business. The workers are very nice and apologetic, which, to me, signifies that the system itself is broken. The pharmacy itself isn't being staffed properly, causing long lines, delays in service, and mistakes to be made. It is disappointing since Walgreens used to be the crown jewel of pharmacies in the area. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. It's the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I get 3 month refills and I've had to wait as much as a week to 10 days for my meds. They either don't have the medicine, don't have enough in stock and have to order more or have insurance issues after the insurance company has approved the refill. Lastly, they often have workers who speak poorly making it very difficult to understand what they are saying. These folks have to get their act together or they will lose a lot of customers. read more

Well, now I can see why this place is three stars. My daughter was sick and had 3 COVID-19 symptoms. I went to the store to ask if they had a home test. After waiting at the front register, the cashier to go to the pharmacy in the back and as. When I went back there, I e person was on the phone about a personal call the other person was working in the back. The person on the telephone excused herself and then went on to tell me that they were closed. She started they were close a 6 pm, which I stated and showed my phone states it was 6 pm on the nose and I just had a question. She said they were closed and could not tell me if they had a home test, so I left. Not my first time was getting bad service here, but it will be my last. I miss the mom-and-pop pharmacy, just like Walgreens was in its early days. read more

Do not come here for the pharmacy. Thought I would try something different to get away from the CVS lines, but the pharmacy is so slow even having such a few people in line. They also take lunch breaks, shutting down the entire pharmacy which is very inconvenient when you're trying to come in and pick up your prescriptions. The pharmacist was very impatient, and quite frankly, even with a mask was rude. There are so many pharmacist out there and even though CVS has long lines, at least they're kind and professional and know how to deal with other professional patients coming to the counter. Came by around 9:50 (posted sign states store closes at 10pm which matches the info I got before driving over) tonight to quickly deposit money into my cashapp account and was disappointed to see they had already locked the doors. They also had a sign on the door that stated there "systems were down" and were only accepting cash at the moment, at least when they were still open anyway. Unsure if they will be able to accept credit/debit cards when they open in the morning or not. read more
