They have a activity cube for the other siblings while they wait
    Jennifer T.

we have been going to sensabilities for the past two years and working with Miss klarissa once a week for 45 minutes and the last 5-10 minutes, they would come out and talk to us about how her session went the one thing that I didn't really like about sensabilities was the parking was very limited and we would park kind of a little farther down and we would walk maybe four minutes or so to get to the location it would be $15 session or you could pay $30 for 2 sessions on your card it was really busy the time that we would go, which is 12 PM on a Tuesday and the speech. Therapist were really strict regarding coughing, sneezing, running or fevers. When it comes to that one time I saw a mom who brought their son who was coughing a lot and within five minutes the speech therapist brought him back and said he couldn't come back in and they didn't have any symptoms for 24 hours then you can reschedule. so I really like how strict they are. I never really went back when our daughter was called for her session. I would just wait in the lobby. which a parent has to either wait in the lobby or in the parking lot super close just in case the child ask for their mom or dad. I did like how they would send a reminder text about the session coming up, so that was kind of cool I like how they finally put an activity cube for the other siblings when they wait, but I don't think they clean it often

They did it again even after i expressed I didn't like that ! Won't be back

She began physical therapy very early (around five months old) and worked with several wonderful therapists before we were referred to Up and Movin' Physical Therapy to continue her care. The team at Up and Movin', especially Ms. Cat and Ms. Bella, devoted incredible time, effort, patience, and compassion to helping my daughter. Their individualized exercises were exactly what she needed to build strength and coordination, and their guidance empowered me to continue her practice at home each day. Thanks to this combined dedication, my daughter began walking independently at 19 months and officially graduated from physical therapy by age two. I am deeply grateful to the entire Up and Movin' staff for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness during one of the most challenging periods of our lives. My daughter is no longer delayed, and we credit her progress to this amazing team. A special thank you as well to Lily at the front office, who greeted us with such warmth and made every visit smoother. To any parent considering this clinic--please don't hesitate. The journey can be tough, but with the support of the Up and Movin' team, your child will be in the best of hands. We will always remember this incredible group who helped our little girl take her first steps. Thank you, Up and Movin' Therapy!

The front staff at the Norco location are always incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. I tend to ask a million questions, and they never make me feel like a bother, they always take the time to make sure my schedule is taken care of and that I have everything I need. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and truly invested in the kids they work with. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in such a supportive and positive space. I would highly recommend Leaps and Bounds to any parent looking for services like PT, OT, speech therapy, or any specialized support for their child. We've had nothing but a great experience!

I felt that she did not allow enough time for my child to transition and adjust before ending the session, and her manner felt rushed and harsh. As a parent, I suggested that next time my child be given a brief moment to finish cleaning up the toys, especially since there were still five minutes scheduled for parent discussion, which were not used. She did not acknowledge this suggestion and instead stated that she needed to end the session because she had another patient. At that time, our session had not yet ended, and there were still approximately three minutes remaining in the parent discussion period. I explained that allowing less than 30 seconds to clean up helps prevent triggering my child, as children on the spectrum can be very sensitive to abrupt transitions. Unfortunately, her response and facial expression felt cold and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I was disappointed by this experience, as I expected a higher level of patience and understanding from a professional working in this field. Effective therapy requires flexibility, empathy, and collaboration with parents, and I did not feel those qualities were demonstrated during this session.

I called and a nice person made me an appointment and told me they did not accept insurance , that's fine. When i arrived i stood in the lobby in front of the admittance window ignored for quite a while , when the lady finally came to "Help" me i gave her my name and told her i had an appointment, that was not enough, she angrily asked who my appointment was with , i was not sure only that i had one , she then said in a tone like i had just been caught trespassing " well who sent you! WHY ARE YOU HERE" i said i made an appointment no one sent me not knowing what to tell her i said it was my first time there i didn't know what i'm supposed to say asked what my choices were to answer and she went down a list like a cop telling me all the rules i had broken , I replied "i guess it's counselling , i'm here to talk to someone about my depression" I did not want to say this loudly in front of everyone , and then she asked loud and angry again why i was there ,what was the reason " ARE YOU COURT ORDERED ARE YOU HERE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARE YOU HERE FOR MARRIAGE COUNSELING ARE YOU SUICIDAL!" now there were other people in this waiting room , i really don't understand why i have to let them ALL know what i'm there for , or why im being treated like i shouldn't be there , i even asked " am i not allowed to be here , did i get an appointment with the wrong place?" .Asking for help at all is hard enough , going in and dealing with this insane gatekeeper immediately put my barley breathable anxiety through the roof , just getting there was like moving mountains in my mental state ,i repeated " I have an appointment at this time at this office for counselling" and this woman literally yelled " NO ONE WANTS TO BE HERE! THERE'S A REASON YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!" finally a doctor from an office in the back came out to help hearing this insane woman yelling , the doctor who happened to be the one i had an appointment with and she knew all about it. Anyone apparently not court ordered to go to this place , beware. The very heavy woman with dark hair at the front window literally hates you and her job , maybe she's court ordered to be there for her anger issues , she would be better off collecting trash on the highway where she can yell at passing cars and no one has to hear it.If you're having trouble and need help you will leave this place in the same state if not worse than when you walked in.
