I stopped in today intending to make a quick but expensive purchase -- a charging cable that typically runs around $20. I brought my small electric scooter inside and parked it neatly off to the side while I looked for an employee to ask where the cables were located. Before I could even ask my question, the older male employee at the counter abruptly confronted me and told me to "take it out" and "get out of my store with that." I explained I was here to make a purchase, but his attitude and tone were so hostile that I chose to leave instead. He insisted he would "watch it" if I left it outside, but that's simply not realistic -- he can't see the sidewalk from inside the store while helping customers. This is my consistent and regular experience with this location. I am in the area frequently and am disappointed every time! Wanted to ask a simple question and all I got was rude behavior. 1) the pump where I went to would not accept credit cards and it was posted to go inside and pay. They need to fix your equipment. 2) sign posted outside the door no public restroom. 3) this place, tries to be an upscale establishment, but is absolutely says for people to go elsewhere. There is a reason this place has so many one star reviews. I was waiting in line to get gas leaving space for cars to back up is needed as well as space for anyone to pass me on the right. I had my indicator showing I was waiting for a pump. A woman in a white jeep speeds up behind me stoping too close and honks, I ignored exit as maybe they didn't notice I was waiting. She honks again and speed around me to park in front and then gets out of her white jeep to glare at me. In a rather immature fashion I responded my flipping her off. She went inside. I started pumping gas and then went inside to get a couple of drinks. As I'm cashing out the cashier voids the transaction ad says "it didn't work" I replied that it was because she hit the button to void the transaction, she tried to deny it but I asked for the receipt and showed her where is said voided transaction. She redid it and "magically" it went through. I go out to my car and she has stopped the pump when I walked in. I try a few times in case it's user error and then go in. The first woman from the jeep is behind the counter and says try a different pump. I stated no because she would just do it again. She then attempted to berate me for waiting in line wrong and then when I pointed out I was doing it correctly for all customers she berated me for using my middle finger and said she wouldn't turn the pump on. I said fine and left. Instead of being a responsible business owner and simply refusing service, which is her right no matter how idiotic her reason, she hid in back initially and had her employee lie. Trash people and I hope they get the life they deserve. read more

Bad fuel after filling up 91 octane van stalls on January 29 had it towed to the shop need to file complaint against 76 gas stations

If I could give this gas station ZERO stars I would. I came pumped a full tank of gas. Decided to go inside and use the restroom after I was finished. There were several signs that stated "For Customers Use Only". Being a paying customer I asked the employee behind the counter if I could use the restroom. Right off the bat she said I'm sorry it's for customers only. I explained that I had just filled my van with gas. She said what pump are you at I pointed out my van and gave her the number. She asked how much did I pump... I stated I wasn't sure $60 some dollars. She asked if I had proof on my Apple Pay I said I paid with my card. Three times I asked her if I needed to come back to my van to get the receipt. She said no I just need to verify the amount. I said this is freaking ridiculous... she said now I'm going to refuse to let you in. I then needed to prove to her so I brought her the receipt just so she can see how wrong and ridiculous she was. What did she do the second I walked in... started recording me saying she was going to make me TIK TOK famous. Terrible gas station, will never come here again!!!!! read more

UNPROFESSIONAL. We stopped by for gas & to buy some Tylenol. I went in to use the restroom after pumping my gas this afternoon and the rude man that looked about 60 yrs of age working behind the counter tells me that the restroom is for customers only with a look that was beyond offensive. I told him I WAS customer & he muttered something else insisting that I was not under his breath. What???? Highly doubt he would have treated a male customer like this; SO unprofessional. Witnessed a male attendant talk down to a female customer in a manner that was demeaning & rude. When the lady complained he was being rude, he responded with "Get out & don't come back". Discovered all 3 coffee cups were the same size at 16 ounces, stacked the 3 cups up & confirmed they were all the same. I was charged for the largest 20 oz. size & pointed out the cup was 16 ounces. The attendant told me the "Manager" told him to charge everyone for the 20 oz. coffee if they are out of cup sizes... Huh? That made no sense whatsoever. Restroom is consistently marked as "Not In Order" by placing a rolling product stand in front of the restroom with a sign but I've seen employees use the restroom while the sign is up... this is actually illegal. Gas is typically 0.15 to 0.25 cents more per gallon here than the station in the same center. I will be pointing this out to the owner when I see her next... if I ever go back. read more

Horrible customer service! As there are two gas stations in the same shopping center, I would work on keeping customers that choose you instead of the other. When a customer walks in, you should attend to them in a timely manner. Seems as though every time I come to get gas while paying cash, I have to stand around at the empty counter while you finish stocking "ice" or other items. You should not offer cash pricing if you prefer not to deal with customers. read more

If I could give minus stars, I would. The mechanic associated with this service station is sloppy and dishonest. I needed my brakes fixed and decided to give the place a try. The mechanic told me there was a problem with my master cylinder. I agreed to have him fix it. My invoice was for $225, but the mechanic insisted that I pay $300. My vehicle wasn't ready on time. Later, when I looked under the hood, he hadn't replaced the cap on the master cylinder. Two weeks later, the problem came back. STAY AWAY! Today I was at the station and saw that the tape that is on where they take the credit card payments was torn off and the "void" notifications were all visible. On the stickers it clearly states if the voids appear to notify the attendant. As this was the case, I went inside and notified said attendants. However, when I notified her she shrugged, rolled her eyes and said "ummmm... okay" with attitude. If it was a comprehension error, and she couldn't understand what I was trying to say, then at least asking for clarification would have been good customer service. Regardless, a response with attitude to a customer that is not in any way being disrespectful or out of line is unwarranted and unprofessional. I will now have to see if I want to deal with this next time I need gas. So much for doing the right thing -_-. read more

Don't go here for a smog check . I had a coupon for 35.00 dollars for a smog check and the tech manipulated it to become a 65.00 ? So basically retail pricing . I've had multiple smogs though out the years and have always passed . The tech said I passed but still failed me . I still had to pay 65 bucks to waste 45min of my time . If I could give this place zero stars I would! The mechanic at this place is completely dishonest and I'm sure is ripping off lots of innocent people. I took my car in to have him check it because it wasn't starting correctly and wasn't running good. It was about 3PM or so. He said he would look at it, work on it and give me a call. Little did he know I was sitting in another car in the Target parking lot watching him the entire time. Not only did he never call me, he never even touched the car. I watched him work on drivers that just pulled up. He changed two flat tires, did 3 oil changes and played on his computer tucked behind the door. After about 2 hours of watching this I finally walked over there and asked him how did it look? He said he needed to order a part but he can get it running for the short term. He then hooked up a battery charger up to it. He let it charge for about 20 minutes and started the car and said he did some work on it and charged the battery. That will get me through, but it needs a part. Like a $200 part plus labor. He wanted me to pay for it all that night and pick up my car tomorrow evening when it would be done. I'm like there's no way that's going to happen. Then he told me it would be $75 tonight for the work. I'm like really?? I've been watching you the whole time and you never even touched my car until I walked up here 2 hours later and he still insisted on $75. Then I said look dude do you want me to show you the video? Suddenly He unhooks everything and says I'm good to go. This guy needs to be fired! As it turns out my transmission was out and I took it to a reputable company that fixed it immediately and was truthful. I would suggest nobody in this town comes anywhere near this place for anything to do with their car because I'm sure I'm not the only one he's trying to steal people's money from!! read more

STAY AWAY!!! I came in for smog repairs because my car failed a smog test due to the Evap system. She charged me almost $300 for only replacing some fuel lines (that's emissions, by the way). I failed the smog check again, of course. When i confronted her about it, she refused to fix the problem or refund me for not working on the right part of the car. When i threatened to sue her and file a complaint with the BBB, she told me to go ahead and then locked herself up in her office. She shouldn't have called my bluff, cuz i filed a complaint with the Bureau of Auto Repair the next day. When the investigator came out 2 weeks later, he pointed out so many laws that she was in violation of (including having unlicensed/uncertified mechanics) that she wrote out my refund check right there and then. She apparently has several other complaints with the BAR, as well. With any luck, she will soon be forced out of business and will be replaced by a shop that is honest, competent, and actually gives a s*** about customers. read more
