Then you smell different scents based on your preferred scents. Then you start combining scents till you make your custom fragrance! She gave me a case number and said someone would follow up--no one ever did. I sent a second email, and still, no response after nearly a month. To make matters worse, the register associate, Sophia, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even though the store was empty, I waited over 10 minutes just to be helped at the register. So Sephora and I have been shopping with each other for many years! Unfortunately, my experiences at Sephora have gone downhill overtime, and this store is an example of that. The store itself is always a little bit dirty, a little bit messy, it feels cluttered and disorganized. I dread going in here to shop! The staff seems stressed out almost all of the time, the line for the register is way too small for how many people are often in the purchases queue, and they have way too few cash points to handle the traffic. I still appreciate the variety of brands, but shopping at this Sephora in particular, but also unfortunately many other stores in their brand, has become unpleasant.
