I notified SleekShop immediately and asked to exchange for the correct tone whose style number was one digit different. Good store with good selection, but the order confirmation process is misleading. You place your order, they take your payment, you then receive a "confirmation email"; however - if you forgot to "sign in" upon visiting the website, your order will not actually be added to your account and won't be shipped. Most sites prompt you to sign in if you aren't already and it's necessary to be. They shouldn't be allowed to accept payment if you are not signed in. This is an easy way for you to pay, and they never send your products then blame you, the customer for not realizing that you are not signed in. I was informed that in the future they will not help by adding an order to my account if I mistakenly don't sign in. Sleekshop, you should make the customer sign in before it is even possible to enter payment info, that would solve the problem. read more

Note: This review is strictly for my experience buying from them online. It has been a literal disaster. I don't even know where to begin. Positives: They have really good prices on cosmetics and a fairly good selection. That is about where the positives end. Negatives: I am so happy I paid with Paypal, because they were the only ones who contacted me at all about the status of my order in any capacity. After a week of waiting with no communication from Sleekhair, I finally sent them an email. After a few days of no replies from the email, I decided to call. It took me a very long time to actually communicate with a human being. I gave her my info and she informed me that 2 of my items were on back order and they sent me an email informing me of this (and of course they hadn't). I informed the customer service agent that I wanted them to ship what they had and cancel the items on back order. This was three business days ago, she stated I'd get an email with shipping info, and, you guessed it, I haven't received anything. This has been beyond frustrating. I am now currently trying to speak to another human being and I cannot. I am really disappointed in this whole process. I will not be buying from this place ever again. read more
