After previously expressing concerns about their pricing, and customer service, I'm pleased to say that they've now become one of my favorite stops before my shift at UPS. Their Fuel pricing has become highly competitive, often offering lower prices than nearby stations in Laguna, CDM, and Newport Beach. As for the ExtraMile Store, the early morning staff has been consistently professional, helpful and accommodating. They've gone above and beyond to assist customers and early morning UPS clients, and I've found their ExtraMile Rewards program to be one of the most rewarding gas station programs available. With weekly specials and benefits I have saved on their combo specials whether it's for multiple Red Bulls or fresh coffee it's definitely worth signing up for! Worst Chevron in the entire area. They make up their own rules as they please and no one holds them accountable. Shut and lock the door whatever hour they please and say services aren't available because they feel like it. Tonight, Friday 01/30, the guy working the counter denied cash back of any kind because "the guy already counted the money" it's 7PM on a Friday night and you guys are refusing to give cash back (a service provided at your 24 hour store) because you felt like getting ahead on counting and don't want to mess it up. If you can't provide a service anymore after, you probably shouldn't be doing it at 7PM on a Friday. I've recently tried another do it yourself self car wash and found it to be quite disappointing in comparison to the system used at this location. True, it's often out of service and equally true it does get expensive at $15 a wash, but it does a good job. Don't use your ATM card at this gas station. I've had my card comprised multiple times from this station. It is a very clean and well maintained station. There is a good size convenience store with clean bathrooms. There is a drive thru car wash that you can purchase from the pump after getting your gas. They also have a vacuum to clean out your car, but 60% of the time it does not work.. Just and FYI that there was an armed robbery here about two weeks ago so I don't recommend coming here in the evening by yourself :) read more

Full disclosure I have never gone inside or used the car wash here but I get DIESEL fuel here regularly. I began driving a diesel powered car a few years ago. To my surprise I found there is a HUGE difference in cleanliness of unleaded pumps compared to diesel pumps, diesel pumps are always filthy! I guess it's because of the commercial vehicles??? Not here! They have the cleanest pumps I've ever used. If you're a working professional who drives a diesel you will really appreciate how clean their pumps are. Have you ever wondered how after a torrential downpour, your car still has a layer of dirt on it? It is one of life's greatest mysteries. I dunno through what kind of modern technology, but after dispensing soap, and spraying water on multiple times, my car is still dirty. When you get the option to purchase wash at the pump you are only given 3 options. I always pick option 1, assuming it is the cheapest, but they never display the price so I will never know. At 8 bucks, I wonder how much option 3 will be/ I am too scared to find out. After reading some of the reviews, I think that people are getting this Chevron confused with the one down the street. This is the one next to Carl's Jr. The other one has the full service wash and is next to El Pollo Loco. The photo of the "dining" area is incorrectly paired to this business. But I can verify the findings of another reviewer that sometimes they will have one person running the register while the other two watch. A little strange, but I don't know their protocols in how the cash register is managed so I won't go there. It can be irksome if there is a line and you observe this, though.
