They do have a bunch of testers so it's nice when you can do that versus hope that a product work if you're buying something internationally online. It seems like the items are a little bit more expensive than online, but I guess it's the cost of doing business and person, labor, and shipping as well. This has happened to me a handful of times where I've genuinely felt like I was being watched more closely. I get it, girl, you're doing your job, and I understand loss prevention is a thing. But even when I grab just one or two small items, sometimes I still get the look. Idk lol. Don't get me wrong, many of the employees are helpful and genuinely offer assistance. This is definitely not directed at the entire staff or the store as a whole. However, there have been a handful of interactions that have left me feeling uncomfortable. Of course, a business can say that's not what's happening, but as a customer, I'm simply sharing how the experience has felt from my end. I also want to add that I looked through some of the other reviews after I had already written my original review, and I actually came back to edit and include this part because I found it pretty telling. Let's just say I'm clearly not the only customer who has raised concerns about the overall customer experience. I'm writing this more as constructive feedback that I hope management can see and use to improve the store. If one or two people mention the same issue, maybe it can be brushed off as an isolated experience. But when a handful of customers are saying similar things, I think it's worth looking into and asking if something could be done differently. Nothing against the store, I continue to shop here, but customer perception and how people feel while shopping matter too. On another note, they don't have a huge perfume selection, which is disappointing because perfume is one of my favorite things! It's a smaller store overall, so I'm giving it 3 star. Run! Don't walk...seriously!…read more Dr Heinrich messed up my upper lip with painful filler injections! At least they are not permanent. That's the only good thing I have to say here. During my long first appointment, in which he spent 90% of the time with small talk about baseball, I told him I was here to look into lip wrinkle filler injections. I didn't want big puffed up lips...just some filler in a couple of the deep wrinkles on my upper lip. He said he would only use a little of the $725 vial at each procedure over time. His sweet nurse said they save the unused filler in the vial (marked as mine) for future injections, as needed. But when he actually did my first procedure, he injected the WHOLE vial!! Both his nurse and I were surprised...and to this day I don't know why he did it. Maybe he didn't remember that he was only supposed to fill a couple of wrinkles with some, not all, of the vial. Maybe he forgot our conversation. Maybe he didn't read his notes prior to my procedure. Maybe he didn't even make notes of the process we had agreed on!! Maybe he hoped I'd just buy more!! Maybe he just didn't care. Whatever, I ended up with my upper lip all puffed up, and of course I complained about it...which resulted in me having to get multiple needles to REMOVE the filler. All of these injections were terribly painful. I did ask for, and get, a refund...because now I had nothing but pain for my money!!! But my lip still looks odd on one side as there is still some filler in it...here and there...not even evenly. I will have to wait around nine months for the remnants to dissolve. I would never go back to him again, even if it was for free!!!
