I've had multiple interactions with the same employee at checkout, and she consistently comes across as rude and unwelcoming. I've never even asked her for help, but her attitude alone makes the experience uncomfortable. She seems like she doesn't want to be there, and it shows. It honestly makes the whole shopping experience feel gloomy, and even other employees seem unhappy working around her. I've also seen other reviews mentioning similar experiences, which makes me feel better knowing it's not just me--but it's clearly a pattern. Called this morning to see if it was possible to place a phone order for one item. I spoke with Edna. I'm not typically the type to go out of my way to leave a negative review and typically try to give people lots of grace and assume they are just having a bad day, but I work as a hair stylist and value how I talk to people and make them feel and Edna was so unbelievably hostile and unpleasant to speak to. She sounded so frustrated to be talking to me and had the most unnecessarily aggressive tone the entire phone call. I been a customer at Cosmoprof for 7 years now and will continue to shop there as I rely on it for hair color for my business. But maybe there needs to be some customer service training on how to talk to people kindly. You have no idea who you are talking to when you answer that store phone and should be treating every customer with common decency. Do better! read more

I have been been a regular customer at this store. I come to this store today trying to buy an advertised Bonus Beauty "get 3 free Schwarzkopf". The offer is good March 1 to 31. I arrived at this store 10 minutes before 4 pm. There were 2 workers there and they told me the advertisements were wrong and not valid. My I was shocked because my friend just made the purchase with the bonus yesterday. This is nothing less than misrepresentation or false advertising. I hope the manager at this tire needs to train the workers better on customer service. I personally think the 2 workers there just wanted to refuse the sale so they can close the store a few minutes early. Terrible customer service. read more

This Cosmoprof store is one of my favorites based on the products. I love their TIGI products and they always seem to have good deals on them.. which is a huge plus! I also love that they are always stocked and the store itself is very organized and neat. The staff greets you as you enter the store, however it's hit or miss as far as how helpful they can be. For the most part, I have had a good experience with the staff when I've had questions but I definitely do get a few here and there that are not approachable and act annoyed after hearing my question... kinda ridiculous, i know! Today, I went up to one of the workers and asked them a question (I didn't get her name) and she gave me the wrong information about the price of a product. She didn't even bother to make eye contact and was very cold to me. I understand that they're busy but it is NOT OKAY to treat your customers this way. When I approached another staff member, Kevin, he completely made up (almost) for the previous staff's inappropriateness. He not only gladly answered my questions, but also directed to the product that was on sale... aaannnnnd made me save some moola!! :))) Make sure to grab a flier because they always have deals! read more

The girl that works there "Jennifer" was standing next to me and did not even offer to help, so I asked her do you have this brand in black and her answer is NO darkest brown is black, doesn't make any difference? I love this Cosmoprof. I come here for all of my hair needs. The staff here is so sweet and kind, always greeting you immediately after walking into the store. I love the manager there. Not quite sure what her name is, but she's the cutest. She calls everyone "babe" and "punkin" :) I've been going here for a couple years and the girls have all known my son since he was in my belly! They always comment on how much he's grown. I prefer this beauty supply over Salon Centric a few streets away, because of the great customer service I get! The staff at SC vs the staff at CP is like night and day. The only time I ever have to go to SC is when I need Pravana colors which CP doesn't carry. I wish they would start! read more

I was excited to come in here for the first time, as I usually shop Salon Centric and wanted to explore Cosmoprof out of curiosity. I was not greeted when entering and the cashier with purple hair was very unfriendly. She seemed very bothered and her tone was as though she was annoyed when I asked her where a product was. She pointed in the general direction and I was left to find what I needed on my own, which took some time. I then couldn't find my card during check out and she just stood there awkwardly staring me down as I fumbled through my wallet to find it. I apologized and she stayed silent. Just overall a bad experience that made me never want to come back. I just felt very unwelcome and also overwhelmed because it was my first time there, it was hard to find some items and the fact that I felt to be a nuisance when asking for help didn't help at all. Salon Centric has really nice and almost loving employees. They always go out of their way to help me with any questions I might have. They are excited to be there and to help. I like this Cosmoprof out of the others. I come here with my mom who is a beautician. Service for us is decent. Sometimes we are asked if we need help or to look for something. There is one girl with red hair who is super nice. Sometimes the service is horrible, like our last visit. This blonde girl who worked cashier had no knowledge whatsoever about any of the products we asked about.... Not even the popular ones that they are selling. She looked at us with a blank look on her face and kept saying "huh??" She should not be working here. i always like looking at all the products and want most of them lol. What an Improvement in customer service at this store -Fallon was professional and incredibly helpful -kudos to whomever hired her -she is a credit to your company and hope she is recognized for the great job she is doing. I asked for the next month ad and she happily stopped what she was doing to bring me one . Two of the items I was purchasing were available in a set and she brought to my attention and promptly went to the shelf to bring to me. In my 15 years as a hairstylist I have never come across anyone as rude as Edna. I am not sure if she was having a bad morning or what, but I spent over a $1000 in products the week before and Sarah was the one who helped me. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a product that they didn't have in stock and Sarah said she will order it. Fast forward, I got a call saying my product was in so I came in and Edna was the only one in the store. She had such a HORRIBLE attitude from the minute I walked in. Made me wait 15 min while she helped other customers even though I was there before them. She was so condescending and unhelpful. I will not comeback here. Not only did she not honor the price in the ad, then she gave me a bogus excuse as to it was a misprint and the correct price was much higher. I found the folks in this beauty supply store to be extremely rude. I had phoned early in the morning looking for Goldwell products. A lady rushed me off of the phone to another lady where I was told that they had the product I was looking for. I said "great" can you please hold six bottles for me?". She said that she would. I get there and noticed that there is a sign on the door that says you must have a license. I spoke with a lady and said that I did not have one and she said "oh well, you are not allowed to even be in the store.
