I'm over these people. I will not be bringing my child back there. You miss one appointment they start threatening to take your child off the schedule. Your child can't travel or leave the area over holidays. Forget being ill, even though there's strict rules to protect the staff and other children about the symptoms they can have and what you need to bring them back and you are staying away for everyone's good. It is such an incredible stressor constantly worrying about losing those hard to get afterschool slots while also dealing with health issues and the complexities of a child who needs several therapies. I am not seeing any improvement in my son to keep dealing with this stress. If I can't find another therapy center close by, I will teach him to zip his zippers at home and schedule him activities he actually enjoys that will incorporate the skill building he needs. And the front office staff is rude, the back office people clearly don't talk and consult with eachother, because I was told it was fine when I cancelled after him throwing up three times on the way to therapy and then got a call the next day that he'd be dropped from the schedule with no additional warning and plan for makeups once he improved. And lobby always smells like diaper shit; I can barely stand to sit in there. Good riddance. read more

We loved it here with our previous therapists and the most recent one is on maternity leave. Her replacement has been impatient with our daughter who is autistic, she is rough, irritable, literally slammed down a notebook during their last session. This person should not be working with children. We called to talk to a manager and to this day we have not heard back. This has been reported to Easterseals. read more

I have had such an amazing experience at SenseAbilities. I take my granddaughter there every week for both speech and occupational therapy. My granddaughter is diagnosed with autism and doesn't like to eat many foods. She also started at SenseAbilities without any words. She sees Mr. Tom and Ms. Chandni. Both therapists are amazing and have helped our family to understand autism better and have given my granddaughter a better quality of life. We have had other teachers as well and all have been amazing. I would recommend SenseAbilities. Thank you SenseAbilities for all you have done for my granddaughter and my family. read more

I should have known better than to give this place a second chance. My child has food sensory issues. The first time we joined was during the pandemic and we did video sessions. It was not effective at all. It was very difficult to keep a 3 year old engaged and locked in a high chair in front of a camera. The therapist that I did have quit working there due to horrible management per a discussion she shared with me. The therapist following her were not doing much engagement as the previous one so it became a waste of time and I ended up cancelling. I decided to try again and in person this time in hopes my son would have a better experience. The first therapist they assigned me temporarily, literally stuck his finger in his nose casually as I was discussing my child's eating issues and proceeded to put his hand in my child's snacks and pass one to my child to engage in eating. I then was assigned another therapist who I liked and I was teaching her how to warm up my sons food to a certain temperature he likes and I offered to go to the microwave to do so and I got a sense she didn't want me to as she kept trying to grab the bowl but I insisted and the microwave was absolutely disgusting. Old food splattered everywhere for who knows how long. It couldn't have been just that day. I let her know and she said she will let the cleaning staff know. She wouldn't allow me to microwave the food any more going forward. Most of the staff was rude so I never allowed my child to do therapy without me present. I have observed children being mistreated, I have seen therapist putting the child's food and a toy in front of them while the are glued to their phone. I witnessed a melt down that a therapist had in front of a special needs child because she couldn't handle his hyper behavior. Lack of training with autistic children and labeling it bad behavior. The facility was always dirty. Pink mold in the sinks and feces stains left in the toilet. Counters dirty and no sanitizing the toys and tools they used. The last straw for me was when I observed staff yanking my son off of the floor because my child wanted to explore a toy room on his way out because it was the end of their shift. The staff member had no idea I was following behind and once I told her to let my son go, she became surprised and started telling him good job for listening. My therapist then explained to her that I was mom and she changed her character right away. I feel bad for all the innocent parents that think their children are being handled appropriately while they wait in the lobby. I'm so glad I never let my child go back there alone. The place is a joke. I decided today that I will not be returning. I know there is not much therapy options being offered in my area but this is place is a disgrace. No sense in a complaint because it is privately owned and nothing will be done. I figured the best I can do is share my experience here in case you are considering this place for your child. If you do, I encourage you to stay in the sessions. read more

My son has been in speech therapy for a couple of years now all at SenseAbilities and I cannot recommend this place enough. My son is currently seeing Mr. Anthony and he is amazing. The progress he's made is very impressive and cannot thank Mr. Anthony enough for all of his help with my son. read more

Please do not take your children here if you truly care about their well-being. The front desk staff are unkind and behave as if the place revolves around them rather than the children. While a few therapists were genuinely helpful, most appeared more focused on sitting and writing meaningless notes instead of actively working with the kids. It's hard to understand how a facility like this is still operating given the lack of compassion and professionalism shown. Many staff members act as though they are doing families a favor, rather than providing the care and respect that children and parents deserve. read more

we have been going to sensabilities for the past two years and working with Miss klarissa once a week for 45 minutes and the last 5-10 minutes, they would come out and talk to us about how her session went the one thing that I didn't really like about sensabilities was the parking was very limited and we would park kind of a little farther down and we would walk maybe four minutes or so to get to the location it would be $15 session or you could pay $30 for 2 sessions on your card it was really busy the time that we would go, which is 12 PM on a Tuesday and the speech. Therapist were really strict regarding coughing, sneezing, running or fevers. When it comes to that one time I saw a mom who brought their son who was coughing a lot and within five minutes the speech therapist brought him back and said he couldn't come back in and they didn't have any symptoms for 24 hours then you can reschedule. so I really like how strict they are. I never really went back when our daughter was called for her session. I would just wait in the lobby. which a parent has to either wait in the lobby or in the parking lot super close just in case the child ask for their mom or dad. I did like how they would send a reminder text about the session coming up, so that was kind of cool I like how they finally put an activity cube for the other siblings when they wait, but I don't think they clean it often read more

My son has been in speech therapy for about a year and the issues started before his first session. He was kicked out of therapy before he started the program. I called in to reschedule his appointment 24 hours in advance due to illness as their policy & posted signage request! Instead of calling to check on my son or follow up about his appointment- I was met with a hostile call that his therapy services were cancelled and he was kicked out the program. The quality of care for their clients is non existent and it's especially disturbing that a business which serves small children and children with special needs is lacking in empathy to this degree. That experience should've been my first red flag but I still fought to keep him in therapy because he needed the service- they retracted their decision after I pushed back against management, explained the situation, and they realized I'm private pay. I pay $94/ session. My son has been to speech therapy consistently since but he is a toddler and sometimes life gets in the way. Anyone with children knows they are unpredictable however we prioritize our attendance because the service is important. I also follow the sick policy and still get penalized when I follow their own rules. This business definitely needs to learn how to be more empathetic towards their clients and run their office more efficiently. My first experience was not the only time I've canceled in advance because he's sick- only to be met with multiple calls from the office as if I didn't communicate or threatening messages about kicking him out of therapy. He was recently removed out of therapy and the last appointment he "missed" was rescheduled at the front desk a week in advance and was suggested for me to do so by their own employees because my son had a $183 evaluation in the same week. They asked if I wanted to adjust his schedule and then kick him out. I love the actual employees whom work with the children but this business is a nightmare and doesn't deserve parents' hard earned money. read more

Not a good place at all. They are very pushy about having your child go in the room alone. My child is only 2 and the therapist made me feel uncomfortable if I wanted to go in the room. I don't believe this therapist was confident in her job because when I did come around she barely did anything to help my child's speech. They have a wellness room where kids go to help with sensory issues or to blow off some energy. The therapist pushed my child on the swing too hard and my two year old fell hard onto the ground screaming and crying. This is when I called it quits for this place. It's so unprofessional and wasn't worth any of my time. My child now goes to a different speech center where they are so accommodating and let me be around whenever I want. Also, the front desk here is terrible! Not nice at all and the waiting rooms are crowded and over whelming not good for autistic kids. read more

Front desk was OK, But BOTH OWNERS Customer service is MID & unprofessional! From the time my daughter authorization was approved their process was difficult and not like I've experienced with other therapy centers. First off they had an approval from insurance but they wanted the insurance to contact "Jerome" something about to make sure the insurance is going to pay. IEHP was also confused on why because when they had already been approved & agreed to pay So why the hassle of that step. So it took about 3-4 days for that. During the process IEHP was calling me letting me know they are confused on why when they already agreed & that they couldn't even reach Jermone. The 2nd red flag is, they sent me a reminder text that said "Riley IEHP Love" like what!?? I have NEVER EVER seen this before. No hospital, ABA, occupational therapy, or other speech therapy places sent a txt that addressed her with IEHP in her name. VERY TACKY! & DUMB! Like is that the ONLY way for them to remember!? I thought it was a typo! It's already a stigma with this insurance & ppl don't get treated fair, then they label her like that. I sent a email to the co owner letting her know I didn't appreciate that. I seen who she was from Instagram so I knew just who I was sending this email to. I went to my daughters appointment walked by her in the hall her being a owner you would think she has proper etiquette SIKE!! Just like a person with no accountability she was salty with the email she walked right passed me and didn't say hi or look at me, but I knew just who she was before I wrote her she didn't even acknowledge my email she just passed it along to the owner. He acted like he didn't understand my email telling me he's confused. How in the world is he confused when it's not about him for me to understand why he's confused & #2 I clearly stated in my email why I was upset so even if he really was confused he's lying because he read my email it was very clear. My issue I know for a fact they're not texting each client and calling them by their insurance name! So don't do my daughter like that! Like I told him in the email my daughter having IEHP should have been on a sticky note for there references. And why does it matter to label her IEHP if they claim each client no matter what insurance receives the same service. if you have other children, specifically a baby they don't care! They want you leave your kid in a room with a person they never seen, the kids can't communicate & want the parents to sit in the car! They have the wrong parent for that. That's also something else other places don't do. They are ok with mom bringing baby in they don't make you leave your kid alone especially not the first session! I'm so glad another place opened up I did not want to come back here at all! Didn't like the vibe from day 1! P.s you guys should hire a Janitor read more

I stopped coming here because the therapist kept insisting that my daughter should go in alone. She was only 3 and nonverbal at the time, so I never felt comfortable leaving her by herself. Every visit, the therapist would tell me she would be fine without me, and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong for wanting to stay. I now take her to another clinic in Corona since February where the staff is wonderful. I asked right away at the beginning if I could accompany my daughter, and they were very kind and welcoming about it. read more

I absolutely LOVE SenseAbilities! My son has been coming here for about 3 years and we have seen so much improvement in his speech. McKenna is the BEST of the BEST! She has changed his life. He has so much more confidence in his speech. She is patient and knows so many different techniques to help him make the correct sounds. 100% recommend to everyone. We have had a great experience at SensAbilities in Corona. We highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism, care for minors, and very well trained staff. My daughter received speech therapy w/ Ms. Renee (1yr) and occupational therapy with Mr Travis (4yrs). She always looked forward to her sessions.  Through the years the center was truly wonderful and accommodating with her needs. Our sessions were held in clinic and virtually. She was dependant on us for everything minor task. Working with Mr. Travis' she progressed significantly with day-to-day self-care.  Your kindness, hardwork and efforts are greatly appreciated. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I don't know why Kaiser directly refers Senseabilities to patients when there are clearly other waaaay better choices out there. A lot of the Kaiser patients actually requested to transfer somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and don't even try this place. Read the google and the yelp reviews. I read the reviews, but still gave this place a chance- biggest mistake I ever made. I should have just learned from the reviews and went somewhere else. Emily or Lily (whatever her name is) from the front desk is super unprofessional. When I tried to talk to her about as to why they just took us off the schedule , all she would say is, "Well, It has been decided, there's nothing that can be done." And then she would cut me off when I'm speaking. She didn't even try listening to me or try answering my questions. Also, she said she gave us verbal and written warnings. Never received any of those. I could go and on about how ridiculous she is but that would be a further waste of my time. It's not just her, though. It's the whole place. Communication is bad. They have no compassion for their patients (a trait that this business should have especially with the demography of their patients). All they care about is making money. It's sad cause the speech therapist my son had was good. Another incident we experienced was when we were very near the place then Emily (of all people) called us to tell us they would not accept our son that day anymore since he will ne 15 minutes late. Tried explaining to her that my son had a very bad day but we really are trying to get him to speech despite that. All she could say is, " we can't take him today anymore. It's an insurance thing" Just like that, no compassion whatsoever. Like i said, all they care about is money. They need to hire better front desk staff or atleast give them proper training. Like seriously, never been to a place this bad. Once again, JUST READ THE YELP REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM. This place is just 3 stars for a reason. read more

Take your kids somewhere else. Senseabilities is just out for your money and don't care about your kids. They took my 3 y/o off their schedule after a year because I didn't follow a rule that I didn't know I was breaking. I guess you have to sit in your car and can't leave window view of the building but when I asked why I wasn't given a common courtesy warning, they said it's my fault for not knowing the rules and that the only warning I needed to have is the one I got when I signed an agreement that didn't clearly outline what the "premises" are. I guess being 100 yards away in a store in too far but when I tried to explain, they said I should have asked and that their decision is final. I don't know how a business that is supposed to help kids could be so quick to throw one out who needs help without at least giving me a chance to fix the mistake I was making. Bunch of assholes. read more

If you have an old kid I do not recommend this facility... I have a 20 yr who needs speech and OT.. but because they want to group him up with the aggressive kids with Austin, they can't give him services... they say that because he is 20 and 6'5" he needs to be with a male.. but the funny thing is that if my son was aggressive no man would be able to hold him back ... it's called Austim strength... the other funny thing is he has aba with 3 wonderful Young ladies that aren't scared of him at all.. I felt offended for my son... I have worked hard to make sure my son is a gentle giant.. this 20-year-old is scared of a fly. He would never nor has he ever hurt anyone... I was offended to my soul, to have someone think that I could put them in danger... it's sad... there are no clinics that offer services for older kids like mine read more

In the time I took my daughter to senseabilities about 2 years I never had any bad experiences. Her therapists Travis and Chandini were both very caring and patient with her. My daughter always looked forward to her therapy. My daughter did improve her speech and she's also willing to try new foods and for this I will always be grateful. read more

Management is a joke, they are very uninformative. They don't have enough clinicians and the clinician they do have definitely need more training. I'll say this as a parent only you know the progress that your child is making because you see them daily. Don't let somebody who spends all but 30 minutes not even a full 45! Tell you that your child isn't making any progress, just because they themselves, aren't equipped to notice or have no real intention of caring. The front desk staff are usually very nice and respectful and understanding. I cannot say the same for management. All the children otherwise known as sensibilities clients deserve better, not just mine. read more

After reading so many negative reviews, I wanted to update mine. My son has been seen here since 2020-present. We have had NO issues. The only thing I don't like is if they are closed for a holiday, you do have to make up that session. Besides that everyone we dealt with has been kind. No issues and my son is such a talker now. He is thriving. read more

My son has been receiving services at SenseAbilities for the last 3 years. Our experience has always been great and we have gone from non-verbal to speaking non stop for speech. We have also gone from not wanting to try new foods to exploring new textures and non-preferred items at OT. Ms Jenn and Me Thomas have been so patient during his journey and this has led to positive outcomes. I appreciate everyone who has been a part of my son's journey. Thank you! read more

My son has been seen at this facility since he was 1.5yrs old he will be 10 yrs old this year. We have used them for speech therapy and OT. We have had nothing but the best care for him. The improvement we have seen is incredible! He's graduated from OT and has improved so much he is only going 1x a week instead of 3x a week for speech. The staff is professional & the facility is very clean. My son loves coming here and I feel comfortable bringing him here, I know when I leave him in Ms. Jannette care he is in good hands and learning so much. Would highly recommend bringing your kids here. read more

Sensabilities, Corona and Ms. Hayley, have been the perfect fit for us. Our daughter adores Ms. Hayley and leaves each session with a big smile. We're very fortunate to have connected with Ms. Hayley for speech therapy and are consistently impressed with her dedication, support, and guidance in helping our daughter develop her communication skills and abilities. In addition, the front desk team at the Corona location are consistently approachable, kind, and resourceful. The facility itself is calm and inviting. Overall, we are grateful to attend Sensabilities in Corona. The main star is Ms. Hayley, and we look forward to seeing our daughter continue to learn and thrive. read more

We appreciate the professionalism of our current therapist, who is the fourth we've worked with, the first three being in the initial months receiving services (one left the company, one was fired for falsifying information [as one of the co-owners told us], and one was reassigned). Our low ranking is for the fact that we have expressed concern multiple times about the homo- and transphobic culture and treatment that we've received from the check-in staff, as well as the dehumanizing treatment we faced from the owners. We were informed that training is taking place but have not seen results of that training as the same staff members great us each week in unfriendly ways. Above all we are distressed by the mistreatment we've faced by the owners, including belittling and flippant language toward protected groups by Dr. Keck and aggressive mansplaining and condescension by Boyd Bradshaw. The initial communication with Dr. Keck resulted from several miscommunications on the part of SenseAbilities, but when confronting her reference to legal language about protected groups of people on Kaiser's language as "fluff," Dr. Keck provided anecdotes about queer individuals in her life to justify her positionality. You can spout being an ally and still be homo/transphobic. Similarly Boyd Bradshaw repeatedly yelled at us with mansplaining when we requested clarification and an attempt by the owners to empathize with the hurt they caused us (after the homo/transphobia we faced by staff). When he referred to me as "you people," I knew there was more afoot and feel we were mistreated for being queer *and* Hispanic. In each instance we have been patient but firm in explaining the hurt we've felt by the culture at SenseAbilities (again, you can employ queer and trans staff and still be a culture of phobia or discrimination). We are afraid for our safety in each session now because of the hostile way Boyd Bradshaw in particular has treated us. Lastly, the cleanliness of the facility is lacking, from old, stained, and broken furniture and soiled flooring in the waiting room and gym. There are unused air filters in the therapy rooms as well. Despite this disappointment and hurt, we remain hopeful and have repeatedly offered suggestions for improving the human experience here. read more

My son has been coming in here for speech therapy with Samantha however she always has a rbf I am not impressed with her at all.

I would not recommend this therapy group to others. I used to drive from Diamond Bar to Fullerton then back to Covina just to make sure my children are getting excellent therapy services so driving isn't an issue. * Some of the front office staff can often times be very condescending and lacks compassion--which is a bit discomforting since special needs kids are typically needing Occupational and speech therapy. In late 2019, my father had passed away here in CA, did a couple days of service at Forest Lawn, and then we were out of country to bury him and complete the funeral services in the Philippines. The front office staff constantly called almost every day to ask regarding rescheduling classes or make up classes or anything to follow up regarding missed appointments, etc. Before we had left to go out of country, we had spoken to two different front office people a girl and a male rep and we informed them that we will reschedule our appointments when we come back due to an unexpected family death and we were going to be out of country for about almost 2 weeks. Both of these staffers mentioned that they will write a note and place it in our child's file to alert the rest of the office staff. To our surprise while we were out of country, The office kept calling us almost daily maybe twice or three times a day and they're leaving voicemail messages constantly. We were charged a ridiculous amount of overseas charges from our cell phone provider due to their incompetence. My husband and I had brought this up to the director at sensibilities and they had apologized for the miscommunication on their part. They do have a 15 minute grace period to get to the appointment time however the front office staff tend to forget how stressful it is to drive with special needs kids in traffic and life happens so please make it in time because the front office staff is very, very cold hearted. For example, I had broken my right ankle and other parents sometimes park in the handicap area without a placard on the rearview mirror or on the license plate. I had expressed my concerns regarding the fraudulent parking and why we were late a few minutes getting in because I had to park further plus my crutches and my ankle cast plus trying to hold a hyper special needs child. The front office girl, I forgot her name but she is the only Filipino looking girl there, and she said " oh I'm sorry it was an inconvenience for you." Well, it was not just an inconvenience but illegal to fraudulently park in a disabled handicap parking without the placards. The program developed for my daughter with special needs in her occupational therapy was extremely poor and didn't engage in my daughter's improvements and they had discharged her even though my daughter was still clearly needing more services. Her occupational therapist was horrible and anytime I had seen her work with my daughter she was very disengaged, sitting on the floor, very mundane and lack of energy and usually just had to sit on a chair next to my daughter while my daughter sat in the corner just playing with toys no conversations nothing was engaging. I asked the case manager to refer us to another occupational therapy location and my daughter is responding well to this new therapist. Also, when you are about to be dis-enrolled or discharged from occupational or speech therapy the company or whoever is giving you the assessment or bad news per se needs to tell you that you have a two week window to sign an appeal and disagree with the discharge. Neither the directors or therapist or anyone mentioned this to me or my husband during the meeting which they talk about the progress of my child or whether the referral will be made to continue services, it was not mentioned to us at all. I had found this information out from my daughter's case manager at inland regional. This place has been becoming more disappointing and less centered for the children rather than discharging the kids that they feel aren't succeeding to enroll new children that are on the waiting list so it is a lose-lose situation for everyone. I have another child receiving speech and occupational therapy currently and he likes his occupational therapist a lot so I appreciate that there is a good relationship with my child and this therapist--she is very thorough and very friendly to my child. read more

This place is sooo unethical! I waited a long time for an assessment. I finally got an appointment pulled kids out of school, took time off work and drove 45 minutes to be there. They did the assessment and told me to Wait 6-8 weeks so they can complete assessment and request services with insurance. Weeks go by I call and they tell me they no longer take my insurance! I asked why they didn't notify me by phone, letter or email since I was waiting so long! They didn't even notify my pediatrician's office! Only reason I found out was cuz I called. I found out they dropped a bunch a families with NO WARNING! This place is all about $$$ once they have your $ they do not care what happens. They had us go to assessment w no intention of providing services so they can get paid w insurance. I asked for records and to speak to owner and they keep ignoring me! If you have issues with them I recommend filling a grievance with your insurance company. I am now on another waitlist trying to get services for my kids! Thanks for wasting our time and taking our $! Greedy company! read more

My son was suppose to start with them during the pandemic. He wasn't allowed to do sessions during that time. Because he would put his hands in his mouth to much. But I also never got a call back when he could start. I had to speak to his doctor again just so his doctor would say it's been 2 years already they should have called you long time ago let me send the referral again. But once he did we've tried out hard to make every session (in corona) which we have! recently we've had a messed up schedule with my son having to fit ABA SPEECH AND OT (just OT with Senseabilities) because of my kid being overwhelmed we missed 2 rescheduled session. And last week 3/15/2024 we got our probation letter. On 3/18/2024 I got a call that my son was removed from the schedule. When I called Sensebillities in corona they told me they were not the ones who removed him it was Jermaine at the Riverside location. When I called on Monday the lady that answered me told me that he didn't have a set schedule. And I was trying to explain to her why I was upset and wanting to speak to him. She was talking over me and I was talking over her. Before we ended the call I apologized to her and told her "I know it's not your fault and I'm sorry if I was rude" she seemed to be understanding at the time. When I called back 3/19/2024 I called again and asked to speak to him again. They had me on hold for 9 mins before they came back on the line and told me he wasn't available. I did let her know there was no need to get my information down that I would be calling in 30 mins to speak to him again. IF YOU ARE A PARENT OF A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT TAKING THEM OFF THEIR SET SCHEDULE THROWS THEM OFF! I was trying to get in contact with him to ask him to please keep my son on the same schedule that my son wasn't feeling well these pasts weeks and I canceled last min because I WAS NOT GOING TO RISK ANYONES CHILD OF CATCHING PNEUMONIA! The woman I spoke with on 3/19/24 was also talking over me. They didn't even seem to give a damn why! He missed the session and why he hasn't gone. Jermaine finally called me back and right off the bat he told me they would not be seeing my son anymore due to my "attitude" I tried to explain to him why my son hadn't gone those days and how was it that they sent to probation last week and today he's completely removed! He kept telling me it was because how I spoke to his staff. He put his staffs feelings over a parents concerns and a special needs child's therapy. I also let him know that his staff is unprofessional and how I was treated was not fair. They could have tried to hear me out and then I would take it as they are caring enough to even listen. He and his staff do not give a damn why you didn't show up to the session and when I spoke up about it and was getting talked over on all 4 calls. I definitely reached out to Kaiser and asked them to please done ever send my son there!! The Sensebillities located in corona are way more professional than the ones in Riverside. I will always fight for my son to feel comfortable with the schedule he is used to. Jermaine Johnson I hope you're happy. You have added more stress on my plate than what I already have with you and your staff speaking over me was very unprofessional you should have at least tried to hear both sides of the story before you chose your employees only. I must've heard his employees feelings and must have traumatized her even though I apologized and Jermaine, I did apologize to your staff on each call that I made which was three calls if your employees did not inform me about that that is not my fault. That is your employees For not being honest with you. read more

I understand that this is after all a business establishment and they need to make money , but I think they need to be more professional... commensurate to the fees that their clients are paying them. First of all, they did not inform me that they were assigning a different therapist to my daughter today, which I think is very irresponsible and unprofessional. Then 10 minutes after taking our co-pay of $65, they dismissed my daughter claiming that she's "sneezing" and because of covid they need to discontinue the session! Wow! Unbelievable! My daughter obviously wasn't sneezing at all even during the 5 minutes that we stayed there talking to the people at the window about the ridiculousness of their claim. If this is not swindling I don't know what to call it. Anyway, we are done with this place. Just sharing my experience with this place. I'm just thankful that my daughter is already catching up with her speech and does not have to put up with professional scammers anymore. My advice to everyone is be careful, know your rights and TRUST YOUR GUTS. read more

Travis and Brandi are amazing therapists! The management and front office sucks which is a shame as we're losing two great therapists because of their incompetence! read more

I had the worst experience with Naomi and I hope that by sharing my experience, no parent with a special needs child would have to go through what I just went through. Naomi turned my son away from receiving treatment because I arrived to the parking lot at 3:15pm. Rather than allow me to park the car and let my son receive his weekly therapy session, she decided to turn me away. I understand process, but I contacted the office at 2:48pm to explain I would be tardy due to the horrendous 91 E traffic. I drove for 25 minutes in traffic to be turned away. Here is the thing, Naomi. Parents who have children with special needs struggle daily. It's not an easy task to get them to appointments, let alone to sit through traffic with a resistant child and have to be turned down! Have some compassion! read more

We have been nothing but happy with the speech services provided through SenseAbilities. Our daughter was assessed when she was around 18 months and qualified for early intervention. So thankful she did because later she did have a speech delay. We were lucky enough to work with the same SLPA for all 4 years we received services from her. Unfortunately, our last year was not covered by insurance, but it had nothing to do with SenseAbilities, but rather our insurance and the new ownership of the medical group we are a part of. Tamara was amazing, knowing that we wanted to continue with the services- she offered us a great opportunity to continue services. We did pay out of pocket, but I would do it again! The only reason we aren't continuing is because of the growth our daughter has made and the fact that she is receiving services at school. Thank you SenseAbilities, Tamara, and especially Miss Michelle! We wouldn't be where we are without you guys! read more
