Absolutely ridiculous. I paid $3 for the vacuum machine and it shut off after just ONE minute. Total scam. When I asked the gas station manager, they just shrugged and said, "Call the vacuum company." So basically, they take your money, give you 60 seconds of weak suction, and walk away with no responsibility. This is pure fraud and these machines should not be on public property. I'm over their car wash stance of not taking care of the customers when the machine stops or doesn't accept the app. Today it took the app, went to desk where person basically said call app place. Now they could have and SHOULD have just provided a code. They KNOW the machines is an issue but they don't stand by it or train their employees to do what's right. It's happened 3 times w/us. Pass on giving them gas business anymore too. Forget it! Moving to another station for regular service, fuel, and washes. read more

I go to the shell weekly and once in a while need to use the restroom. Go in and grab the key for years now. Seems like they have changed that policy to no public restroom so I would suggest going somewhere else for that. I will be finding a new gas station. The car wash is a dumpster fire, train wreck that confuses and frustrates every customer. I waited for 3 cars to go through and the 4th car in front of me had trouble. He drove off so I decided to try and pay. That didn't work either so I went inside where they shamed and berated me for paying when the previous wash wasn't done. The guy had driven off and the wash was not running so I thought it would reset. At the end of the day they gave me a new code so I could then wait for another 3 cars to go through so I just asked if it was working again. More shaming and hate and another smug, rude customer in line chimed in saying he was a "nice guy" so would let me go ahead of him while acting like I was Satan for just asking if the wash was working. The car wash should be upgraded and fixed and if not there should be a process to reset the wash when this happens by having an attendant available to quickly fix and keep the line in tact. I tried the car wash (like others have said), followed the instructions on the printed sheet, went in when the light turned green and then nothing happened. There were people behind me so I Just drove out to the booth to ask for my $$ back because I didn't have time to go thru the whole line again. The troll yelled at me and tried to lecture me about the instructions and I said whatever, I didn't get the car wash, give me my $$ back. He went off on me again until I finally yelled at him GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. He finally did. Most disrespectful and worst place to get gas. The cashier, Chris, told my wife. " she doesn't know how to pump gas, because she's Mexican." I just got home from having the WORST experience here. If your job is in customer service, then do not hire rude people. I waited for the car wash, followed the instructions to wait and put the code in until the car was done in front of me. The car was driving out of the dryers, I put my code in, green light came on and I drove in. Once I was in, nothing happened. There was already a line of cars behind me so I didn't want to drive out and have to get in line again. I called and told the cashier I was in the car wash but it wasn't on. He said "exit and come here and I'll tell you what happened." Before I could explain that I didn't want to get back into line, he hung up. I drove out and pulled up to the main building. I looked in and he's waving me rudely to come in, I said I had my 3 year old in the car and he said "you can leave him" I said "I don't want to leave him" he walks out and tells me that I can leave my child in the car as long as the AC is on. I told him I didn't want to leave my kid in the car either way and he said you can lock the door if you're worried. The whole time, rudely waving me to hurry and come in. I opened the door so I could see my kid and walked to the front of the shop. He told me I needed to come in so "he could explain what I did wrong without everyone hearing" He then proceeded to tell me that I didn't follow the instructions and that's why it didn't work. I told him I waited for the car to leave before pressing the code and he said obviously not or it would've worked. He not only decided it was okay for him to tell me what to do with my child, speak to me exceptionally rude and then treat me like an idiot. There was a nice man outside who heard it all and asked if I was okay. I'm not sure how to report this employee but for him to treat anyone this rude, is insane. read more

My family and I occasionally go to this station, but have had limited interaction with the employees. I have been there twice within the past few months to use their air compressor. Both experiences were awful and sadly with the same employee--a bald Hispanic man with a seemingly negative attitude. The first time around, I went into the convenience store to get quarters for the air compressor. The employee indicated that he was unable to give me change because he could not open the register without a transaction. After several exchanges and finding out why I needed the quarters, his response was "Why didn't you tell me? Go back to your car and I'll turn it on." Fast forward to today. I went in to get change and guess what? The same employee opened up the register and broke my $2. NOTE: I was the only customer present at that point. I dropped the quarters into the designated slot, but the compressor didn't turn on. I went back in for assistance. The employee responded that he is unable to give me a refund because the station owner does NOT own the air compressor. He went to check if I put the quarters into the correct slot. When it still wouldn't work, he told me that he was going to put an Out of Order sign on the equipment. We had a few more exchanges. I asked him what could be done since he was putting up the sign. I tried reminding him about our last interaction while expressing gratitude that he turned on the compressor and asked that he check to see if it's completely out of order by turning it on again. He demanded why I was following him, denied that it was him, accused me of yelling at him, "putting words in his mouth," and being rude. Seriously, being rude is definitely the last thing I could ever be accused of. When my husband occasionally "voices his concerns" while dining out, my sons and I are the ones who cringe and try to make ourselves invisible. Meanwhile, he pulled out another sign near the register while pointing and demanding that I read it. I don't remember what the sign said because I was flabbergasted at and frustrated with his behavior. Ultimately, he demanded that I owe him an apology. For what is unbeknownst to me and I refused to apologize. He eventually told me to go back and hit the button without explaining why. I discovered that he decided to turned on the compressor from the register area. I wish he would have told me what he was going to do each time--it would have saved both of us a lot of aggravation. I truly tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but it was pointless. I don't know if his sub-par customer service is due to a language-barrier, cultural or he's simply just a negative person. Either way, he needs additional training on customer service. I was so traumatized by today's experience that I refuse to go there again and promptly ordered an air compressor as soon as I returned home. Never reviewed a gas station before. Stopped by Saturday to get gas and to get a quick wash to get the mud off my car. Sat in line for thirty minutes while about 15 cars rode the struggle bus through the automatic car wash. Finally got to the mouth of the beast, drove in and automatically malfunctioned. Kept telling me to back up. Went to the clerk to get a refund and he is staring at me with an Eff You look on his face, claiming I drive too fast through the car wash. He starts jamming this plastic pen in my face, refusing to refund $6. Really hostile and uppity. I left before I put that pen ... elsewhere. I am going to dispute that $6 on my credit card. Don't need but I am going to make that gas station owner gets buried in paperwork for screwing people over. Bottom line: don't go here for a car wash. read more

The person in the gas station has a bad actitud, barely respond to the questions and was so rude. I asked him for gas because I wanted to pay cash and he told that he has the money complete and don't want to give change because it is done. First off, I never fill up here because the prices are far too high and no matter what fuel grade you choose, you will pay for premium gasoline...so be aware of this and never fill up here. That aside, the service is an even bigger red flag. I stopped in to purchase a tobacco product. When I was asked to present the clerk with an ID, I pulled it out of my wallet and attempted to hand it to him. He then snapped at me and demanded my roommate show him her ID as well. She calmly replied that she left it in the car and that she was happy to go grab it for him. This made him even angrier. He told us he was going to "go get it himself out of our vehicle". I was taken back by this and insisted that any intrusion of my property (breaking into my vehicle) would be met with a quick call to 9-11 so the police could explain to him how this is an extraordinary breach of privacy and highly illegal. He then literally shoved us outside of the store and shut the door and went back to the YouTube video on his phone that he couldn't be bothered to put down. We are both very confused and upset by this experience. This incident happened earlier today at this gas station. I went to put some gas in my car, I pulled up to pump number two. I swiped my card and everything, and started to pump gas in the car. Upon pumping I noticed that the pump is producing weird sounds when it pumps and is EXTREMELY SLOW. I decided to only put in $4 worth of gas which is about a gallon. I went in my car started it, and the meter did not go up nor did the range of miles change. Checked my card statement and it showed that I was charged $4. Went inside to talk to the employee and he basically just pulled my receipt and said no it shows here you put a gallon in. I tried explaining to him and even asked him to come with me and look at the meters in the car, but he got really angry and asked me how much more I wanted on another pump. So aside from the right out theft that's taking place here, and I couldn't give two Sh**s about those $4, he did not even take a minute out of his extremely busy work day to check the pump. I mean even if I was lying, humor me a**hole. You are better off filling gas from one of the different stations on the same intersection. Yeah it makes sense here, they don't care at all, even while competing with two more gas stations right next to them. read more

This station is near my house, so although I try to avoid this place because of the prices, occasionally I do stop in for a fill up. The last two times I've stopped I noticed that when I run my card and select my fuel grade, it automatically selects the premium, or highest prices gas, for me. I literally push for 87 and 91 lights up. On two different pumps on two different days. I spoke to an employee and he told me the owner is as crooked as a question mark. Avoid. read more

This place has always been a total ripoff. Now they put up a sign saying that when you fill up your propane tank the charge will be rounded up to the nearest gallon. The sign says sorry for the new policy. I just filled up two tanks and the guy, a real tool, filled up both tanks to 9.1 gallons and then smiled and charged me for 10 gallons. I do not know if this is even legal. I am not sure how to check. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

They consistently have the highest prices by 30 to 50 cents a gallon. It's almost as if they are thumbing their nose at their customers. I drive by this station every day and I NEVER stop there--I would rather run out of gas than pay their prices.
