WOW. This place absolutely blew me away! As someone who loves both Korean BBQ and Mexican food, I figured I'd enjoy this spot, but I wasn't expecting to be this impressed. I ordered the bulgogi steak burrito, and let me tell you--this thing was massive. Seriously, it was HUGE. Not only was it massive, but it was packed with flavor. The bulgogi steak was tender, juicy, sweet, savory, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was loaded with deliciousness, and the Korean-Mexican fusion worked way better than I could have imagined. The burrito was so enormous that I ended up eating half for lunch and saving the other half for dinner. That's not me trying to be healthy...that's just how gigantic it was! And somehow it tasted just as amazing later in the evening when I stuffed my face with all that meat. I also have to give a special shoutout to the woman working there. After getting my order, I realized I had forgotten to buy a side because my brain automatically assumed the burrito came with chips like some other places do. She saw my disappointment and totally hooked me up with some chips anyway, which was incredibly kind and completely unexpected. Little gestures like that go a long way and made an already great experience even better! Between the monster-sized portions, incredible flavors, and friendly customer service, this place was a home run. Chicago has some amazing food, but this was easily one of the most memorable meals I had during my trip. If you're debating whether to order the bulgogi steak burrito, stop thinking and just do it. Come hungry, wear stretchy pants, and thank me later. For the record , Los Angeles does not have something like this. We have KOGI TRUCK, which alternates days/nights throughout the city and you have to follow them based on their schedule. Omgoodness. So much yum! We went a few weeks ago for a meet and greet. They were SO busy but the food was AhMazing. So we went back with our son and his fiancée to eat again. So yummy. We've had the burrito, the gogi bowl, the Korean fried chicken, rice cake on a stick, rice cake and sausage on a stick and the kimbap. The ONLY thing I wouldn't order again is the kimbap. Cuz I feel like I make it better at home OR I can get it just as good as them in a Korean grocery store for WAY cheaper. The service is ALWAYS super nice. You do have to find parking. I wish there were more "fast food" spots like this one- with more flavorful bites with different sauces to try. The service was appropriate and accommodating, possibly because there weren't too many people waiting. You truly get such a big bite for what you pay for. I chomped through my burrito, but I could've easily saved it for another meal. And it kept me full for the rest of my busy, active day. The tacos itself were very flavorful and packed however one thing I do have to mention is that it was very salty. I had three tacos but I barely finished 1. Came in when i found out seoul taco was doing a collab with Pink Mu. Pink Mu makes the best kimbaps chicago has ever had. I think it's such a perfect combo of Korean foods, Korean tacos and kimbaps! You can self order at the kiosk and Holly (owner of pink mu) was also there to help with any questions or tips. She's so so so friendly and kind. All the food came out so quickly and everything was so flavorful and fresh. We had chips and queso, which I LOVED. The cheesy elote bites were little bites of heaven. Kimchi fried rice being 4 bucks is a steal, it was so tasty, I think adding mozz cheese would take it to another level. We had the OG kimbap and the spicy pork kimbap, incredible. Just incredible. The misugaru horchata also was fantastic and I need it again. I also took home a miso caramel cookie that was fire. The interior is clean and spacious. I really enjoy the Korean mural, dope. I experience Seoul Tacos booth at Complex Con and they did not disappoint! The staff were very friendly and helped me decide on what I should eat. The food prices were good for the amount of food you get and I didn't wait long at all for my food. The tacos were sooooo good! Whatever they do to marinate the steak made it delicious! Solid Korean fusion joint with hefty tacos, loaded with flavor and then some. The bulgogi bowl had generous amounts of meat and veggies but we're glad we went sauce on the side. The popcorn chicken was Korean-style so they were coated in a sweet/spicy sauce that was a little stickier and sweeter than we were expecting. Flavors were pretty standard with nothing crazy to write home about. Food came out fast despite a pretty packed dinner bunch. Sufficient seats for a large group and left satisfied with our choice. I ordered Seoul Taco for dinner last night after hearing great things, and let me just say--it lived up to the hype and then some! I wasn't expecting anything life-changing, just some solid Sunday night delivery, but this meal absolutely blew me away. I ordered the Elote Quesadilla and one of each taco (beef, pork, and steak). The Elote Quesadilla was hands-down the best quesadilla I've ever had, and I've had my fair share--Mexican food is my favorite cuisine. The combination of the cheesy goodness with the street corn flavor was pure magic. It's the kind of dish you can't stop talking about, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know. I literally texted a picture of it to at least five people today. The tacos were fantastic as well, and the fusion of Korean and Mexican flavors worked perfectly with the beef, pork, and steak. You bus your own table and help yourself with water. I tried the elote quesadilla with bulgogi, chicken taco, and a spicy pork burrito. The food has good Korean inspired flavors. The elote quesadilla flavors were a bit too sharp for my liking, but it is a creative dish. I wished they put a bit more bulgogi since you pay a higher price for bulgogi compared to other meats. This dish was really hearty. The chicken taco they gave me the wrong order so I couldn't really assess how the chicken is. They instead gave me a bulgogi taco which was a miss, but I guess from a financial standpoint I got a bargain. But the taco was a but small for $4 relative to other dishes they offer. The burrito is hearty with lots of kimchi rice (not much kimchi, mostly flavored rice which is fine since I don't like eating too much kimchi), and the spicy pork is decent. There is a lot of fat in the meat though, so I had to stop and take out the fat before continuing to eat the burrito. Good price for large portions. For less than $20 per person for a substantial meal, it is pretty decent. read more

Although not too spicy, it is enough that you will feel it at least. The person I went with got a bulgogi quesadilla. They enjoyed it, however thought it was a bit too greasy. The staff was really polite and when they ran out of corn tortillas they asked us if wheat was fine and provided free meat for the quesadilla as an apology for the inconvenience. The restaurant itself was nice. Places to sit and relax, not great for large groups but enough seating none the less. Incredible food with friendly staff and an excellent atmosphere. The smells alone in this restaurant are mesmerizing. As soon as you walk in, you were hit with the smell of delicious Korean spices. You immediately see a cozy interior with plenty of seating, and even a few couches. Food is really high-quality, and the quantity for the price is perfect. We got a ton of food ranging from chicken tacos to spicy pork tacos to Bulgogi elote quesadillas. We also got several sides such as their sweet potato fries, kimchi fried rice, and kimchi slaw. We even got some green grape Soju. I would say the only letdown dish for this sweet potato fries. Nothing fancy, and it's the Seoul sauce that really makes that dish good. Everything else was absolutely incredible. Perfectly balanced, suite and spicy tacos filled with the umami from the fried rice. Here's a food, hack I really enjoyed.
