I made an order on April 21st online. It said that they package and send items next day if you order after noon (which I did) and my items would arrive on 4/23. It's now 4/29 and I can't get ahold of anyone and it on my account it says my order is "awaiting fulfillment". They don't answer the phone and haven't answered my email, which they say they'll answer within 24 hours. It's now been 3 business days. Maybe you can go in and buy what you need at this shop, but don't use their online ordering system! I've disputed the charge. We shall see. read more

**Still Waiting on My Refund - Order #2714620** I am posting this review because I have exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly with SleekShop. My order (**#2714620**) was returned **unopened on 05/22/2026**. I followed their instructions, took photographs of the unopened product as requested, and returned the item in good faith. Despite complying with every request and despite the company receiving the returned merchandise, I am still waiting for my refund. Since returning the product, I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls seeking an update. Unfortunately, I continue to receive little to no resolution. At this point, I have spent more time trying to obtain a refund than I did placing the order. What is most disappointing is not simply the delay in receiving my refund, but the lack of communication and customer service throughout this process. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact a company to receive money that is owed to them after properly returning a product according to the company's own instructions. Because my attempts to resolve this through normal customer service channels have been unsuccessful, I am now forwarding my email exchanges and records of my phone calls to company ownership so they can see firsthand how this matter has been handled. I believe any business owner would want to know when customers are having this type of experience. I returned the product unopened, provided the requested photographs, complied with the return process, and have patiently followed up numerous times. Yet as of today, I still have not received my refund. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time coming back, but they have a brand new built store front. It's beautiful in the front with parking on the side. The store front worker was so kind to my mother and me! I showed them what I had previously bought, then they were able to help us figure out what we needed. They work as warehouse style buying, so no store front shelved products. If you know what you need you can come here to pick it up. They also have everything on their website. Storefront can be hard to find as they're renovating, but if you call the number nearby the construction to the left of the doors, someone will see you in! I'm changing my review based on a recent experience. I purchased a pair of clippers from this store, and right out of the box, the blade was wobbly and even chipped. I replaced the moving blade myself, but the issue persisted. When I tried to return the clippers, I was told that I could only receive a full refund if I returned all the parts, including the damaged blade--which I had already discarded. To make matters worse, the screws in the hinge were already worn, suggesting that the clippers had been previously used. Despite returning the product, they refused to issue a refund because of the missing blade. As a professional in the barbering industry, I expect quality and honesty from the businesses I support. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I do not recommend this store to anyone in the salon or barbershop industry. Be cautious before making a purchase here. read more

The box arrived and the moment I removed the LaSplash UD Brow, I notice the seal was off stuck to the side of the box. And, tiny hair-like dust all over the box and inside. Whoever packaged this is wrong for doing so. This here is unsanitary and especially right now that we are dealing with a pandemic. I visit many beauty shops, I have never seen such a nasty looking jar of eyebrow gel. I do expect a refund. Their website says no refunds (unless it's damaged or there's a missing item). read more
