I stock up on their Jung Saem Mool cushion foundation - April 2026 @ $54 comes with refill. Store is a little cramped but I usually go in to get what I need and I get out. Parking is a beast at the Diamond Jamboree lot so try to get there during non rush hour times. They open late after 11am so a bit of a hassle if you're in a rush and crunched for time. Service has always been good when I'm there. The staff is friendly and give good suggestions on what products work for their skin type (Asian skin).

(Mind you I originally was 2:15pm and moved up by only 2 hours). I got in at around 12:20pm after parking (keep in mind Whole Foods is flooded with people who will run and walk even if you are finishing driving through) and the receptionist went to go chase down the stylist. They went to the break room and this larger manager hispanic with glasses yelled loudly after 5 minutes for the store to hear "Well you were 10 minutes late so she can't see you". Cosmetic surgeons are a dime a dozen, but you never really hear about someone having an especially great experience. I am SO GLAD that we made the journey! From the very first consultation, Dr. Florin was attentive, articulate, and personable. When I explained what I wanted she was very knowledgeable in explaining the processes, recovery and likely outcomes of the procedures. She did not attempt to talk me into or out of the concerns, corrections or enhancements that I wanted for my body. My spouse and I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable and were able to ask all of the questions (and receive the answers) that we wanted. Aside from the small amount of general discomfort experienced after having any surgical procedure, I was amazed at the lack of pain, mobility issues or bruising that I experienced. I followed the instructions of Dr. Florin and her team to a T, and my outcome has really been incredible. From the office manager Angel, to Dr. Florin's nurse Dayra, the team is communicative, available and personable. Really just overall amazing! I work an extremely demanding job both mentally and physically. My uniform and gear now fit me better and are unencumbered. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the results she creates. I've personally had my lips and nose filler done by her, and I've been so happy with my results. I've also seen her breast augmentation work through a friend who went to her, and her results are beautiful! The office itself has such a warm, welcoming feel, and everyone on the staff has been so kind. I'm always a little nervous when I get filler, but her MA was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time. I honestly couldn't recommend Dr. Florin more. I had booked the appointment with a different stylist but forgot her name. Point is that I show up and they have a lady named Azam do the eyelash application. She's not friendly and she's rude. She did a terrible application of the lashes, I looked terrible. I ended up going home mad and took them off. Only reason why I tipped was because I felt like I had to since they ask you and it's not a question asked on the keypad when paying. Anyways the only reason why I came back to this ulta was because the other Ulta in my area, the one at the district, was booked and I needed the service last minute. I got a blowout with Angelica. Things started off bad. The employees at this store compared to the one at the district are not friendly. When I arrived she was done not with a customer. I am understanding and did chose a time that would allow me to have free time before what I had to do, which is why I wasn't mad at first. She did apologize several times though, I will say that. What did make me mad was that she had me waiting over 10 minutes. People book appointments at a time they're able to, so I think stylists should manage their time better. They have policies if we cancel or are late but it's okay for them to do it. When she finally sat me in the chair she seemed annoyed and I felt uncomfortable from the jump. After she washed my hair, she said she was going to leave conditioner sitting in my hair for a few minutes. Well those few minutes turned into like 10. I thought for a second she had forgotten I was there. She was more preoccupied with her phone during the appointment. It felt rushed and although I was happy with results, I would not come back here. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Oh and almost forgot to mention the Indian lady cashier who kept giving me dirty looks like I waited in line. I should probably start considering Sephora instead.
