What can one expect of a gas station? The prices are what they are. I gassed up here because I was on empty and it was convent. The attendant was profession even if her English was a second language to her. The other customers were into buying lottery tickets. I felt that the place catered to the kind of people who would buy lottery tickets at a gas station. The station was clean and well stocked for a gas station. This places looks very sketchy. As shown with attached picture, they have extra card slider which is right next to the gas pump. They only have 2 pump that has this slider which makes it even more sketchy. I personally feel it is credit card skimmer. What makes it worse is that when I went inside to talk to the person working at the register and questioned about the suspicious device, he told me that "however you pay outside is not my responsibility. If you pay and get your gas, that is good enough right?" ... no. My credit card information is as important. How could someone who is working there say such thing? I really wish I did not fill my gas here. My credit card does not have any suspicious activity yet but I will continue to watch it. read more

Convenient location, nice, remodeled station with a Circle K. Bathroom is not disgusting which is a huge plus for a gas station. Prices are not exorbitantly high just because it is in this shopping center. This circle k needs to be reported, what they are doing is pretty much illegal, putting a sign at the door saying that face mask is required to go in. We stopped for coffee across the street and wanted gas before hitting the road for a long drive and stopping here was the most frustrating thing we could have done. I was at one pump trying the get gas and it was not working. After a couple failed attempts I went in and the clerk proceeded to tell me that I didn't know how to pump gas and then gave me directions on how to do it. I took a breathe, and went to try again since she had reset the machine. I tried and it still didn't work so I drove to the next nwxt pump and she came out and asked me what I was doing and I said that pump isn't working, and she said well someone earlier used it, well good for them but now its broken!!! I went to the 76 station at 22391 El Toro Rd, Lake Forest, CA. I was at the gas pump and chose Regular Gas, priced at $2.779 per gallon. I ran my card, chose my fuel grade, again displayed at $2.779 per gallon, started pumping, and cleaned my windows. once my tank was full I looked at the display and saw I was charged $2.879 per gallon. When I went inside to find out why there was this discrepancy I was told that $2.99 was for cash. The problem I'm having is the price on the pump never said it was the cash price. Even after running my card and selecting the fuel grade, the price of $2.779 a gallon was displayed. This is fraudulent and deceptive. I realize it's only 10 ¢ but it's still messed up that NOWHERE by the pump did it say that it was a cash only price on display. read more

This gas station threw me a curve ball today. I took a break from the daily grind and decided to walk here for a Coca~Cola! Well i filled my cup and tasted. The taste of the coke was below my standard and i dumped it out. I then saw the Iced coffee sign, it read .99 cents.....not bad! i filled my cup with ice, filled with coffee and then topped it off with the creamer. Oh but wait a second, you see this wasn't any ordinary creamer. it was Dulce de Leche creamer!! I paid for my iced delight, shaked it, then took a swig and voila i had an iced coffee dream. who knew that i could find so much satisfaction from a Dulce de leche iced coffee!!! More importantly i can't believe my coca cola disappoint turned into such a pleasant dulce de leche coffee surprise! Oh and btw they have gasoline too! read more

If I could give this gas station negative stars, I would! First of all, if you come here to buy lottery scratch tickets, don't even bother! The older Asian clerk will try to scam you! I went into this gas station to buy a few $20 deluxe crossword scratchers and the clerk pulled the tickets out from underneath part of the counter and placed them face-down on the check-out table! Before I went to pay for them, When I went to check the tickets I saw a huge vertical scratch all the way down the ticket with part of the validation barcode scratched off as well! When i told the clerk that these tickets were already scratched and that I couldn't buy them, he got angry and threatened to call the cops on me when I refused to buy them! WTH! For all I know he could have scratched several or all of scratch tickets behind the counter to where the barcode was exposed enough, checked them all under the computer and kept all of the winners, then scam unsuspecting people on top of it by selling ticket he knew were losers! And on top of it all, the clerk gets angry with me and threatens to lie to the cops on me because I refused to buy tickets that were already scratched and clearly checked! Needless to say, I kept my money, walked out and left and I will never be coming back to this 76 gas station again! I went in, paid 20 dollars prepaid on gas. Went outside, and the pump trigger was faulty. Went back inside and the cashier Yavoni assured me I could move but that I should also try again. Went outside, no sign of pumped gas. Went back inside, at which point this turd tells me there was a transaction and he can no longer help me. I show him the 0.00 sale outside, and later assure him I can at that second show my still empty gas tank. He tells me he "doesn't have the time", this after making me wait outside for him throughout this process for 20 minutes. These people are thieves and charlatans. After working a demanding nightshift as a health-care-provider, on my way home I stopped by at the 76 gas station in Laguna Hills, CA, located on 24082 Eltoro Rd. I use this particular gas station for many years as the only gas station where I buy gasoline. Today at 8.30 a.m. this gas station was completely empty, my car was the only car! I drove my car to the same pump as I always do, and I went inside the store to prepay the pump with $25 as endless times before. The manager greeted me, knowing me as one of his regular customers. As I exited to door I noticed a very old homeless men who looked like that he needed medical attention. Working in the Healthcare industry I realized that he was dehydrated, which might have been a result of the extreme heat wave which is currently present in Southern CA. I helped him with plenty of water bottles which I always store in my car. Knowing this men's poor health condition it was my duty to help him. My concern and worry was indeed so big that I forgot completely to fuel my car with the prepaid gasoline. I got in my car and drove off. Down the street I realized the mistake I did, and returned to the gas station. As I got back several minutes later, a men just swiped his credit card on the same pump where my car was just standing minutes before. I entered the gas station and I told to the manager where I bought before what had just happened. He told me that someone just fuelled his car with my $25 prepay and must have driven away. I told him that in the short time frame from when I left the gas station this option was an impossible scenario. He started arguing in an extremely unpleasant manner. I asked him to show prove to me that indeed gas was taken out from this particular pump. He told me that he is able to do so. He got from the cash-register a receipt, which stated that -$25 where refunded. He told me that this is the proof that gas left this pump for this amount. I took the receipt from him to take a closer look at it. It stated clearly that $25 where refunded at 8.38 a.m. I showed him my receipt from the time when I bought gas, showing time 8.36 a.m. The refund was issued immediately after I left the gas station. I am highly disappointed that a Manager would lie about such a small issue, which caused me anxiety in the end. After long argument and contacting the police from my side, (they advised me contact the headquarter of this gas station) he finally honored my prepaid gas yelling at me that he wants his receipt back. I told him, that this receipt is my only proof that nobody else, but only he himself pocketed my money. He got so angry that he wrote down my license plate number, telling me that I will regret this and he will report me. I am still considering filing a police report about this incident, fearing that he might show up at my house-door. I am very disappointed how a manger of gas station can be this dishonest about such a small amount of money.
