The gentleman mechanic/ or are they called smog service specialists, quickly and efficiently ran the smog test. And I'm happy to say that it passed it past every time for the past few years. My go to gas station because I live across the street, but the pumps or card readers are always out of service. You have to go in to pay for your gas, which is extremely inconvenient. Car wash is bad for the price. This broken pump/card reader issue has been going on for a year or more. read more

They updated the car wash. It seems to clean the car just fine. But between the drier not drying the windshield enough and the wash mechanism dripping on the car as you leave, you're left with little white spots all over the windshield. I immediately use my wipers now to push the white spots off to the side so they can dry there and not get in my main view. Wash prices are $9, $12, $14, and $17. Water spots look the same no matter how much $ you decide to part with. Budget easy today still takes 9 minutes. read more

If you need to use the car wash here don't pay the extra few bucks for the tire cleaning. The "car wash" is a complete waste! Your car will look like it just rained. The 76 in Town Center is the same price and twice as good.

Terrible customer service, the lady at the cashier treated me like I was her enemy or something. I just needed to find out the balance on a gift card but she would yell at me and make me do a transaction just to tell me if there's money on it or not. And I still didn't know if the other card had any money on it! Because of all the rush when she asked me which pump do I need gas on, I saw the number and I told her, that turned out to be the next pump, so I ended up moving my car just to make sure I can get the gas that I already paid for! Absolutely will not coming back here until they learn how to treat paying customers right! read more

This review is for the automatic car wash only. The gas station is fine - spacious, easy to get in and out of, pumps in good repair - though a little on the expensive side. Unfortunately it is attached to the worst automatic car wash in the world. I'm not exaggerating. It just doesn't clean your car. I've tried both the regular and premium washes, thinking maybe if I spent the couple extra bucks my car would be clean, but nope. Doesn't make a difference. Also, at $7 for the cheapest wash, it's not even that good of a price - there are many automatic car washes that for $5 will get your car much cleaner than this. I'm not even talking about water spots, I'm talking about just plain dirt that should come off with even the slightest spray of water. The way this thing limply squirts soap and water on your car, it somehow manages to keep as much dirt on as possible. Trust me, I'm not that picky when it comes to my car - I'm not the person that goes to the automatic car wash and then spends the next 30 minutes meticulously wiping off every drop of water. I just want my car to look mostly clean. This place did not get me there. read more

I was in Aliso Viejo and needed a car wash so I pulled into this gas station. There was a car in the wash and two people waiting ahead of me but it's a Friday night so I guess everyone wants a clean car for the weekend. I settle in and wait and after about 20 minutes it's finally my turn. I pull up and attempt to use my credit card to pay for a wash but there's something wrong with the credit card processor. It keeps telling me to enter my code or insert my credit card. I check this pic on the machine to make sure I'm inserting it correctly, check! I try again, no workie. I even tried another credit card. Nothing. I was so disappointed. I could have gone into the gas station and paid and gotten a code, but then everyone in the line would have hated me. Not to mention I was wearing my hanging-out-in-the-house clothes and hot pink crocs, not my going out in public clothes. So, I drove through and drove to the Shell in Mission Viejo. So frustrating. Preface: I am not a gasonista. I don't roll around town checking gas prices. I mean, I should, but I don't. This gas station is right off the 73, it has a very clean and spacious layout. It is a nice place to get gas, but I will say it is fairly expensive. My limited knowledge of the convenience store is that it has many caffeinated beverages and delicious tasty treats. There is also a car wash, which I have never used. In the same parking lot, is a Carls, Jr, which makes it a one-stop shop for a traveler on the go. read more

This is my go-to gas station since it's the closest one to home. Gas price is average here. It's never too busy so no need to wait. Easy to get in and out. Carwash at this place is not very good though. I got the carwash one time and felt I wasted my money for nothing. It pretty much just got my car wet, but didn't really clean anything. read more

Terrible car wash- overpriced and it only sprays the car- you're better off going to Bliss car wash in AV or any other car wash.

I walked into the store to pay for my gas with a $50 bill. An older man behind the counter told me that he couldn't break the bill and that I should just use it all on gas. I told him that there was no way my car would even use that amount in gas and asked for my money back. He then proceeded to open the till, which had a ton on change, and broke the bill which he said he couldn't. I don't know what kind of shady business this place is conducting but I don't appreciate being lied to or potentially scammed! I've also been here on other days where they just didn't have gas but no signage was up to indicate so. The same older man had come out yelling, "No gas! No gas!" after I had swiped my card. He didn't care to tell whether the card had cancelled out, he just waved his hands at me to leave. Absolute zero on customer service at this place, if don't have to gas here bring your business elsewhere. read more

I enjoy this gas station for what it's worth. I go here if the Chevron up the street is more expensive. That doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's alright. However, I do not recommend the car wash at all. It left a bunch of streaks and wet spots, and that was from the "premium" wash. There's also a dip from the water drain that's right in front of the entrance if you're coming off of Aliso Creek. I took it at normal speed, and following the dip, it completely severed my front lip on my car, so please watch out when entering there. All the same, the attendant is nice and I recommend to have a Plenti rewards card to stack up points here. read more
