For over seven years, Kelli and her incredible team have loved Leif like he was one of their own. They have been by his side since he was just 18 months old, celebrating every milestone, every breakthrough, every challenge, and every victory. They never just treated him as a client they became part of our family. When Leif was diagnosed with autism, I had no idea what our future would look like. I worried if he would ever be able to tell me how he felt, make friends, or confidently navigate the world. Kelli gave my son something I can never fully repay her for she gave him a voice. Because of her patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in him, Leif has grown into the funny, smart, kind, and expressive little boy he is today. She helped him find words when he couldn't find them himself. She celebrated the victories that others may have overlooked and loved him through every setback. So much of who Leif is today has been shaped by the incredible work she and her team poured into him. There will never be enough words to thank Kelli and everyone at Playworks. After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. My suggestion is to ask for the phone number when you book your appointments.

The AO hand center nurse, Sabrina Gomez, also does good work, putting in that little extra effort that is often needed in navigating the whole health (and insurance) process. Front office staff, good work, suggest offering more approachability. Harold Neuendorff is one of the best OTs in my opinion. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he cares. Hands-down, get him as your OT if you can. Paloma is a newer OT there and she is really good also. I have developed a chronic stiffness problem due to overly happy scar tissue inside my hand, fingers and wrist. I go to therapy twice a week and do exercises on my own three times a day. Harold and Paloma provide expert exercising of my fingers and wrist and are always encouraging regarding my slow but steady progress. Thank you!

The next problem was with scheduling, a host of unconfirmed dates and periods of no contact at all, just left out to dry. Next up is billing. In one instance i reciewed 3 (three) emails the same day for a past due and I would attempt to pay it online and the site would not accept the payment. I call a billing phone number and am told we don't handle that office, you need to call that location instead and I call and am told the online billing site is experiencing some problems but, let me check with billing and she comes back and says you have a zero balance. Lastly and the final straw for me is I get a bill in the mail for a "follow up" visit the same day I get a text to schedule the follow up visit. I again attempt to pay the amount online and it again does not accept my payment. I just got off the phone with them about scheduling the "follow up" appointment and explain the bill in the mail and text to schedule and am told again online billing is having problems (the last time I was told this was 6 weeks ago) so again she checks my account and she tells me I have a zero balance. Don't waste your time with this company, save yourself the frustration!
