I've been using Sharp Gent's shaving cream for a couple of years and recently have had difficulty tracking down the product. I called SleekShop and spoke with Chris who was extremely helpful & friendly and was able to set me up with 7 containers. I will be coming back to SleekShop again! Thanks Chris!! read more

I don't even know how to start this review. I am grossed out by what I received. I placed an order on their website and this is what I received. The box arrived and the moment I removed the LaSplash UD Brow, I notice the seal was off stuck to the side of the box. And, tiny hair-like dust all over the box and inside. Whoever packaged this is wrong for doing so. This here is unsanitary and especially right now that we are dealing with a pandemic. I visit many beauty shops, I have never seen such a nasty looking jar of eyebrow gel. I do expect a refund. Their website says no refunds (unless it's damaged or there's a missing item). read more

This business is the best place to buy your hair needs. highly recommend this business .

This is my first purchase and I am impressed. I placed an order the day before Christmas and it arrived in perfect condition on the 26th: an hairspray by Keune. The price cannot be beat. In the future, I will look at this website for beauty/hair products. Great transaction! read more

Bought a product I needed on the same day. Came to pick it up at the location and within the timeframe indicated in the email I received. Was told that the pickup time is now only until 2:30pm and not 4pm as indicated in the email I received from the company. Unreliable and disorganized. Don't waste your time. read more

SleekShop - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Tustin, California

Best shopping experience ever!!! I ordered the incorrect product and it just didn't work for my hair type. I called their Customer Service number to see if I could do an exchange. They were so understanding and amazing they made it so easy for me to exchange the product for the correct one. I drove to their location in Tustin and they even delivered curbside and gave my friend and I free samples. Chris did an excellent job of treating us kindly and respectfully. I will never order from any other beauty supply again. SLEEKSHOP will forever be my go to, oh and their prices are amazing!!!! read more

I found a product here after searching what seemed like the globe ! The bronzers arrived beautifully packaged and in pristine condition. Thank you sleek shop! read more

Always have whatever I need with competitive pricing. Easy to order online with the option of receiving the product through shipping or pickup. Excellent customer service as well! read more

Of the many online beauty product sites, this is definitely one my go-to sites. I purchase GOLDWELL Elumen products for my wife (though I do the application work), and it's not always easy to find a site that carries it. Given that they're based in Orange County, that's added bonus for an OC customer like me. (I was bummed when the pick-up at the store option was temporary disabled due to COVID, but I'm glad that we can do free pick-up once again.) I still miss being able to peruse their selection onsite, but it's still a good supplier regardless. Their customer service team always provides great service, and I like how they throw in a free goodie or two in my bag whenever I come for a pickup. Keep up the great work! read more

The customer service from Chris was exceptional. Knowledgeable staff that cares about their customers and make you feel like you're an appreciated customer. read more

Emailed 5 times to inquire about product. Received what I presume were automated responses indicating they would check on it and let me know. Tried calling multiple times and always received a recording that they're busy. Don't think there are any humans to help with anything. Or maybe they purposely not answered my question about the product because it is old product and packaging they're selling. Will never know since they won't confirm. read more

Don't order from this company. Recent experience, I ordered couple colors and solution, some hair products. Items never arrived, first I got notified after searching where my order is that my order was not secured transaction, than the same order notice that my order was not deliverable than I went follow up with the ups and the shipping information said return requested by sender. I ordered small order after that it came, due to that I reordered this big order, with thought it all get sorted out and some mistake happened . Big mistake the second big order never came also even I paid with my credit card and nothing unsecured about it. The order never came also!! Communication with the company terrible response long time or not at all, it took me a month and no actual resolution, none!!! I had to file dispute with my credit card to get my refund and with PayPal to get my refund. Overall sucks experience I went and used different company where I experienced fast shipping and no problem with order. Save your money time and hassle! Go elsewhere! read more

I've purchased from Sleekshop for years and had great service, reliable delivery and geniune products from them with no hassles. Today I found my recent order cancelled and refunded, their social media sites closed down and am so sad to have to replace an old favorite. It couldn't have been easy to make this decision but I hope it was for the best. You will be truly missed Sleekshop! read more

Placed an order 10 days ago from overseas. Charged me $120 shipping, no replies to few emails, have called them multiple times and held the line for sometime only to be cut off .... and no trace of my order on the order history on their website. I am beginning to get really really worried if this is going to be a scam. read more

I've been getting my hair color , supply and other great products from here for about 3 years now and the prices, services and selections are better then Sally's.. the people are soo sweet and they have a 800 number you can call to ask about a hair color or products information. highly recommend this beauty supply for Hair products .. read more

I ordered and received the Trionics Booster Shampoo. The product is a total fake. Packaging is cheesy. Shampoo reminds me of dishwashing detergent. Sleek Shop in Tustin, CA should be totally shut down. I've contacted the company, but yet to receive response. I will be contacting the inspector general for the State of CA and the local BBB. read more

Fast and great customer service!!!! Always satisfied with the service and products! Love shopping here

I just received an order from your company for Bain De Terre Green Meadow Shampoo. What I ordered was suppose to be in bottle with green label. What i received had a white label. I will keep what I received and I will never order from your company again. I did find another I have ordered same shampoo and it is what I ordered. I just read a lot of bad reviews with your company. I really do not understand you guys are able to stay in business. read more

I randomly found this place after searching everywhere else for an item. They were super helpful and accommodating. I believe someone named Chris helped me out the first time. I ordered again a few days later and again delightful experience. Some of the bad reviews made me a little skeptical but I'm glad I took a chance! read more

Put in my order and it was ready for pick-up the next day! Super easy and convenient. My go-to place to pick up some toner.

I'm ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with this place. Ordering online is easy and I either pick it up! [Besure to check in on yelp] Upon arrival, you'll receive a free gift bag full of yummie examples. Or having them ship-in my items is cheap. Always smooth fast transactions. For any concerns I recommend to email or leave a voice mail and they will reply or call back. Otherwise to get ahold of a real person takes awhile. You will receive emails to confirm order and status. Staff reps are always delightful and make you feel welcoming. The prices are unmatchable for the high end quality products. Sign up online for events or online coupons. It is a warehouse so be sure to order a day before you arrive. The showrooms are a new plus favorite of mine full of amazing lipsticks among other cosmetics. For the last 2 years Sleekhair has made my hair beautiful and I know because everyone gives me compliments! I'm a very happy customer! ! read more

Never spoke to that lady that wrote the reply. Lol. Suspicious business like I said. I called the same number I call everytime to pick up. I'm not the only one who said what I said. Also would love to note that my hair relaxer smelled completely different than every other time. What's that about? Do better business sis read more

This is my first time buying from this store and I have to give it 5 stars! For one, they were the only place that carried the color conditioner I was looking for. Upon arrival, I didn't know it was curbside pickup only so I was standing outside trying to order on my phone when a very nice lady approached me. She was able to do a manual order for me and had my order to me within 5 minutes. Very great customer service for a place with minimal human contact. Wish I got her name to include her in this review!! Will continue to buy here read more

Love that they offer an easy curbside pick up that was ready the same day. Even offered to put your items in your trunk instead of having you open your window and slide it in. Thank you so much! Also their product selection is amazing. If you're looking for high quality brand hair care products in-store for good prices without having to wait for shipping, I highly recommend shopping here. read more

Placed an order online for hair products, I did not receive items. Was told by customer service they use another service for delivery, not UPS and they were not responsible for lost, or stolen items. Poor customer service did not care and did not refund money. Place order at your own risk! read more

I love Sleekshop. I always come back and buy more because they have the best prices for hair color.

Saw this place from yelp as I've been browsing a place where I can buy affordable and good quality make-up to start Place: located in business area. Very clean and organize. You can try ALL the make and any make up before buying it (the tools and product are provided) Workers: I was assisted by Chandra and she was able to help me look for another alternative to an eyeshadow palette that apparently ran out. Chandra was very helpful and gave me some tips in regards to eyeliner for oily skin. She wasn't a person who pushes people to buy item instead she wants you to try every product in the store and find something that works. Items: This area sells plenty of make-up such as LA girl, nyx, morphe, bh cosmetics, and many more! check their website in advance to see some products you would like to check before heading here if you can. Also, have at least an hour (or more) reserved, that way you have time to check products. read more

I finally received my order--4 business days after PayPal contacted SS about my errant order. All told, it took more than 3 weeks to get my order from Tustin to the San Francisco Bay area, with no apologies or explanation from SS customer service. 5 stars for PayPal; two stars for Sleekshop. In my case, when I emailed SS I would be filing a claim with PayPal for a refund, their response was, "A claim has been filed with the courier for the product. We are awaiting the update for this so we can proceed with the refund, once courier is done with the investigation only then we can make or proceed with the request." This even though they could see my order had not been delivered and the merchandise had been languishing in Compton for weeks.I am hesitant to ever place an order with SS again. read more
