The interior was super nice and it wasn't super packed on a Monday afternoon (holiday). It was clean and modern. The customer service was great! The owner literally is there on the ground serving food amid meeting his clientele which I respect and appreciated. Okay FOOD: I LOVED the food! The quality was great, meats were tender and juicy, cuts of steak were decently thick like others mentioned in their review, and we ate all our sides which never happens when we got to kbbq spots. When the sides are high quality too, that's when you know you hit the jackpot. We did the All You Can Eat (AYCE) dinner menu. There were a great variety to select from. I also enjoyed all my dips, I feel like a lot of places have great meat but bad dips or great dips but bad meat quality. This place has it all!!! I'm already drooling about my next visit Overall highly recommend this spot!! Great prices, amazing quality, good sides, delicious food.

We appreciated the high-quality, thick-cut meats, particularly the pork belly, picanha steaks (a Brazilian cut), and Jumuluc (marinated beef). The staff provided friendly, exceptional service, and the restaurant boasts a clean, spacious, and modern atmosphere. The AYCE menu also includes steamed egg, soybean soup, and other side dishes. Notably, the spicy radish was the best we've had at any similar BBQ restaurant in the DMV.

The appetizer and dessert bar with all their sauces was so nice and had actually delicious options across the board. I love that they even had lychee in the dessert section! You can only choose two of the three all you can eat options: hot pot, sushi, and bbq. We picked bbq and sushi, and all of the bites were great! The bbq has all of the standard sides and meats that were so so yummy, especially the pork belly. The bbq items came out what felt like minutes after we came back with filled plates from the appetizer bar. Only thing we wish was different was that we got the sushi after the kbbq and we were pretty full by the time it came out. Otherwise everything was great from start to finish and can't wait to go back!

We were instantly greeted at the door and only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a table. From there, we decided to go for the triple combo of AYCE sushi, hot pot, and KBBQ. The best choice! We began by ordering sushi and items for our hot pot - all were incredibly fresh and tasty. I particularly loved the Szechuan broth - which I made sure to ask them to make vegetarian (be sure to ask beforehand as some broths are made with pork). From there, we fired up the grill with brisket, bulgogi, and, my favorite, the garlic shrimp! Everything was so juicy and paired perfectly with the sauce bar items we chose. I particularly loved the crab rangoons and kimchi as some fun sides! The restaurant is very spacious and is great for groups or eating with a friend. I appreciated how attentive and accommodating each server was. In my opinion, this is one of the best KBBQ spots in town! Definitely worth the visit.

We ordered the beef combo for two even though we were a party of three. It was plenty of food for us! The combo came with brisket, steak bites, galbi, and bulgogi. It also came with corn cheese and soybean soup. My favorite part was definitely the steak bites! They were super tender and really flavorful. We ordered a steamed egg as well and it was also really good. The portions were generous, the quality was great, and the meal exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back again!

First of all, it has been open for about two years, but it looks brand new. very clean and very nice decor when you enter. Second, we were two people and wanted to try some beef and chicken options, and our waiter Alvin was very helpful! he cooked for us , and his service was impeccable . We tried some of the apps like the dumplings, new Bibimbap that comes in a hotstone , fried rice and seafood pancake. For the meat, we tried the ribeye, Galbi,, Bulgogi, Spicy chicken, and brisket! All of them were marinated and very flavorful. They have regular combo and large options. We were very full at the end- and as we were leaving, the restaurant got packed, so earlier reservations (before 7pm) are probably better (we went at 530) . Plenty of parking and overall such a great experience. I highly recommend it!

New to the Cascades, Lowe's Island, Sterling and Dulles Town Center area, we're blown away by the…read moresurfeit of excellent restaurants across a wide variety of cuisines, concepts and price points. Chiko is no exception. A Korean-Chinese fusion concept with bright yellow and black decor, a friendly and responsive wait staff and a unique menu that won't be found elsewhere, we're working our way through the variety of bowls, dumplings and entrees that all combine multiple sweet, sour, and spicy elements as a foundation for the dishes. We knew nothing about Korean food, moving here from Colorado where everything was with steak or burgers. (I'm exaggerating a bit). The diverse population of the area is clearly reflected in the number and variety of restaurants. If you're not familiar with Korean food this is a good place to start at reasonable prices. They have a liquor license we. Parking is ample.

Apparently they opened now at 12 and I checked today - the website was updated. So they lose a star for poor advertising. I went to a place next door and had a great experience. Ok - for Chiko. I'm impressed that a venue like this exists in Sterling which has void of good Asian food. Food (5/5): I've had several sides and entrees- Appetizers: Radish was great Avocado salad is a hit and it's really large. Entrees: Spicy bulgogi stir fry - are my favorite. The chewy rice cakes are my favorite! Lamb noodles are good if you're a fan of lamb (I'm not) Smashed salmon - salmon was a bit overcooked. Jjanangmyeon - the noodles were a bit too saucy. The cook made the noodles spicy. Service (4/5): Good. Sometimes has a hard time getting our server. Ambiance (3/5): It's a sterile cafeteria type place. The chairs are not too comfortable.
